Positivo: excelente ubicación cerca de la entrada principal a la playa Qiaogang, muchos cafés en la proximidad del hotel, maravillosa playa de arena, cómoda habitación con vistas al mar y terraza.
Negativo: el personal de recepción no habla inglés, durante el check-in me pidió que firmara algún documento\regulación en chino, pero es ilegal firmar cualquier documento que no puede leer y entender. La principal decepción fue el desayuno, que se dirige únicamente a los chinos; no hay té, no hay café, no hay zumo, sólo dos tipos de leche y agua de mango.

JiangfuMy colleagues and I booked 5 rooms and we were amazed by the service from the staff. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Room was worth the money you pay and breakfast is also worth every penny. Dinner buffet provides so many options for food. I would definitely book this place again incase I visit Beihai again.

We have high expectation of booking for this hotel's executive level. However, very disappointed with the quality and variety of food at the executive lounge. It has to be one of the worst executive lounge we have stayed before. Not only that the food is really simple, but one of the staff there was very inexperienced, just dumping the coffees on our table made us laugh. She had not been trained to serve decent guests.

Instalaciones: Pregunté en la recepción del hotel antes de viajar y me dijeron que la piscina estaría abierta, pero cuando llegué, no estaba abierta en absoluto, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante.
Higiene: Básicamente todo está disponible, pero las instalaciones son relativamente antiguas y la habitación huele a humedad.

Servicio: El Sr. Yuanshan, el mayordomo de la recepción, es muy amable, educado y entusiasta. También mejoró mi habitación y brindó un servicio considerado.
Como mi hijo se sentía un poco mal, no fue a disfrutar del desayuno.
Me comuniqué con el personal del hotel por la mañana y les pregunté si podían prepararme algo de desayuno y entregármelo en mi habitación, pero lamentablemente me dijeron que no podían.
Recuerdo que me quedé en un B&B antes y sucedió una situación similar en la que B&B podía entregar comida a la habitación🤔.
