The reception staff is very helpful, although more English-speaking staff would be advisable as most of the staff does not speak English and it is a 5star hotel. I would like to mention Lisa who speaks English and was very helpful, providing useful information regarding hotel facilities, Covid test places and places of interest. Big up to Lisa! The breakfast buffet is okay, but the pastry choice is a bit limited and, generally, it feels that the hotel does not really cater for western guests (mainly Chinese dishes). The buffet lounge is full of light; it is very spacious and facing the seaside, which is great. However, the cleanliness can be improved as the tables and the floor were not cleaned quickly enough, and my table and the floor under it were greasy/dirty. The facilities are quite varied. The pools, gym, tennis court, steam room were used during my stay and they were in good condition. The steam room takes a long time to heat up though. The staff in the gym/swimming pool does not speak English at all. The table tennis room and some other facilities were under maintanace during our stay, so we did not use them. Overall, the hotel has more recreational facilities than most hotels. Well done! Regarding the location, the hotel is on the coast, but the sea is not swimmable there, so you can only enjoy the view. The hotels near the main Silver beach (for example, Crowne Plaza) are considerably more expensive (about 500rmb difference), so a 30-min taxi ride there (costs around 30 rmb one way) still makes the Furama hotel a much more economical option. The sea view from the rooms is very nice! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a late checkout was highly appreciated! My rating of the hotel is 4.5.

Thanks Ivy and Team for the wonderful hospitality, she constantly checks in to make sure we are comfortable during our stay and always responds promptly. Ivy has also specially arranged a complimentary fruit basket and desserts for us to enjoy. This is one of the best customer service I have received amongst many of the 5 star hotels I have stayed before. Highly commendable! Thanks again 🙏🏻

Hay muchos apartamentos de estilo hotelero en todo el edificio del Norte Bay 1. El edificio es uno de ellos. El garaje subterráneo del edificio es super grande. No sé por qué no es muy bueno encontrar la ubicación. La reserva de este punto de vista es una super escena marina sin salchichas, lamentablemente, el clima no es bueno, estos días es frío, la habitación es muy grande, el aire acondicionado no puede ser accesible, un poco frío, el baño es muy fácil de usar la flor para mantener la mano, la decoración interior es muy sencilla y algo antigua, aunque hay una tapa, Pero el dueño no pretende quedar en la habitación y necesitaba encontrar un lugar para el desayuno fuera.La red Wi-Fi no es buena.

總體很好，房間乾淨，離海邊近，周圍購物吃飯都方便。而且味道不錯。就是沒有電視遙控板，娃兒些就曉得耍手機。老闆説按電視上的按鈕開關，可以打開，但是不能換台😂😂❤酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住#位置交通#性價比不錯，我們住的很舒服。

Great hotel. Great amenities. Great food. Great location. We're on a time without too much people so we enjoyed the whole inside swimming pool for us, fabulous time there. You pay more at this hotel but you receive a great experience.

El hotel está situado en una ubicación excelente. Lejos del ruido de la ciudad, pero lo suficientemente cerca para visitar todas las atracciones. El personal es muy útil incluso no pueden hablar inglés comunicamos a través de traductor me han mejorado la habitación con vistas al mar. El hotel necesita renovación, el territorio es sucio y muchas cosas rotas. Las piscinas son sucias o sin agua en absoluto. La habitación era amarga, pero aquí y allí se pueden ver cosas rotas. El precio es demasiado alto para esa calidad del lugar. Sólo el medio ambiente es bueno, pero todavía necesita reparar muchas cosas allí

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

不是第一次住路海了，之所以選擇1是因為國企背書有保障、2是因為靠近海灘基本上等於配套私屬海灘，但是這次住體驗感蠻一般的。問題一：毛巾上面有污漬，作為酒店這個是大忌。剛打開大浴巾還沒用就看到褐色的一塊污漬，好在換了另一條是乾淨的。問題二：看到洗手間貼有烘乾機使用規則，我就把衣服洗了想着可以烘乾，結果烘乾機爛的，不出風。問題三：個人認為一次性拖鞋是必備品，竟然沒配有？（忘了之前已經沒有配了）。問題四：沒有帶數據線出門，打給前台想問下房務部有沒有借用的，被告知沒有，然後問哪裡有充電寶可租借，被告知原先走廊通道內的已經撤掉了。如何沒有共享，房務建議備一些租借的，可以提升一下用户體驗。

Instalaciones: Pregunté en la recepción del hotel antes de viajar y me dijeron que la piscina estaría abierta, pero cuando llegué, no estaba abierta en absoluto, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. Higiene: Básicamente todo está disponible, pero las instalaciones son relativamente antiguas y la habitación huele a humedad. Medio Ambiente: General Servicio: El Sr. Yuanshan, el mayordomo de la recepción, es muy amable, educado y entusiasta. También mejoró mi habitación y brindó un servicio considerado. Como mi hijo se sentía un poco mal, no fue a disfrutar del desayuno. Me comuniqué con el personal del hotel por la mañana y les pregunté si podían prepararme algo de desayuno y entregármelo en mi habitación, pero lamentablemente me dijeron que no podían. Recuerdo que me quedé en un B&B antes y sucedió una situación similar en la que B&B podía entregar comida a la habitación🤔.

The location on the beach is very good. It’s a short walk to many local Chinese seafood restaurants. However, the hotel site itself was in poor shape. The bedsheet had holes as did the comforter cover and the towels. See picture. The window handle was rusted into position. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very good.
