«Really liked this room, although one thing I would say is if you’re coming to China in a hot month (I was there in September) and you get a room where the bed is up the stairs, the air conditioning doesn’t really reach up there and it’s still pretty hot while being nice and cool down by the couch tv and bathroom. But the staff were helpful and the cleaners came quite often to empty the bins and change the towels so that was awesome.»

«The hotel is nice and a comfortable environment. It's location is a bit out of the way, but not too bad. The rooms are a bit small, particularly compared to similarly priced hotels in bigger cities. (e.g. I came from Shanghai and spent a similar price for a room that was easily 50% larger. Given Shanghai prices, it should have been the other way around.) The breakfast was very underwhelming. Poorly cooked ”western” food that only vaguely looked like what it was supposed to be, and tasted nothing like it. Small selection of lukewarm Chinese breakfast items. Tiny bottles of yoghurt. Very watered down juice.»

Los ñames también son brillantes y duros. Bolas de taro de sándwich de batata morada, el interior es ácido. No sé si es malo. La sopa de barro estaba fría las dos veces que la tomé y era como agua.»

NadineisinshanghaiWe stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need.
The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee.
The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

Stanley The Travel ManLa ubicación es excelente. Está cerca de restaurantes y no muy lejos del río. Se encuentra a unos 10 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús que lleva a la estación de tren.
El servicio de limpieza es excelente. Una mañana solicité la limpieza antes de tiempo y la señora vino en 20 minutos a limpiar mi habitación.
El mobiliario es más que adecuado, aunque si hubiera habido una nevera pequeña, habría sido ideal, ya que hacía calor y quería tomar algo frío, pero estuvo bien.
La habitación tiene muchas marcas de quemaduras de cigarrillo porque los huéspedes simplemente ignoraron el cartel de prohibido fumar, pero no es culpa del hotel. El hotel podría haber multado a los huéspedes, pero no lo hizo, por lo que probablemente el suelo seguirá dañándose o manchándose por la falta de consideración de los huéspedes. Algunos hoteles tienen una política estricta sobre fumar y un cartel de advertencia que indica que se les multará o se les cobrará una tarifa de limpieza. Este hotel aparentemente no tiene nada de eso, lo cual perjudica al propio hotel por no tener esta política. Las manchas en el suelo no me molestaron tanto, más que me pareció feo. La señora de la limpieza dijo que es común encontrar colillas de cigarrillos en el suelo.
Pagué un poco más por una habitación más alejada del ascensor, ya que la más barata está prácticamente al lado.

Mateja BokanThis was a very weird hotel experience. Firstly, the staff is great and were very responsive to any issues I had. That being said, the hotel has seen better days. I changed rooms, but both rooms had very dirty carpets and bathrooms which had traces of molding on the silicone connections, and the windows were, in my opinion, small. The showers were clean, but the hairs were not removed for a long time, and the water drained very slowly. During my stay, I even saw a small gecko run across the bathroom... The AC unit is terribly loud too, and I couldn't sleep the first night almost at all because of it. I later got used to it, but it still gave me troubles during nighttime. On the third day, around 8:25, the cleaning staff barged into the room unannounced. Even though I was awake, this created an awkward experience... Later, when they came again, they only quickly knocked before coming inside again... The hotel's breakfast is minimal, and poorly prepared. I'd recommend skipping it, and getting something from the street in front of the hotel instead. The location of the hotel is good, being only a 5 minute walk away from the entrance to the Mount Longhu scenic area entrance.

El servicio del hotel es excelente, y el personal es sumamente amable, especialmente el Sr. Liu Jie Feng, quien fue fundamental para organizar visitas turísticas a Shangrao Vadoo y la montaña Lingshan. Las habitaciones son buenas y muy cómodas. El paisaje del hotel es muy sereno; hay un pequeño afluente del río que pasa junto al hotel y, además, se ha construido una pista para correr. Es como si la montaña y el río estuvieran en la misma pista. También hay un parque infantil muy cerca.

MIKEY OHotel conveniently situated close to cable car station . Ample Chinese style breakfast although restaurant staff seemed unable interested.
Large room and bathroom which however STANK of urine! Cleaning was perfunctory and bathroom had mold stains besides the terrible smell of urine even in the shower stall!
Restaurant had large prominently displayed pictures of dishes but no one seemed interested to serve when we tried to get in such that for the 2 nights we were there, it was completely empty of customers!
For the above reasons hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars!

Leesa DaviesWe liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Victoria93We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient.
We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

Respondí algunas preguntas antes del registro con prontitud. Quedé muy satisfecho. La experiencia del registro fue una grata sorpresa. Al vivir en la zona turística, el lugar está justo al salir. Si vives en la zona turística, casi no hay gente por la mañana, lo cual es genial. Puedes registrarte cuando quieras. También hay rutas nocturnas especiales. La tarifa del hotel incluye entradas y teleférico. También hay personal especializado para ayudarte a llevar tu equipaje al área turística. En resumen, se cuida cada detalle con mucho esmero, lo que refleja la sólida capacidad de gestión de la zona. Estoy muy satisfecho con mi experiencia de viaje y alojamiento.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Especially Xiaoxia who assisted us with many inquiries. The manager and miss ling/ting aided us in arranging our transport back from the hotel to Shangrao during peak holiday season which was a great help. The hotel served a wide variety of western as Chinese food at the complimentary breakfast buffet. The hotel is also a 15 minute walk away from the entrance of Sanqingshan and the Yulian Water Fall. The only minor downside is that the hotel has different blocks and some blocks are only accessible by stairs between the connecting corridors until we reach the elevator which was a bit hard to navigate with luggage. Apart from that we had a great stay. Would recommend.
