This is one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and modern, the spa was fantastic, and the exterior pools and gardens were equally impressive. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness. We also found the price reasonable, though it was off-season. However, there were several disappointments that took away from the overall experience. Starting with the restaurant: it was crowded, with long queues and very basic food options. At times, the food was even undercooked, which raised health concerns. This made dining stressful rather than enjoyable. Additionally, we noticed some guests were inconsiderate and even smoked in their rooms, causing the hallways to smell unpleasant. At one point, smoke even reached our bathroom from another room, and though we complained to the reception, the only response was to spray an air freshener. This lack of enforcement around the ”no smoking” policy was frustrating, especially for a wellness-oriented hotel. The hotel staff also permitted guests to reserve beach chairs with towels, making it difficult to find seating. This seemed unregulated and added to the sense of disorganization. For children, evening entertainment options were practically non-existent. There is a small playroom, but with limited games, it felt overcrowded and insufficient for the number of children. Furthermore, the cost for charging electric vehicles was the highest we've encountered, making it feel unreasonable. The thermal house nearby was a decent experience, though I recommend bringing your own towels and bathrobes from the hotel. Despite asking prior at the reception, we were told they would be provided there but we found out when getting there that we had to pay extra. Finally, the WiFi was poor, and although there was a Smart TV in the room, it wasn’t connected to the internet, limiting its use. Overall, we don’t plan to return. If management continues to tolerate inconsiderate behavior and doesn’t improve service quality, it risks alienating guests who value a more respectful and pleasant environment.

Estancia de dos noches en un viaje de trabajo con reuniones en el mismo hotel. Hotel bien situado, al dado del parque que da acceso a la playa, con habitaciones grandes y funcionales con buenas vistas al parque y al mar. Sala de reuniones en el último piso correcta, con muy buenas vistas. Desayuno y comida estilo buffet, algo escaso para lo que estamos acostumbrados en España. pero bien de calidad.

I have just come home after an eight-day stay here. The hotel was even better than I expected from the reviews submitted by others. The location is excellent, right across the road from the beautiful Primorski Park and a short walk to the beach, and also a short walk from the old part of the city with many restaurants and other attractions. It's also a short walk from the stop for 409 bus to and from the Airport! The staff were all helpful and spoke English, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The room I was in was spacious and well fitted out (built-in wardrobes, desk etc.) and the bed was very comfortable. So I would certainly reccomend mOdus Hotel!

A 10 minutos a pie de la playa o del centro de la ciudad, este hotel no francofono está situado frente a la estación de Varna. Las habitaciones son limpias, espaciosas y muy confortables.Hay un refrigerador y una cocina con café y té. El Wi-Fi funciona en todo el establecimiento. El desayuno es excelente, para la cena, cuando es un buffet, poco de opción y no terrible, pero cuando hay pocos, se le ofrece el mapa y aquí es muy bueno. Atención, en algunos sitios se indica que el hotel tiene una piscina, lo que es falso y muy daño.

The hotel is very central, looks nice from the outside & foyer, and the room was a good size & kept clean. That’s where the good stuff ends! The first morning we were woken up by the cleaner banging on the door for room service at 0830!!! We put the do not disturb sign on after that but they shouldn’t be there at 0830. The pool area looks nice but the whole time there is banging music playing so not relaxing. The lifts are few and small so you routinely have to wait ages for a lift. The real let down was the food. The restaurant caters for Middle Eastern guests who must like their food cold - Everything was cold! Breakfast was especially bad - cold eggs, pancakes, omelettes, the list goes on! Even to get toast was a challenge - 2 toasters were so low powered it generally took 4 passes to get bread looking brown! Each morning I left breakfast angry and still hungry. The hotel clientele is predominantly from the Middle East which I have no problem with, but if the hotel, supposedly a 5 Star hotel, are unable to provide hot, even warm, food then I would advise any British tourists to stay away

Este hotel es muy agradable y se encuentra a una muy corta distancia de la playa de Golden Sands. Nuestra habitación (439) era limpia y tenía una gran vista al patio del hotel y al mar. Si desea una gran vista al sol, la vista de esta habitación es una gran. En el balcón había una caja de ropa seca extendible, así que no había lucha para averiguar dónde colgar nuestras bañeras y toallas húmedas. La seguridad también es buena. Las puertas de la habitación estaban operadas en los bloques de tarjetas y había una pequeña caja en nuestra habitación. La habitación era muy confortable, pero no era fácil de encontrar. La oferta de comida en todas las comidas era muy amplia, en realidad era difícil a veces decidir qué comer. El hotel dispone de tres piscinas pequeñas, dos fuera y una en el interior. El hotel está situado en una zona de la que puede mejorarse: la principal vía para llegar a la playa es a través de una puerta en la parte de atrás de la propiedad del hotel. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de piscinas, que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad, y que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. El ruido de las actividades que se realizan en el patio del hotel es un gran obstáculo para dormir si tienes una habitación que se enfrenta a esa manera. Posh interior, fancy rooms. We booked the king superior suite (room 501) and it was spacious and snug with a huge terrace and adjacent pool and gym. Great artwork all over the place. Each floor has a different theme, earth, wind, fire, water. Nice bathroom amenities. Great breakfast. Amazing speciality coffee in the bar 87 downstairs, with Victoria Arduino hardware. Staff was attentive. There are no weights in the gym, just cardio machines and flimsy 5 kg dumbbells which I can lift with my eye lashes. The bathroom has glass walls, which is fancy, but inconvenient during night time, when you turn the lights on there is light spillage due to the glass ceiling and walls. Looks very nice though, can't deny that, Thai style. Some signs of wear and tear. Just one elevator. The TV sets used to be top notch back in 2010, sporting an integrated soundbar. Moët in the mini fridge for bonus points. Interesting minimalist industrial design.

