«Fueron muy amables al recogernos y llevarnos a la estación de tren. El alojamiento está en una calle muy tranquila, cerca de las principales zonas de interés, y cuenta con un patio muy bonito. «The check in desk tried to charge me double the room fee for a room deposit, but it was never stated when booking. Luckily, the manager came over and took off the room fee as I stated it wasn't mentioned in the booking confirmation like it usually does on trip.com. The hotel was big and clean, but very outdated, and the room I was given smelt like stale smoke and the zircon made very loud noises all night, even when turned off.»

«第一次入住温德姆，對比常住的希爾頓逸林，整體體驗差強人意。本次預訂兩間客房，針對其中一間給出客觀評價。
先説早餐，體驗像不小心訂了廉航，前後左右都是人，還有工作人員攔着如同為行李付費一般的尷尬。訂的房型不含早餐，9:40到早餐門口刷房卡被告知無早餐，我提出現場花錢買早餐，工作人員詢問掛賬還是現結，辦理完現結，取完餐剛坐下，就通知10:00收餐，此時已經9:50。一大兩小收費208元，實際用餐也就十幾分鍾。之後向前台索要早餐消費賬單，前台表示看不到早餐賬單，也沒有幫忙協調調取，拿不到消費憑證，這點很難接受。
説到前台，接待的工作人員神態比較機械，美女笑起來好像很困難，缺少温度。
再説説停車場，退房環節體驗也很糟。退房時前台並沒有主動詢問客人是否開車，我們開到出口才發現無法抬桿放行，衹能折返前台重新登記掃碼才能離場。酒店僅有一個出口，來回折騰造成出入口前後堵車，現場讓人焦躁不安。
再回溯前一晚入住，門口站着好幾位穿西服的管理人員，當時酒店在送別領導，所有人的注意力都放在接待上面。我倒車的時候右前輪壓上坡道懸空落下，周邊站着多名工作人員，沒有任何人出聲提醒，我下車之後才發現險情。普通客人和接待領導的待遇落差，感受特別直觀。
也有值得肯定的地方，同行朋友先行辦理入住出現房型出錯，前台主動把兩間房間都做了升級，這點我表示感謝。
可惜服務細節、服務態度、停車場流程、現場處置、消費憑證的流程問題，抵消了房型升級帶來的好感。硬件條件尚可，但服務流程、人員服務意識還有很大優化空間。此次體驗也讓我感同身受差評是如何產生的！»

«¡Mi estancia en el Hotel Futian Huayu fue increíble! La dueña es muy amable, atenta y el servicio en general es impecable. El hotel está limpio y ordenado, y en la plataforma del patio del segundo piso hay una mesa de té, carpas koi, pavos reales y loros, creando un ambiente relajante y cómodo. Las habitaciones de la posada están bien equipadas, incluyendo todos los artículos de aseo.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Puerta Sur y de la calle principal de la ciudad antigua, lo que facilita visitar los lugares de interés. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, ordenadas y bien equipadas. El personal fue amable y atento, e incluso nos ayudó con indicaciones para nuestras rutas turísticas. El ambiente general es fantástico y la comodidad para viajar es alta. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente esta posada si vienes a Pingyao!

Breakfast provided is very simple foods, & has not much of varieties. However, they do give a small token of souvenir when we checked out.
A set back about this hotel is it's location.
It is located across the other side of the river, which is the opposite site of Hukou town. So if you are coming from Xian, your tour bus is not allowed to go across to this hotel. Hv to arrange with hotel for their transport to come over this side & transfer guests +luggages to the hotel.
Another set back is that around this hotels, there are quite a few eateries places which provide more or less the same menu. But there is no sundry shops

Cuando pedimos, nos trajeron una unidad portátil, pero no fue suficiente para mantener la habitación cómoda. Si es invierno, podría ser un buen lugar, pero definitivamente busca otro lugar a finales de primavera y verano.

AahaohoCuando llegué a Taiyuan y buscaba un hotel en el centro de la ciudad, me enamoré de este lugar a primera vista. El estacionamiento es conveniente, está cerca de Liuxiang y es conveniente para comer e ir de compras. Cuando las luces del hotel se encienden por la noche, inmediatamente se vuelve alto y magnífico. La habitación también es espaciosa, con frutas de bienvenida. La vista es amplia y el paisaje es estupendo. El único inconveniente es que las instalaciones del baño son un poco antiguas y la puerta corredera está atascada a la mitad y no se puede cerrar por completo. Con todo, los defectos no superan a los méritos.

CCarmen Ll.Es un hotel situado dentro de las murallas del casco antiguo. El alojamiento es precioso, muy tradicional y las habitaciones, al menos la nuestra, un poco pequeñas. La cama no tiene colchón, es una especie de futón tradicional, muy bonito pero, para mí gusto, muy incómoda y dura y, las almohadas son también muy incómodas, pero claro, esto va a gustos. En recepción siempre fueron muy amables con nosotros y, aunque no hablaban una palabra de inglés, se preocuparon en llamar a alguien por teléfono, para hacer de intérprete.

Los coches del exterior no pueden entrar a la ciudad antigua. Sólo puedes detenerte fuera de la ciudad antigua. Puede ponerse en contacto con el jefe con antelación para que le ayude a encontrar una plaza de aparcamiento adecuada. Luego te llevaremos a la ciudad antigua.
El hotel está en East Street y muy cerca de South Street.

Debido a que tenía poco tiempo, no pude pasar la noche, pero hacía demasiado sol durante el día. El único inconveniente es que sería mejor si hubiera más plantas verdes. y bebí té con el jefe y charlé hasta que se enfrió antes de salir.
