«I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.»

Como la cama individual no medía exactamente 120 cm, como se anunciaba, el hotel nos ofreció una habitación de categoría superior con desayuno gratuito por una pequeña suma, algo que agradecemos enormemente. «First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying.
Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions.
Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience.
At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!!
The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces.

Una magnífica experiencia de cinco estrellas con vistas al río, ¡la elección perfecta para tus vacaciones!
¡Tu hotel me impresionó por completo! La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Desde tu ventana, puedes disfrutar de la magnífica vista del río Songhua, disfrutando del brillo de las olas y las luces día y noche, lo que hace que viajar sea increíblemente cómodo.
La habitación era espaciosa y lujosa, con ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas al río. La ropa de cama era suave como una nube, y los baños, separados (con ducha y seco), estaban equipados con artículos de aseo de alta gama. El difusor de aromaterapia fue un detalle encantador.
El desayuno fue abundante, el entorno precioso y las comodidades, completas. La salchicha roja local, los pasteles rusos y los fideos recién hechos estaban exquisitamente presentados, y los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Air, nuestro camarero, que fue muy amable e incluso nos preparó yogur impreso en 3D.
El ambiente era elegante y tranquilo, el vestíbulo olía a perfume y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente cuidadas. Desde la amable y eficiente recepción hasta el atento servicio de habitaciones, cada detalle rezumaba calidad cinco estrellas. Usuario invitadoCame to Harbin with grand parents and kids. I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The primary reason for picking this spot is for its location. Didn’t really want to stay too far away from the central street where all the actions are at, yet still need to be quite enough to have a good night sleep.
This hotel takes pride in the brand and in every details in the hotel. From the exterior, the lobby, the breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, think and decorative curtains to block out the early summer sun. Yes sun raise is at 3:40am in June! There is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. I’ve got upgraded to a larger room with bigger bathroom area.
Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff, they great you, help with luggage. The lady who worked the night shift even helped me took the laundry out of the dryer and delivered to my room, folded!
I must say this place is a great choice for foreign travelers, with awesome location, solid hardware, great food, (oh also offer afternoon tea and wine!), most friendly staff and best service. Highly recommended!

We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem.
Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined.
The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable.
The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere.
Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

Modern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Sin embargo, alrededor de las nueve de la mañana, había dos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough.
Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay.
Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests.
Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room.
Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.
