«Located in a remote part of the lake, this hotel is has a great view of the lake and a marvellous garden The rooms are large with western beds as as as tatami futons I had the lake view room. Magnificent view Unfortunately in early spring, the spectacular autumnal foliage shown in the all the posters were absent The onsen do have a great view but again in spring time there was nothing much to see except the lawn and the bare trees We did not take dinner here but breakfast was decent Good place for zen relaxation.»

«Great hotel, very conveniently located next to the JR station. Amenities are complete, plenty of places to grab somwthing to eat as well. Wish I had more time to sightsee around the city, but I left early to go to Kakunodate. Maybe next time. The room got too hot, but I only found out im the morning there's a panel where you can adjust the temperature. The north wing room is nice, but you have to walk to the main building for breakfast and the train station. Breakfast was good, plenty of local selecrion, but many of the dishes had pork and I couldn't eat. They had plenty of salad and sweets available. Their scrambled egg is also nice.»

«Good location close to the train station. Best thing are the facilities: clean and convenient onsen in the same building, and complimentary ice cream and ramen.»

«The room is quite spacious, bigger than normal business chain hotel. Everything is nice and clean as the hotel seems to be newly renovated. The location is very convenient. It connects to a mall and also very close to Akita station.»
