The best view, the best supporting I got from hotel, the most convenience spot for traveling all of Dalian seaside. 1. You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time.

Ubicación conveniente, cerca del mar, muchos cafés deliciosos diferentes, tiendas, metro a 5 minutos a pie. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the walls are not very soundproof. If the neighbors were even a little bit loud, I could hear everything going on next door. Location is pretty convenient, and about a 10-15 minute walk to a central metro station. It's also a quick drive to a lot of places in the city. Overall, really great value.

The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities like smart features and spacious beds that make the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Venice Water City attractions, seaside, and nearby shopping areas, making it easy to explore without hassle. What really stands out is the friendly and helpful service. Staff are welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and pleasant experience throughout the stay. Overall, it offers a great balance of affordability, location, and comfort, making it a highly recommended choice for both short visits and longer stays in Dalian.

Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

La higiene es excelente, no tiene sabor, y la navegación es también muy buena para encontrar, el paisaje fuera de la ventana es incómodo, me gusta mucho. La planta de abajo es la plaza, puede llevar a los niños con buen gusto.

El hotel es excelente! Aunque es muy grande y tiene muchas habitaciones y huéspedes, no se siente abundante. Las habitaciones son limpias y agradables. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y útil, y hablaba inglés!
