Las instalaciones recibieron cuatro puntos porque la habitación seguía traqueteando durante el terremoto. Aunque sabía que la casa no se derrumbaría, aun así fue muy aterrador. El gran inodoro del baño es genial. El desayuno es muy bueno, con muchos estilos. Se sirve hasta las 10:30 y puedes comer todo lo que quieras en forma de buffet. La comida china del hotel, con una estrella Michelin, también es buena y el servicio es muy bueno.

Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Disfruté muchísimo de mi primera estancia en el Hotel Regent. Mi hija menor y yo hicimos un viaje relajante juntas. El diseño del hotel era sofisticado y elegante, con un ambiente limpio y confortable, perfecto para descansar. La ropa de cama era especialmente cómoda y limpia, lo que nos permitió relajarnos por completo, a pesar del cansancio. No teníamos planes ni horarios; simplemente queríamos descansar y dormir. Agradecí especialmente el excelente y variado servicio de habitaciones del Hotel Regent. Incluso a altas horas de la noche, podíamos pedir comida sin tener que salir a comprar nada. Gracias por el servicio gratuito de consigna de equipaje, que nos ahorró la molestia de cargar con nuestras maletas. ¡Espero poder quedarme más tiempo la próxima vez para disfrutar plenamente de las instalaciones y servicios del hotel!

Excelente ubicación, personal amable y comodidades bien pensadas, pero el baño necesita atención. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este hotel y nos encantó. La ubicación es excelente: a un corto paseo de las estaciones de metro y autobús, y a unos 15 minutos a pie de Ximending. Está bastante cerca de la acción, pero aún así es tranquilo por la noche, lo cual fue perfecto para nosotros. También hay varias atracciones para niños cerca, lo que hizo que desplazarse con nuestro hijo fuera fácil y agradable. El hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito, lo cual es muy práctico, aunque sería aún mejor si comenzara antes y fuera más frecuente. Uno de los momentos más destacados de nuestra estancia fue la visita guiada gratuita. ¡Nuestra guía fue increíble! Hablaba inglés con fluidez, estaba muy bien informada e hizo que la experiencia fuera realmente memorable. Otro detalle encantador es el rincón de aperitivos clásicos, gratuito para los huéspedes. Es un toque nostálgico y divertido. No está disponible las 24 horas (a diferencia de otro hotel en el que nos alojamos en Taiwán), pero como forma parte de la zona de restaurantes, sigue su horario de apertura, lo cual es comprensible. Es una bañera de estilo japonés, con azulejos y bordes afilados, y me arañé varias veces. No se siente seguro para niños pequeños. El estante y el cubo de madera también tenían moho visible, y también estaba empezando a aparecer moho alrededor de los bordes de la bañera. Esto fue decepcionante, sobre todo porque mi hijo tiene piel sensible y le salió un sarpullido después de usar la bañera. A pesar de los problemas con el baño, tuvimos una excelente experiencia en general. Beautiful spacious room to stay, perfect for a group of 4! Love the scenery view, and like that the wet and dry area for the toilet is separated, you even get a long stretch of area for hanging your clothes and packing your luggage. The space was pleasant; however, the service staff did not meet expectations. We made a last-minute decision to check in one day late and inquired if the hotel would permit this. The initial staff member who answered the call declined our request, didn't bother to listen to our explanation well even after we explained that we would still cover the cost for the day we would not be occupying the room (you can tell she was annoyed and just not listening to us). Fortunately, we decided to call again later, and a different staff member agreed to accommodate our request for a delayed check-in.

Sweetme Hotspring Resort is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Xinbeitou Station and conveniently close to many restaurants. One of the highlights of the stay was the spa experience. Guests can enjoy both the private in-room hot spring and the public spa facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was another strong point, with a good selection of food to start the day right. Overall, Sweetme Hotspring Resort delivers a well-rounded experience with great amenities, a prime location, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

Excelentes servicios, un hotel limpio y un personal generalmente cálido y amable. Sin embargo, estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños de mi esposo y nos recibieron bien, pero nada especial considerando que pagamos por un tratamiento especial de nivel ejecutivo. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones, pero algunas limitaciones para quienes son veganos y desean opciones más saludables. El personal carece de la atención que se merece un 5 estrellas, y también de una actitud de ”se puede hacer” para atender las peticiones de los huéspedes, especialmente cuando son tan simples. Por ejemplo, pregunté varias veces durante el desayuno y en el salón si podían servirme sandía (porque vi que tenían sandía recién cortada y almacenada en el refrigerador), pero todo el personal dijo que no repetidamente. Me sentí ridículo viendo esa sandía allí tirada y yo sentada, tan decepcionada día tras día, con antojo y sin poder conseguirla, así que fui al centro comercial de enfrente y me la comí allí. En realidad, no fue una experiencia de cinco estrellas. Aparte de un excelente spa y gimnasio, nos fuimos bastante decepcionados :(
