«Заселились поздно вечером. На английском на ресепшен не говорят, но пользуются переводчиком. Грустный шмыгающий парень достаточно быстро выдал карточки.
Отель расположен в историческом здании времен японской окупации 30-х годов. Очень красиво реконструирован, по коридором висят картины с фото, как отель выглядел до реконструкции. На первом этаже есть пианино, на котором можно играть. Также на первом этаже стоит автомат с безлимитными растворимыми ядерно сладкими напитками: кофе, альтернативное молоко и еще что-то бобовое.
Современные номера, в которых чисто. Японский туалет с подогревом и подсветкой вообще отдельный вид удовольствия. Большие кровати, на которых одна подушка мягкая, а другая набита чем-то плотным и сыпучим. Очень удобно, что все кнопки управления светом и шторами расположены рядом с кроватью с двух сторон. Шторы полный блэк аут, однако кнопка включения зеркала светится всегда. Окно было одно и выходила во внутренний двор на террасу второго этажа, к которому у нас не было прохода из номера. То есть на балкон, идущий вдоль всего этажа, можно было пройти только с лестничного входа. С утра до вечера слышна стройка-реконструкция соседнего небоскреба, но окно шумоподавлщее и с москитной сеткой. В номерах предоставляют белые полотенца, тапочки, зубная щетка с пастой и расческа. Остальные принадлежности, по типу ушных палочек, влажных салфеток, резинки для волос и другое можно было взять в свободном доступе на первом этаже.
Внутренний дворик очень красивый с большим количеством фотозон, летних столиков и качелей. На ресепшен можно взять исторические костюмы для фото во дворике: красивое платье ципао, военная форма и тд.
Удобное расположение: до метро - дорогу перейти минуты 2, также через дорогу очень красивый городской парк Победы (в нем есть потрясное озеро с лотосами, мини парк с аттракционами и большим колесом обозрения, ларьки с едой и тд) и рядом исторический квартал, но пока что все брошено или пустует.
Завтрак с 7:30 до 9:30 по стоимости - 21 юань с человека. Завтрак достаточно скромный: китайские острые добавки, китайские безвкусные булочки, один вид курицы в соусе, рис, омлет, овощи и жуткая ветчина для бутербродов в «европейском» стиле, автомат с тем же растворимым кофе и молоком. Завтракать также можно на улице за столиками в красивом внутреннем дворике. Также во дворике живет очень милая кошечка, но она не очень ласковая.»

Caminando se tarda unos 20 minutos en llegar a la calle principal del pueblo, así que es mejor usar el servicio de transporte del hotel. Lo bueno de este hotel es que puede organizar la recogida y el regreso a la estación de tren, pero la organización es bastante complicada. Necesitas tener WeiXin y reservarlo con un día de antelación. El departamento encargado de este servicio responde un poco lento. El proceso de registro en el hotel es sencillo. El desayuno es aceptable. El conductor que vino a recogernos fue excelente y muy paciente. Incluso le pedimos que nos llevara a Yanbian para una excursión de un día, ya que el Parque Nacional estaba cerrado debido al mal tiempo. En general, la estancia fue buena.»

Очень сложно найти ресепшен. Надо подняться на лифте 6 на 3й этаж. Повернуть налево. Пройти чуть вглубь и там будет ресепшен. К сожалению, пока не встретили сотрудников, мы его искали 30 мин»

The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. ShaonianzidiEl hotel está cerca de la puerta de la antigua montaña del área de paisaje occidental de Changbai, al centro turístico del área de paisaje occidental es muy conveniente, a pie cinco minutos, puede llegar. El servicio de recepción es intimidad, contacto con antelación, recordar a los huéspedes la atención que les interesa, la experiencia global es buena. Pero todavía hay problemas que necesitan mejoras adicionales: 1. cambiar la tormenta para que su salida sea más fluida y mantenga la temperatura estable; 2. cambiar la nueva tormenta más eficiente, que actualmente es ineficiente y afecta a la experiencia de evacuación; 3. Añadir diferentes tipos de tostadas, sólo hay una tostadora suave en la actualidad, que no es amigable con las personas que están acostumbradas a dormir duro; 4: Si el desayuno es más rico, la calidad de los platos sería un poco mejor! Finalmente, se recomienda a los turistas que entran en el centro de turistas de West Poland que se hospeden en el hotel, es muy conveniente.

YouschMy fiancé and I stayed here this weekend to celebrate our engagement.
We arrived at CGIG Nanshan Hotel feeling stressed and drained, but we have left feeling reenergized and joyful.
The food was a delicious combination of Western and Chinese to suit all guests' tastes.
The architecture was stunning; it felt like we were staying at a castle in France. Size was not the only impressive feature though. Every corner of the building was cleaned thoroughly at all times.
The staff were all kind, attentive and treated us like royalty. When there was one small delay, they made an effort to resolve the issue quickly and gave us very nice gifts as a goodwill gesture.
We definitely recommend your hotel to anyone who visits Changchun.

Matt DurrheimFor the price it's amazing. We went for the ski slopes and got to try them all in 5 days. Breakfast included was adequate. 15 minutes from Wanda and 30 minutes from luneng. If you're going to share a room and ski at Wanda every day, it would be worth staying at the slopes, otherwise stay here.
