«Good location clean small room.  The sign on the top of building is not in English but Japanese.  They don’t have spaces for luggage storage more than a day. The hotel staff she can’t speak English so can’t help much but the staff in tourist information center in the train station speak fluent English so I got all I need there.»

«The location, services & cleanliness and facilities were very superb. But the rooms were just too small and uncomfortable. We could not put 2 pieces of 24-inch luggage. Unable to move much Breakfast & the bath were good & its beauriful exterior was nice to hang out but the rooms weren’t good to rest. Staff were great & breakfast was also very good. Overall it’s a good experience.»

«Great location, literally 30seconds away from Aeon Mall Okayama and the surrounding area also has lots of other shops and restaurants, not to mention it is also only 10minutes away from Okayama station»

«Best location with excellent restaurants and bars all around. lawson just is across the street. Hotel has a tax free pharmacy/combi store attached. elevator parking is round the corner. Size of room is good, there are 2 pillows for each guest. one is a regular pillow and the other is a buckwheat hard one.»

«The front desk administrator really friendly and helpful. Although the building is old but the room is really clean, tidy, and big enough to accommodate my large size luggage. This was my 2nd time of booking with this hotel. It worth to have an excellent rating.»

«The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?»

«Very good location. Hotel has good spa and convenient. Many parking around the hotel.. very near shopping streets and eateries... Very nice place to stay. Highly recommendee»
