«Desventajas: La iluminación de la habitación era muy tenue y al reservar no me di cuenta de que no tenía ventanas. La higiene debería ser aceptable, pero tampoco se podía apreciar bien debido a la oscuridad. La decoración era terrible; aparte de las sábanas y el techo blancos, todo lo demás era de paneles negros, y al no tener ventanas y con la mala iluminación, cada noche al volver a la habitación me sentía completamente sin energía ni motivación. Sin embargo, parece que la decoración es antigua, espero que el formaldehído ya se haya disipado. No sé si en todos los hoteles de Taiwán la lavandería es de pago, pero en este tanto la lavadora como la secadora se pagaban por separado, aunque no recuerdo el precio exacto.

The Hotel is located next to the Presidential Palace, a three-minute walk to the National Taiwan University Hospital Station, a ten-minute walk to Taipei Station, and a fifteen-minute walk to Ximending.It is a very good place to stay, with 228 Park next to it.
«The location of this hotel is right in between Ximen station and Taipei station. It’s about 8 mins walk each way. There is another nearer station NTU hospital of about 6 mins walk.
The room is big with one king bed and one single bed which can accommodate 3 pax.
The toilet is huge! It comes with 2 sinks, one toilet, one bathtub and one shower area with lots of space. One of the biggest toilets I have seen and comparable size to suite hotel toilets.
The amenities was basic with toiletries (hand wash, shower and shampoo).
They also provide coffee, tea, snacks, fridge and a kettle. You will need to refill the water at the reception level or another floor. They provide hot, warm and cold water.
You can also go to the reception floor to enjoy the coffee, tea and snacks there with tables and chairs.
Only shortfall is they only provide cleaning once in the 5 days stays and there is no room slippers.
Overall, it’s an enjoyable stay and no complaints for this price.
The room is overall clean and spacious.»

La ubicación es ideal para ir al mercado, a la estación de tren, tomar el autobús o explorar zonas menos concurridas. Hay tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes en el barrio.
Puntos negativos: El aislamiento acústico es muy deficiente, por lo que recomiendo al propietario que cambie las ventanas que dan a las calles principales. Las mamparas entre las habitaciones, junto a las ventanas compartidas, también necesitan aislamiento. Además, algunas habitaciones no tienen ventanas que se abran; deberían instalarlas. Debería haber iluminación frente a los espejos del baño. Algunas habitaciones no tienen perchas.
En general, recomendamos este hotel. Nos encantó encontrarnos con el personal de recepción todos los días.»

Usuario invitadoThis hotel really added a bonus to my trip in Tainan. It was honestly comfortable till the stage when the day ended, we actually looked forward to return to the hotel (didn’t feel like a hotel anymore, but more like going home)
The location is really good too. It’s in a pretty open area surrounded by residential places, markets, and sports areas, so everything is quite convenient. Places like Shennong Street and other attractions are about a 15-18 minute walk away. The whole area is nice for city walks, just casually walking around also feels interesting.
The room itself is new, clean, and well designed. Bathroom has proper dry-wet separation feels really nice and relaxing. The bed is also super comfortable and clean (there was just a few tiny hole, but it didn’t really affect anything)
Overall, the whole place has a really nice vibe. Good service, good room, good location, honestly very worth it for the price. My friend and I really liked it, and we didn’t really want to leave when we checked out.

Tiene una vista inparalelizada al océano y al capa que también es básicamente inobstruccionado. La habitación es muy grande y tiene ventanas en todo el mundo. El hotel es muy tranquilo y tranquilo. A pesar de que es basicamente la única ”amuestra” o instalaciones que tienen, es todavía un buen lugar para relajarse y ver el sol subir o salir. No es barato, pero creo que todavía es un buen valor en general considerando lo único que es. Muchos hoteles bonitos en Taipei no tienen mucho de vista honestamente, así que creo que preferiría un lugar como este.

PepibelleThis is an amazing place to stay for all traveler types. You can travel here solo or with family/friends. Upon arrival, I was checked into my room. Jimmy (the owner) gave a warm welcome along with a gift. The room was comfortable and clean. It even had a balcony where you can sit and overlook the whole city. Jimmy and his staff are very kind. They provided excellent service, and the breakfast was tasty and nutritious. The city doesn’t have the best transportation, but Jimmy was kind enough to drive me into the city and pick me up whenever I was finished. When I checked out, I was given a box of tea—a wonderful gift for the upcoming Chinese New Year. All in all, I would rate this place a 12/10. It’s not only a place to stay, but it made me feel right at home. The plus side is the cute dog, Ao Hua. She is friendly and playful.

Aloh2000There are a few routes to get to the hotel. We took the hard route but the shortest way to get to the hotel when we first touch down Beitou from the MRT station. So we took the side staircase route to get to the hotel, it was a short walk, a slight uphill and downhill slope to get to the hotel. We have to go through a few private apartments before we get to the hotel. Overall the hotel location is quite strategic, we can walk to the market very easily about 15-20 minutes walk to the night market. It is near to the morning wet market too. A lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits sold there. Bought very sweet guavas there. We tried and went back to buy even more. Oh yeah the private hot spring tub is also very relaxing too! Overall very nice stay at Beitou. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

MinifootprintsWe stayed 5 days in Taichung for our pre-wedding shoot, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Just a 10-minute walk to Wernar Wedding, and everything else we wanted to explore was nearby. Morning strolls to Third Market for breakfast, a sweet stop at Miyahara for ice cream, a fun baking session at the Sun Cake Museum, and night walks to Yizhong Market for food. Loved how walkable everything was!
The only downside is there there is not enough space to open luggage.

El mejor café y té. TV de proyector por esa gran experiencia de pantalla cuando ves un gran cine en Netflix u otro canal de televisión. Cosy y con jardín y privacidad. Stayed at Something Easy in Jiufen and honestly, it was such a gem! The staff were super friendly — they even offered to wash my clothes for free, which totally made my day. The view from my room was absolutely stunning; I could’ve just sat there all day watching the clouds drift over the mountains. The place had so many thoughtful touches and little amenities that made it feel extra cozy and well cared for. If you’re looking for a chill, comfortable stay with warm service and an unbeatable view, this is the spot!

Owner was very friendly and helpful to help us switch our rooms to a lower floor because there was no lift and we had two big luggage.
Also provided us with multiple guides on where and what to do nearby
Room was spacious for two and clean/well mainained as well. Breakfast was customised and homey and yummy!
Location is less than 10mins walk to the night market and the direct sea view was great for early sunrise morning walks :)
