I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Dalian. The service was incredible – the staff are so nice, welcoming, and always cheerful with a smile, especially at breakfast. That alone made me feel so comfortable.
What I loved most was the style of the hotel. It’s not the usual modern look – it has an antique, vintage feel with carpets, little lamps hanging everywhere, and a beautiful style. The decorations reminded me of things I’ve seen in Morocco – truly beautiful.
The food was good, the bed was super comfortable, and the vintage details in the rooms are consistent with the rest of the hotel – same lovely style throughout.

«Ubicación: convenientemente ubicado en la estación de metro Qingniandajie Cross si su modo de transporte preferido es el metro. En mi caso, prefiero esta ubicación porque no está tan concurrida en comparación con Zhongjie. Puedo tomar fácilmente su taxi Didi si prefiero viajar en taxi si no quiero caminar desde el metro hasta el hotel, aunque solo son unos minutos a pie. A veces, después de un largo día, simplemente prefiere tomar un taxi, que es bastante económico en comparación con otras ciudades.

«I stayed here two days ago and had a great experience, so I returned. Instead of an upgrade, this room was a massive step down. The wooden door was completely defective and peeling, which blocked the electronic keycard sensor from working properly. Once inside, the electricity failed and tripped halfway when I was bathing. I had to get ready for my early morning flight in total darkness, relying only on my phone's flashlight and sorting the card in and out to get some light. As I did not want to waste my time because I checked in late and the staff already rectified once and gave me 2 cards for opening and electricity which took up the extreme time for my resting after returning from Changbaishan. I can only said I was not lucky because my room was taken up by somebody because of late check in and oversell, that what I guess. Hopefully the room door can be rectified for the next user before it is released because not everybody checked in late and checked out early. Thank you.»

We combined it with a night in the hotel.
Underground parking.
The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

La atmósfera del castillo de estilo europeo es impresionante, y desde el jardín elevado se puede admirar el puente Xinghai con puestas de sol espectaculares, perfecto para fotos. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con ventanales que dan directamente al mar, y la limpieza está impecable.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Sunny de Relaciones con los Huéspedes. Fue detallista y paciente, organizó meticulosamente todas mis solicitudes previas y respondió rápidamente. Su servicio fue perfecto, sin ser intrusivo. El desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad. No es solo un hotel popular para Instagram, sino un lugar donde realmente te sientes cómodo. Es ideal tanto para parejas como para familias. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Olga_CheLamentablemente, este hotel se ha vuelto el peor de mi viaje de dos semanas en todo el país. El personal era amable, pero no hablaban inglés. En general, el hotel no parecía particularmente amigable al extranjero. Las preguntas simples como una torta de frutas o un adaptador para cargar el teléfono les han aplastado. Cuando me ingresé, encontré un grupo de pelo largo negro en el piso del baño. El hotel no ofrece disculpas ni felicitaciones por esta situación. Este hotel fue el único lugar en China donde tenía una mala comida 😭 Las nueces y incluso la cacahuete se nadieron en aceite, todo era demasiado vinagre y ajo, y no había frutas, verduras, o desserts. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Me quedé bien allí, aunque las ventanas de la habitación olvidaron la autopista y no el parque como se indicaba en la reserva.

Everything was fantastic, especially the beautiful view and how close the hotel is to the sea. The location is perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the scenery.
James was also great — very friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. His English is very good, which made everything smooth and comfortable.

A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. The shower door is not sealed, so it leaks, but everthing else was fine.Air con was working very well and kept the room very cool.
Breakfast had a vast menu, but for a foreigner, the choice was acceptable but limited.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but expensive at £195 for a sea view double room for 2 nights staying on my own Weather was poor but did not detract from my stay..
Location excellent. Metro (2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni) and Xinhai Square about 15 mins walk.
