«The hotel is slightly dated, and my room was facing the bridge leading from Singapore customs to JB customs. Therefore, it can be quite noisy for families with young children or babies who need to sleep. The service staff at the lobby were very friendly and there was also a private car park inside the building. You will need to use the elevator car lift to go upstairs to the car park and you will be guided by the security guard on some instructions. Overall, the hotel is OK for the price paid and the location is also about seven minutes. Walk to City Square and JBCC Komtar. To those who are coming by car, it would be good to just park by the road just outside the hotel while someone checks in and you will receive the instructions on parking inside the building.»

«I previously booked this hotel few times..its really worth my money .. but this time I find it a bit strange..i asked one extra floor mate they said will need to charge extra ..this is something I never expected.. second there was big fight going on at 5 floor Chinese bar .. i group of guys beating one man ..thats was so scary ..all looks like gangsters.. i thought its very safe to stay in berjaya hotels bcz of the image n prestige.. but JB berjaya is very unsafe for families & kids bcz of all the nonsense bar & pubs inside the hotel ..its not outside..its inside ..and this time the swimming pool was so dirty almost green color.. i wonder why the hotel is not maintaining their quality and good name ?»

«Our stay at Grand Paragon Hotel was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ The rooms are incredibly spacious, making them perfect for families. We travelled with our 18-month-old son, my elderly mother who uses a wheelchair, and plenty of luggage, yet we never felt cramped. The hotel is truly family-friendly, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Since our room was ready, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated after our journey. The team also took care of all our luggage without hesitation, and the front desk was always responsive and efficient whenever we needed assistance. We chose Grand Paragon because it holds a special place in our hearts. My late father loved staying at this hotel, and returning here brought back many beautiful memories. It made our stay even more meaningful. There were only a few small suggestions for improvement. We experienced a minor hiccup with the hot water during our stay, and it would also be wonderful if the hotel could consider installing handheld bidets, as the built-in ones are not very practical. For breakfast, having salt and pepper available on every table would be a nice convenience. One additional touch that would make the experience even more memorable is offering a simple welcome drink or a small plate of cookies upon check-in, as some other hotels do.