¡Estoy impresionado por este hotel, supervisando la zona marina de Varna ... hermosa, bien situado y muy asequible para un hotel de 4 estrellas! Pero la mención especial se dirige al personal de oro, que fue la milla extra para que nos sentimos (más) cómodos. El desayuno perfecto, vista del asesino desde las habitaciones ... Y tienen un bar ”secreto” bajo tierra, con toneladas de cerveza especial, un barman muy bonito y una impresionante piedra de tumba de la región este-romana para decoración ... un MUST GO para cualquier cerveza geek! en Varna, este hotel es un hotel de vacaciones.

El hotel ocupa uno de los edificios más destacados de San Constantino y Helena y disfruta de una ubicación central junto a las tiendas y los cafés. En realidad, el desayuno se sirve en un café local en lugar del hotel (aunque los huéspedes del hotel no pueden comer el desayuno en el jardín por alguna razón.) El desayuno era delicioso. La recepción es amable, las habitaciones son limpias. Nuestro cuarto estaba en el lado pequeño (a costa de un gran balcón) y la ducha y la piscina están en las habitaciones y no en una suite separada, lo que significa que sólo puedes compartir con personas que conoces muy bien! ;-) Un par de reclamaciones menores que dejan bajar el hotel son el hecho de que mientras hay una máquina de café y unas cafeteras en la habitación, los huéspedes se pagan por bebida. No hay agua botellada (gratuita o pagada) en el minibar para hacer café y no hay suministro de leche ni leche en polvo. El shampoo y el mini-sacrón de gel de ducha de uso único.La iluminación es pobre alrededor del espejo ...Hay una luz dependiente junto al espejo, por lo que no puedo ver poner mi maquillaje en. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Como sucede, pagamos un precio alto por la reserva de alerta rápida que probablemente afectaba a mi sentimiento sobre el valor de Primorski por dinero.

Grand Hotel London is a gem, but a gem that needs polishing, and one which needs supporting if it is to complete a successful comeback after the pandemic. The building is a Belle Epoque triumph, the bar, the rooms have to be seen to be believed. We had a splendid suite overlooking the square (#1) which was wonderful to stay in. The bathroom was modern and entirely satisfactory. Staff were very helpful during our stay, and we found the breakfast quite adequate ( though it required passing downstairs to the lobby and then up to the breakfast room) The bar was architecturally magnificent, but almost always empty, and the restaurant hasn't reopened for evening meals. The location is very convenient for the beach, museums and galleries and the Railway station. One final point; there is a large tree immediately outside the hotel which needs radical pruning to improve the view into and out of the hotel.

Hotel idóneo para quien busque turismo de playa y ciudad. A un paso, cruzando una avenida, de la playa de Varna y a otro paso (5’ andando) de la zona de ambiente y comercial de la ciudad. La habitación grande y con espacio (en mi caso la reservé con vistas al mar y a la playa); dispone de minibar. Wifi muy aceptable con 114 Mbps en bajadas y 63 Mbps en subidas, medida con el SpeedTest. Las instalaciones son algo anticuadas (p.e. la llave de la habitación es de las antiguas de llave y bombín con levas), pero la ubicación del hotel compensa este hándicap. El personal muy amable y queriendo complacernos en todo lo que necesitáramos; llegaron a comentarnos que les encantaba tener turismo español (y este comentario nos le hicieron en más lugares). Atendieron todas mis peticiones de la reserva (cama de matrimonio, doble almohada, etc.). Nos facilitaron gratuitamente toallas para la playa, incluso nos retrasaron el checkout del último día para que las disfrutáramos hasta el mediodía avanzado. También nos proporcionaron un guardamaletas y cuarto para cambiarnos por la tarde, tras el checkout. Nos facilitaron un taxi para recogernos primero y llevarnos el último día hasta el aeropuerto al precio de 16 lv/viaje (lo que ví por la net no bajaba de los 21 lv, lo más barato). Los desayunos bufet adecuados, con dulce y salado y con el zumo de naranja natural, estupendo! Quizás para quien lleve coche tenga problemas de aparcamiento, pero no era nuestro caso. Si vuelvo a Varna repito hotel: por su excelente ubicación, sus vistas y por la amabilidad y gentileza de su personal. Aunque en instalaciones necesite un retoque, sinceramente fue de 10.
