«We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.»

«We stayed at their best suite and everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed the private pool and sauna. The breakfast was also very delicious in very luxurious Turkish style. It was easy to park in front of the hotel with a rental car too. We would definitely choose to stay at Karlık Cave Suite next time we come back to Cappadocia!»

«En el hotel, el hotel es muy pequeño, acogedor y decorado, y el personal es muy agradable y útil. Fatih es fluido en inglés y habla un poco chino y español. Ayudó a reservar y amargo balón en el último minuto y a un precio muy asequible. Le pedí que se dieran los nombres de todos los quesos y aceitunas y cucharas que se sirvieron para ir con el ekmek caliente, grispy y él explicaba todo. La ciudad donde se encuentra, Uchisar es fácilmente accesible desde el aeropuerto de neveshir por navegación a 250tl por persona y a 10 minutos de autobús de goreme. ¡Grande vista de terraza donde se puede ver balones de aire caliente con el sol!!»

«The staff are all nice and greet with sincerety. The male stuff helped us check in and explained about the hotel and the offered us car rental and tour services. The price for car rental is slight more expensive than others in the area but since the rental company will deliver and pick up the car at the hotel we opt for the convenience and rented via the hotel. Our room got upgraded and it was nice a spacious. Living in a cave is a good experience for sure. The room is warmer than I expected. There's only one air con in the living room and hence while sleeping have to open some windows to let the wind comes in. Outside was actually colder than inside. The amenities are quite sufficient. The hotel has spots for nice photos of the hot air balloon in the morning but you really need to wake up almost as early as going to take the hot air balloon since there will be other people there and they sure will hog it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying here.»

«El hotel más especial en el que me he alojado. Está construido sobre la piedra. No son piedras apiladas artificialmente, sino excavadas de verdad. El hotel es muy bonito y bien proporcionado. Desde cualquier ángulo se pueden sacar buenas fotos. Por suerte, lo reservé con seis meses de antelación. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Alguien recoge el equipaje en cuanto bajas del minibús del aeropuerto. Di una buena recomendación cuando me alojé allí y también me enviaron un cóctel. Sin embargo, no se recomienda pedir el servicio de transporte en el hotel. Es más puntual en 🍑. También es muy práctico tomar el minibús del aeropuerto al salir del aeropuerto. Hay un precio fijo en la puerta. Muéstrale al conductor el nombre del hotel y te lo entregará en la puerta. El desayuno del hotel es muy completo, y también puedes pedir tostadas a partir de las 8. La habitación no tiene ventanas y el aire acondicionado debe estar encendido durante mucho tiempo. La habitación es grande y las instalaciones están bien, pero hay dos puntos que espero mejorar: 1. ¡No pongan la toalla de suelo junto con la toalla de baño! Como la toalla de suelo se usa en el suelo, me preocupa la higiene y solo uso las toallas de baño desechables que traje. 2. El secador de pelo es difícil de usar. Las chicas no pueden sujetarlo. Hay que apretar el botón mientras se sopla. No se puede fijar con un solo botón. Ni siquiera mi marido, que me ayudó, pudo sujetarlo mucho tiempo. Al final terminó de soplarme el pelo de forma intermitente y le dolían las manos. Por último, hay una montaña al atardecer junto al hotel. La entrada cuesta 20 tl por persona. ¡Es precioso ver los globos aerostáticos desde allí! ¡El amanecer y el atardecer también son preciosos! Es más interesante que montar en globo, pero recuerda caminar más dentro después de pasar por la plataforma de observación. ¡El ángulo es más perfecto!»

«I wish the hotel had a pool and a restaurant but alas. Other than that, the room was really nice. The WiFi was a bit slow though. The staff were nice and the location is very ideal. Only a 10 min walk from the town of Goreme, and many restaurants nearby. The best feature of this hotel is its rooftop, where you can see the balloons at sunrise. The balloons come very close, to the point we got woken up from hearing the fire. It was very dreamy.»

Muchos vienen aquí a menudo para ver el amanecer o el atardecer con vistas a un globo aerostático. Es increíble. Alójate aquí sin necesidad de pagar entrada para acceder a la colina.»

«No solo el exterior, sino también el interior eran preciosos. Nuestra habitación era una suite, espaciosa y con espacio suficiente para dos personas. Antes de venir, imaginaba que haría frío dentro de la cueva, pero el suelo era cálido y cómodo. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel si quieres alojarte en un hotel cueva con vistas espectaculares.»
