«Excelente estancia en este hotel de Hothot (mejor que el otro hotel de 5 estrellas de marca en el que me alojé cerca de MixC). El proceso de registro fue muy sencillo, está a poco más de un kilómetro de Wanda Plaza y a 10-15 minutos del Museo de Mongolia Interior y la estación de tren de Hothot Este. La habitación era muy espaciosa y contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias, botellas de agua adicionales en el vestíbulo del ascensor, gimnasio y lavandería gratuita con bolsas de lavandería, detergente y quitapelusas incluidos. El desayuno buffet ofrecía una gran variedad de comida y bebida. En el mismo edificio se encuentra el restaurante ”Xibei”, ideal para familias, y un spa. Es especialmente recomendable para familias con niños pequeños, gracias a su fantástica decoración y juguetes infantiles.»

«We stayed here to enjoy the unobstructed view of the volcano and to experience the space-themed rooms. Visiting during the low season at the end of March, we didn't expect to be the only guests, but despite that, we received exceptional treatment. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The night views were absolutely spectacular and truly made our trip memorable. Although the location is about 1.5 hours from town, we were glad we chose this place for its unique charm and stunning scenery. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers visiting the area. Additionally, there's a large spa / hot springs just a few meters away to relax and make the stay extra special! Again, would highly recommend.»

«El hotel presenta un diseño único al estilo de una yurta mongola. Las habitaciones son impecables, limpias y están totalmente equipadas, con amplias camas para cinco personas. Son luminosas y bien ventiladas. El personal es amable y atento, y ofrece explicaciones claras. El restaurante del hotel está limpio, sirve comida deliciosa a precios razonables y ofrece porciones generosas. El desayuno es muy variado. En general, tuve una estancia muy agradable y dormí muy cómodamente. ¡Sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquiera que tenga la oportunidad!»

«El hotel es único. Los niños estaban muy contentos y decían que vivían en un palacio. Si vienes a Manzhouli, no te pierdas el Hotel Matryoshka. La habitación es muy amplia, el piso es alto y las instalaciones son muy elegantes. Se nota que el diseño del hotel es excelente. Un buen hotel también necesita una buena gestión. Se recomienda mejorar la higiene del restaurante y optimizar el desayuno. Cientos de personas se reúnen a la vez para comer. Por muy ricos que sean los platos, no son muy apetitosos, y el desperdicio de comida también es grave.»

«I stayed at this hotel near the airport, which has a good location, decent food, and a pleasant environment. However, this time the service was really poor. This month, I stayed here 5 times for work, but I only received proper front desk service on 2 occasions. The other times, there was no one at the reception to greet or assist me. When I extended my stay, the room cleaning was done poorly/incompletely. They also often failed to restock the minibar. Additionally, there was rarely an English-speaking staff member at the reception. The staff would speak to me in Chinese even when I approached them, which felt quite rude. This made it very difficult to order food to the room. Because of these issues, I have decided not to stay here again.»

