«Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!»

«Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry. This area is serene but not on raining day. They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp. Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected. The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box. Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid. 2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby. A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.»

«Lavaba la piscina , las cubiertas de agua no están bien diseñadas para que el agua de la cubierta de la piscina fluya siempre a la parte superior de la vanidad y caiga en el suelo que hizo el suelo más húmedo del tiempo . La ubicación es en el buen punto pero no puede ir a ninguna parte porque no nos sentimos seguros de caminar por aquí .»

«We had a good family staycation overall. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant looked beautiful at night with the lights. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was enjoyable. The pool was quite small, but still usable for a short stay. When we visited, the Nordic Land area was still under construction, but the layout already looked promising and beautiful. We had an issue with the bed size, as it was different from what was advertised on the booking app, but this was handled well and resolved by the duty manager. The only downside was during check-in. The staff member who assisted us had an unpleasant attitude and did not feel sincere, although she seemed to be forcing herself to be polite. In contrast, the staff member who assisted us during check-out was pleasant and friendly. Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel may want to remind staff to be more genuine and professional, especially during check-in, as first impressions matter.»
