Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные, я бы даже сказала ориентир на русских, еда не острая вообще. Очень внимательный, терпеливый, отзывчивый персонал. Решали, помогали по всем вопросам, вызвать такси, отпарить одежду и т.д. за такси списывали с их карты, а мы отдавали наличкой. И конечна цена, учитывая все удобства, скромная, у нас вышло с завтраками на 4-х 3500 руб./ сутки От души рекомендую этот отель.»

«非常崩潰的一次住宿！衞生條件非常差！首先果盤很臟，水果沒洗也就算了正要自己洗，仔細一看，發現盤子裏有舊水果汁和小柿子果肉的乾涸印記，絕對是別人吃剩的，服務員沒檢查，就直接重新套保鮮膜了。我們一起定了3個房間，臟的水果數量較其他屋少。其次是浴巾非常臟。洗澡後要用浴巾，看見有消毒櫃，很是高興，打開後發現前面浴巾疊的不整齊，生怕不乾淨，特意拿的後面疊的整齊的浴巾擦了後背，瞬間後背癢，仔細一看浴巾，兩處有褐色硬狀物質附着在浴巾上，非常噁心！趕緊重新又洗的澡，洗完剛要上床，一掀被，床上有一衹蚊子的屍體，太崩潰太噁心了[流淚][流淚][流淚]這時凌晨3點多了，一想服務人員都睡了，忍了吧，想用枕套墊在上面，把枕套一撲，仔細一看，枕套又是臟的[抓狂][抓狂][抓狂]住了這麼多酒店，頭一回遇到這麼多問題。一開始還想這麼地吧，我們一説，估計服務員就得挨批評扣工資，忍了。到後來，忍無可忍，如果我們不説，服務員始終這麼不負責任，多臟、多危險，有傳染病怎麼辦！和前台反應，前台小服務員們態度都很好，一頓賠禮道歉。我們不是為了退房款，既然住了，就不差這幾個錢，好像碰瓷要賠償似的！就是覺得非常影響旅遊心情，幾近崩潰！當時訂賓館，本想定喜來登，後看葡京是五鑽4.9分，最主要是新開的，所以才選的葡京。不知道是怎麼評上5鑽的，房間的窗簾盒還漏着光，不是完全避光！昨晚下雨，雨搭上是鐵皮屋頂，一宿都叮叮噹噹的，不能處理下變成靜音屋頂嗎？就這還5鑽？太讓人抓狂了[抓狂][抓狂][抓狂]永遠不會再選這家了！

«the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)»

«This is our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anybody staying in Mudanjiang. In addition to best accommodations( breakfast, night snacks, free laundry, gym. Etc…), the service was top tier, the best that we had in all of China. All of the staff were super accommodating ensuring that we had a fantastic experience in Mudanjiang. Especially appreciative of the front desk lady (迟凤竹） who helped us hire a private car so that we can tour tiger park and the local Korean village near Mudanjiang.»

Usuario anónimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in.
Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

Our stay at the AOLUGUYA Hotel was truly fantastic. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guests in mind and maintained to an exceptional standard. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they handled communication in English with ease, answering questions clearly and confidently. The view from around the 40th floor was very satisfying, and the bathtub was more than adequate for enjoying a private, relaxing soak. Due to our travel schedule, we did not have the chance to use additional facilities such as the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet stood out for its high quality and wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive—almost to the point of going out of their way to bring us items we were looking for. The long breakfast service hours also added to the overall comfort of the stay.
At this price point, the hotel offers a truly top-tier, high-end experience. If I visit Harbin again, there would be no reason not to choose this hotel.

Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough.
Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay.
Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests.
Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room.
Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.
