La habitación era espaciosa, luminosa, limpia y refrescante. Para mí, que acababa de experimentar el aire cálido y húmedo del monte Putuo y Weihai, fue como llegar a un paraíso para dormir. La cama seca era comodísima. El hotel también es muy práctico para viajar. Está muy cerca de la calle peatonal de la calle Jianghan y de la playa fluvial... Elegiré este hotel sin dudarlo cuando vuelva a visitar Wuhan.

I had an amazing stay at Four Seasons International Hotel (Shiyan Beijing Middle Road University Town). The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The hotel location is great near a mall also its near hankou railway station. The hotel is clean,spacious and very comfortable with a great view from the window. The hotel is great for stay with your friends or couples. Would recommend

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. Durante mi viaje por el Día Nacional, pasé una noche en Wuhan y reservé dos habitaciones. El entorno era precioso y las ventanas daban a una vista panorámica, ¡perfecta!
