房間無敵可愛，親子房的小房間還是小朋友被子。（三十歲全職兒女住的也很快樂）（還給大兒女我換了大拖鞋） 樓下很大，層高夠高，上下兩個廁所，樓下看電視的三十歲兒女和早睡的父母都穩穩的不打擾。 晚餐我們吃的中餐廳，餐食非常特別，齋菜也做得很好。（很適合我們這種打個卡嚐嚐鮮的），服務周到，環境也很不錯。 SPA的手法也很好，做了最簡單的肩頸也非常細緻，還會根據我的要求着重我幾乎廢掉的肩頸。 下午茶是老式咖啡，小哥（調酒師也是他）做的很對味，服務態度也很好，耐心讓我挑選。然後約了晚上來嘗一下雞尾酒。 調酒因為帶了我的老父親，以及我衹喝果汁的老母親，因為三個人口味也不一樣，選擇也弄了好一會，調酒師依舊很耐心的推薦和服務我們。最後關門了還提供打包服務，無敵可愛的小杯子~ 早餐也非常豐盛，服務員又遇到了昨晚的小妹妹，還是非常熱情，餐食也特別豐富，但是忘了拍照了，總體我們一家三口都覺得棒棒噠~

這次清明假期選擇入住東莞松山湖悦榕莊，體驗感直接拉滿！這都多虧了管家Mia，她簡直是我這次旅行的“超級英雄”！ 清明時節雨紛紛，出行前我一直擔心雨水會打亂計劃，便聯繫了Mia，想了解下酒店內的活動安排。沒想到，這衹是我們溝通的開始。前一天晚上，我和Mia一直暢聊到深夜1點，她耐心又細緻地解答我每一個問題，那種被重視的感覺真的太棒了！本以為她忙了一天，第二天肯定會晚些回覆，結果一大早我就收到了她的消息，這服務效率，真的沒得説！ Mia的貼心遠不止於此。她就像能洞悉我的想法一樣，很多事都不用我開口提醒。看到有空餘房間，她主動幫我升級房型，還安排好了聯通，讓我們的居住體驗更加舒適。晚上回到房間，温馨的夜床服務已經準備好，疲憊瞬間消散。 最讓我感動的是，這次旅行恰好碰上兒子生日月，Mia悄悄準備了兩個精緻的蛋糕。當蛋糕送到兒子面前時，他驚喜又開心的表情，我這輩子都忘不了。這份用心，讓這場旅行充滿了温暖和回憶。 在松山湖悦榕莊的每一刻都無比舒心愉快，而這一切都離不開Mia的付出。真心感謝她，強烈推薦大家來這裏體驗，感受Mia帶來的超讚服務！ 另外旅拍的攝影師小樂很好！

I chose this hotel based on reviews AND free station pick up. 2 adults and 1 teenager; fit in nicely in Twin room. We are very happy with the service and the room matched the photos. Before leaving Aust, I called the hotel to ask their WeChat number, and arranged pick up. We were picked up promptly. Reception staff were friendly although not all of them can speak English. We don’t speak Chinese either. Kevin (maybe a manager?) showed us how to take public bus straight to Nan’ao island and another staff from hotel went above his way to get us small change for the bus! Thank you all so much. I will recommend highly!

Choosing a hotel in China can often be a hit-or-miss experience—but the Palace Hotel in Luohu, Shenzhen is truly a hidden gem. Located just 400 meters from the Shenzhen Railway Station, it’s a short and convenient walk—mostly through well-lit underground shopping alleys, with part of the route even passing a lively food street. The location is unbeatable. Right outside the hotel, Line 1 Metro is to your right, and Line 9 is to your left—both within 200 meters from the lobby. The hotel is also just 500 meters from Luohu Commercial City, one of Shenzhen’s largest malls, with hundreds of shops offering everything from electronics and knockoffs to dried food, fashion, massage parlours, and eateries. But a convenient location is only part of what makes a great stay—comfort matters, and this hotel delivers. Newly built in 2023, it’s modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything a tourist might need. The rooms are big and spacious. Free self-service laundry and dryers mean you can pack light. There’s also a gym, and within 500 meters, you’ll find an abundance of food options. Service is another standout. The staff are attentive and responsive. Towels are replaced promptly when needed, and even small gestures—like an extra bottle of mineral water—don’t go unnoticed. Security is excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I must give special mention to Miss Long (龙小姐) at the reception. Her attention to detail and dedication to service were truly impressive. What really stood out was when she personally carried three new 24” suitcases (which I had ordered from Xiaomi and delivered to the front desk) all the way to my room—an act that perfectly embodies “going the extra mile.” As a retired senior manager, I strongly urge the hotel’s leadership to recognize her potential. If you’re heading to Shenzhen and want a hotel with superb service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Palace Hotel. It’s located just to the left of the Shangri-La Hotel—but with better value and warmth. We booked four rooms for our stay from April 23 to April 26. I stayed in Room 5419.

Un gran apartamento urbano. El ambiente es muy limpio en el distrito comercial de Huaqiangbei. La habitación tipo loft es perfecta y me da la sensación de estar en casa. Hay una lavadora y un refrigerador, y la sala de estar tiene aire acondicionado. muy bueno, que se adapta a mi altura de 180 cm➕ Muy amigable sin ser insistente. Altamente recomendado para viajes de negocios y una recomendación obligada. El jefe también está muy entusiasmado.

Las últimas veces que me he alojado en la Feria de Cantón, no dudé en elegir el Taikoo Zhefei Ruipinsha Hotel. La ubicación es conveniente y es fácil tomar un taxi hasta el lugar o la estación de tren. La luz de la sala cuadrada se puede regular para facilitar el trabajo nocturno. La limpieza es bastante alta y el desayuno es bastante bueno para hoteles similares. La limpieza de la habitación es buena, pero no hay una bolsa para preparar café, por lo que debes traer algo si quieres tomar café por la noche. Por cierto, ¡es muy conveniente encontrar un restaurante para el almuerzo y la cena!
