Very comfortable stay for my family!! Room is big, clean and nice, facing nice view, woke up happily everyday. Sufficent space for us to open luggage. breakfast is delicious and large variety as well, front desk and staff are so polite, the only downside is it’s like 8 mins walk from Sapporo station, tho it’s only a straight line walk, not hard to navigate. If I were to go back Hokkaido for trip, will book again!!!

La ubicación, el servicio, el ambiente y las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes. Tiene bañera y ducha separadas, lo que es genial. El aislamiento acústico es un poco deficiente, ya que está justo al lado de una calle principal y a veces se oye bastante el sonido de las ambulancias. El desayuno es un poco monótono, siempre lo mismo. En general, estoy bastante satisfecho.

The hotel is a bit old, can be seen from the toilet type and overall bedroom + bathroom design. But still functioning properly. Bed is on the softer side. We can see mountains afar from the window. They receive my takkyubin well and it has been waiting inside our room when we check in (got 30 mins earlier check in). Service is friendly! Cleaning service every day is nice. Location is not really close to train station but there are a few exits within walking distance, though it’s not right nearby. We got access to the lounge as we were staying in Cross Floor, but the snacks variety are small and the same everyday. Freeflow wine and beer is cool though. We mostly just eat the nuts. Maybe better if you can provide Hokkaido milk instead of these sugary drinks. Thanks!

Al llegar al hotel, estaba emocionada. La habitación estaba impecable y elegí una de estilo japonés, lo que me hizo sentir muy cómoda. El hotel está cerca de Noboribetsu Jigokudani y del pueblo de aguas termales, y hay tiendas a solo unos minutos a pie. Si tienes sed de leche después de un baño termal, recuerda comprarla en una tienda al llegar; el hotel no la vende. Compré un poco después de mi baño nocturno y tuve que devolver las últimas cajas. El hotel incluye desayuno y cena buffet, y la comida estaba bastante bien. Había patas de cangrejo y sashimi, pero la selección de carnes era limitada, solo carne de res con grasa. Como fruta, había piñas y frutas variadas enlatadas.

After 10 stops in Japan I can say Tokyu Stay is my favorite hotel chain. In-room laundry is so nice for long term travel and they always provide the quintessential hotel amenities. No fancy design gimmicks, just everything you need. Location was great a few blocks from Hakodate station and the harbor. Excellent views from the rooftop lounge.

Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa, it also goes to Furano and Biei directly. Hot spring resort is so so, not much facilities and a small place. It's pity they don't provide free shuttle bus or free entry to nearby snowlands.

I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations. After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service. We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. Servicio del hotel: El personal fue amable. Instalaciones del hotel: Las aguas termales eran de buena calidad, pero las habitaciones, en general, eran bastante antiguas. La habitación con terraza que reservé era difícil de abrir y cerrar debido al descuido prolongado. El hotel tiene una tienda de recuerdos y vende postres; la calidad es muy buena. 😝

The hotel is so lovely. There is a Lawson just literally 1 min walk away and the surroundings have eateries to fill your tummies if you don't feel like venturing out. The location allows you to walk towards the Otaru Canal in less than 10 min. Very good location I would say. The room we got is of a decent size for two, is clean and we even have a nice City/ Seaview. Parking lot is just beside the hotel hence great for those who drives to Otaru.
