We came here for a night after staying at local minsu stay.
Hotel stay is really of a different standard and clean. We enjoyed the stay fully! Bed and pillows were super comfy. We had some issues with the warmer but they promptly sent one portable warmer for us. Hotel is also super sweet to provide free bottles of water even after the ones in the room are finished. Just give reception a call! Recommended!

Lovely hotel that has a refreshing different feeling to it with the ”European” styled rooms. Spotless clean, everything in good working order and friendly staff. Location is good although not in the middle of the bustling ”Guillin road” downtown district. A food street and a mall are nearby. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended

La cama era muy difícil para mí, pero también me quedé en otro alojamiento (pero no en un hotel 3-star) y encuentro que las camas son en general muy difíciles.

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team
Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team.
Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities.
Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring.
This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary:

3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit)

At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

房間衞生狀況良好，床單、被罩乾淨，衞生間沒有明顯異味。室內設施雖然不算特別高端，但基本功能正常，電視、空調等使用起來都沒問題。
酒店工作人員態度友好，辦理入住和退房手續時都比較順利。

The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again.

We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

Unit is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Best is that you can just walk out about 100m to the slopes.
I did have an issue one night when my room was filled with cigarette smoke so much so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open in sub-zero temperatures. When I feedback the next day, they were extremely apologetic and their customer service contacted me to ask for more info and they sent a fruit platter as an apology.
My kids have decided that this is going to be their future destination for skiing because of the convenience as well as the snow conditions.
One thing that puzzled all of us though but it didn't distract from the stay. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The room with the twin beds seemed to have the bigger and better bathroom with a bathtub. But the room with a big bed had a smaller bathroom and shower stall only. Again, didn't mess anything of our stay up but we were just really puzzled about it.

The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. KKevin HauschildGood budget hotel in Wanda Changbaishan. The rooms are a little bit old and could use a renovation. But in general the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is well located at the station of the chairlift. The other amenities like hotspring, supermarket, waterpark and town center are about 2km far away. The breakfast offers a good choice and is delicious.
The set including hotel, skiing, hot spring and water park is very recommendable.

選這個酒店的唯一原因就是可以幫忙訂票，而且離長白山入口近（但我沒想到能這麼近，估計100米不到吧，感覺走兩步路就能看見這個尖頂檢票口了）
往外出去別的景點確實有點不太方便，但是我們主要是為了上天池所以也還好。
房間環境比我想象的好，蠻乾淨的，和北坡藍景風格差不多
而且前台服務都很熱情，尤其是一個帶圓眼睛的姐姐真的儘可能在滿足我們的需求，我們沒帶暖寶寶，小店沒找到，還特意幫我們找同事找。

Está muy limpio. El personal de servicio en el lobby del hotel es muy amable.
Para saludarlos, el ama de llaves que nos recibió, la hermana Qu Hongwei, tomó la iniciativa de ayudar a llevar el equipaje y lo entregó en la habitación. Luego entregó un plato de frutas y bolas de mar en la piscina.
Al ver que tenemos una persona mayor con nosotros, el ama de llaves Qu Hongwei lo preparó especialmente. Oye, Ye Jiajiang, me gusta mucho.

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

UUsuario invitado很棒，酒店位置就在池西白溪遊客中心旁邊，步行幾分鐘就到，酒店機場和火車站接送一次，很方便，吃飯可選性少，就自帶餐廳和周邊很少選擇，不便宜，房間空間大設計合理，除了走道説話能聽到，隔音效果算好的，窗外就是林景，外圍一週都是酒店的玩樂區，很大的林區都是雪，很滿意，有條河有玩雪玩冰項目，冰釣，親子首選，有室內淘氣堡，兔子，還有動物營區，娃玩的很開心，比起周圍的幾個高端滑雪度假區，親子出遊性價比很高，以後為了天池應該還會再去。
