Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

Hotel cinco estrellas estilo antigua escuela. Habitación extremadamente grande y decentemente mantenida. Sin embargo, la ubicación no es la mejor para caminar. Está a un corto paseo de la calle Zhongshan y la salida 3A del metro, pero las aceras de China no son muy cómodas ni seguras para caminar debido a las bicicletas y dispositivos de movilidad a alta velocidad. Adecuado si tiene la intención de tomar un didi o un taxi a todas partes. Hay muchas opciones de comida, pero en gran parte similares.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is the best family resort in Xiamen, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, featuring modern decor and stunning views that made our family feel relaxed and comfortable. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect environment for both relaxation and family bonding. The dining experience was equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters in our family were satisfied. The on-site restaurants offered a delightful mix of local and international cuisine, making every meal a treat. The resort's location was ideal, situated close to the beach. After a day of sightseeing, we loved returning to the resort to unwind by the pool or enjoy the various family-friendly activities available. Overall, our stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The combination of beautiful rooms, exceptional service, delectable food, and a fantastic location made it a memorable experience for our family. El mayor problema es que cuando el tiempo de desayuno en el asiento de las 8:00 es suficiente, pero la comida algo como dejó el 20% y no podía.no recuperar lo suficiente rápido ....so no se dio mucha elección de la comida 2o restaurante en el hotel no funciona el lunes n martes y no entiendo por qué ...it realmente nos hace a.run para otros lugares a.eat

Encontré algunas cosas desagradables durante mi estadía y quería dejar una crítica negativa, pero el oportuno servicio de seguimiento y la comunicación del gerente de turno Ruby me hicieron sentir que la administración y el nivel de servicio del departamento de recepción son realmente buenos, lo que cambió. Mi opinión sobre este hotel de Hualuxe. Cuando fuimos a desayunar por la mañana, la habitación debería estar llena, lo que provocó que el personal fuera insuficiente y no pudiera mantenerse al día con el servicio. Pero Xiao Yan en el restaurante tiene muy buen servicio y es muy atenta. La hermana mayor, Su Fangchun, en el puesto de fideos es muy paciente. Un grupo de personas quería fideos y ella misma preparó más de diez tazones de fideos sin ningún rastro. Impaciencia. No pude soportarlo. Vivir para pedir el reconocimiento del nombre. La vista al mar del hotel es realmente buena y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. Me he alojado en varios Hualux y este Hualux tiene un buen desayuno. El equipo de recepción, especialmente Ruby, es el mejor gerente que he visto.

I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! 酒店地理位置很好，酒店對面就是海邊，小門出去就是海邊棧道，環境總體很不錯，只是淡季，房間維護有欠缺，房間整體很好，窗外滿眼都是大海，房間設施簡單，該具備的功能都可以，房間衞生需要提高，灰塵還是比較大比較多的，需要用心做一下，房間洗手盆四周牆角的玻璃膠已經長黴菌了應該重新打膠處理一下。

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. (No hay bugs salvo para el servicio relacionado con el gobierno, por lo que el hombre usaba un troleo) la habitación del hotel parecía escaso por su precio, reservamos la suite con vistas panorámicas. La vista de la noche es fantástica, pero el baño está muy bien chocado, el personal llegó a descloquear el baño explica que el tubo era anticuado y por lo tanto no puede tomar ningún tejido. También el sistema de reservas de viajes parecía tener el $$ para «preauthorisation» y el hotel exige que usted pague de nuevo por el pago real. Nota que está pagando una garantía a trip.com o al hotel real. Sólo un joven personal masculino era muy entusiasta y útil, el resto no parecía que quieran trabajar aquí. La atmósfera en el escritorio delantero era generalmente bastante gruesa.
