Las instalaciones están relativamente anticuadas y el sonido del aire acondicionado es enorme. La cama es lo suficientemente grande para alojar a dos personas. El precio no está mal en Canadá. Puede ser fuera de temporada, el desayuno es muy sencillo. Facilidad de aparcamiento.

La ubicación del hotel está al final del centro de la ciudad, por lo que algunos lugares tienen buena accesibilidad y otros no. Granville Public Market, Bandussen Botanical Gardens y Queen Elizabeth Park son de fácil acceso sin transferencias, y English Bay está a poca distancia. Sin embargo, Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain y Gastown requieren una o más transferencias. El servicio es bueno. Cuando le pregunté a la recepción qué necesitaba, me respondieron amablemente. La insonorización de las habitaciones no es buena, por lo que puede haber ruido cuando pasan coches ruidosos por la noche. Cuando encendía el aire acondicionado por la noche, el ventilador hacía mucho ruido y me perturbaba el sueño. Hice una reserva para limpiar la habitación, y después de limpiar al día siguiente, estaba bien organizado, pero el piso no se limpió, así que fue una pena.

For the price, it is very sufficient. Many aspects of the room felt outdated, but it was all fully functional and clean with no problems. Personally I prefer it this way since you get the savings and the function which is what really matter. Staff were all nice and I loved that I could check in at 2AM with staff available to assist me.

Hay muchas personas sin hogar alrededor. Las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas, pero no son asequibles. El ascensor es muy viejo. No sé cómo limpiar el piso dentro del ascensor. Entré con zapatos. Salió con calcetines.

Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en el Riverside Inn y fue una experiencia excepcional. El hotel ofrece una vista impresionante del río, lo que proporciona un entorno tranquilo y pintoresco para una escapada relajante. El personal fue increíblemente servicial y atento, lo que me hizo sentir bienvenido desde el momento en que llegué. Además, la accesibilidad del hotel era conveniente, lo que hizo que fuera fácil moverse y explorar el área circundante. Recomiendo encarecidamente el Riverside Inn para cualquiera que busque disfrutar de un hermoso entorno con un servicio de primera.

My stay at Accent Inns was great! Their service and facilities were excellent - they supplied me with an umbrella when it was pouring outside, the laundry facilities were great, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower, TV, fridge, AC were all really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel when taking a flight to anywhere out of Vancouver. They also have a shuttle bus every half-hour to the airport. It can't be beat!

This is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything. BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide! Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer. And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away!She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing. Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village  centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!