«Overall, this was a very mixed experience. There were so many things I genuinely loved about this place, but unfortunately one major issue completely changed our stay. The hotel is a family-run property in the middle of the grasslands, and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The owners were incredibly kind, making us feel at home right away. My son even spent time playing with the owner's child, sharing toys and feeding the goats on their small farm. It was a lovely, authentic experience that made our stay feel very personal. The accommodation itself is made up of traditional yurt-style tents, which are charming and full of character. Our tent had a comfortable double bed for my wife and me, plus a single bed for our son. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and one feature we especially enjoyed was the skylight in the roof. It can be opened and closed with a remote control, allowing you to look up at the stars at night, which creates a truly magical atmosphere. The tent was also equipped with air conditioning and heating, making it comfortable in different weather conditions. The bathroom was relatively new, although it had a few minor plumbing issues, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. The owners also recommended a nearby horse ranch just next to the hotel, where we enjoyed a wonderful horseback riding experience. Since we went in the evening after the busiest hours, we paid only 80 RMB for two horses for our family of three for a 30-minute ride, accompanied by friendly local guides. It was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Another outstanding feature is the restaurant next to the hotel. The food was simply exceptional. We had grilled goat ribs that were honestly the best I've ever eaten. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and perfectly cooked. The service was fast, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it was a wonderful place to enjoy dinner with my family after a day exploring the grasslands. Unfortunately, the biggest issue with this hotel has nothing to do with the hotel itself—it is the evening entertainment throughout the surrounding area. Every night there are outdoor shows with bonfires, performances, and group activities, which are enjoyable and create a lively atmosphere. Fireworks and other entertainment are also fun for families and children. However, once the shows end, the music becomes unbearably loud. It is so loud that many guests were covering their ears, and even children were uncomfortable standing nearby. The hotel's own entertainment ended around 10:00 p.m., which would have been acceptable. The real problem was that several neighboring hotels continued blasting extremely loud music until around 11:00 p.m. or later. Because these beautiful yurt tents provide very little sound insulation, the noise travels directly inside the rooms. At one point I had to call Ctrip customer service, and the music outside was so loud that we couldn't even hear each other while I was inside the tent. I actually had to move into the bathroom just to have a conversation. After driving more than 500 kilometers that day, we had chosen this destination to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the peace and quiet of the grasslands. Instead, it felt like being next to an outdoor nightclub. We had originally planned to stay for two nights, possibly even three, but after the first night we decided to cancel the remaining night and move to a hotel closer to the city simply so we could get some proper rest. It was disappointing because everything else about this place had exceeded our expectations. I don't believe this is entirely the responsibility of this hotel's owners. They were wonderful hosts, and everything they personally managed was excellent. However, I do think there needs to be better coordination among all the nearby hotels. Guests who travel long distances to stay in the grasslands usually come to enjoy the natural bea»

«Great location next to the sand lake. We had a cabin room which was away from everything, but their car service was quick and excellent. The hot springs were a nice relaxing experience and a wonderful half day out; although I couldn’t spend as much time there as I would have liked because there was very little shade and I was worried I would get sunburned. It would be nice if they were open at night; but it’s a minor complaint. I would absolutely go back - but would cover up with some sun block and maybe a hat next time. The buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel were a slight disappointment; but would still recommend overall.»

«Location is not the best area in Hohhot, but taxi is cheap in the city so it was not a big issue. What bothered us the most was the fact that the room is “non-smoking” but had obvious smell of smoke when we arrived, and an ashtray (?!) is part of the room amenities. I asked the front if I was put in the wrong room and they said that it was indeed non-smoking but due to the language barrier they could not explain the ashtray well. Besides that, it was OK in terms of cleanliness and the bed was comfortable. The smell faded away from the 2nd night. Staff was also very helpful for fulfilling our requests. I recommend the hotel to remove the ashtray to suggest guests to not smoke. All in all it is a decent accommodation for what you pay for.»

En líneas generales, todo estuvo bien: las instalaciones estaban limpias, el personal fue amable y la ubicación resultó conveniente para lo que necesitaba. Lo que realmente quiero destacar es el Horizon Lounge: un espacio muy bien ambientado, tranquilo y con una vista espectacular. Ideal para relajarse, trabajar un rato o simplemente disfrutar de una bebida en un ambiente cómodo y exclusivo. Sin dudas, fue uno de los puntos altos de mi experiencia.»

«推開窗是滿眼葱蘢，躺在床上看雲捲雲舒。這次選的民宿，大概是今年最正確的決定。 🏠 關於房子： 老宅改造的設計感十足，保留了原木的肌理，又有現代的舒適。最愛那個大大的落地窗，下午的陽光灑進來，光影斑駁，發呆一整天都不會膩。 床品有淡淡的陽光味道，衞生間做得很好。非常乾淨，沒有異味。 民宿比照片還好看，是那種質樸的、令人心安的美。 老闆人很颯，聊得很開心。印象最深的是夜晚的庭院，抬頭看見了久違的星空。 羊肉特別好吃，尤其是他們家的辣醬，大家有機會一定要來哦☺️»
