La ubicación es buena, a 1 km de la estación de Harbin y de la calle Central. El gerente de la tienda estaba muy entusiasmado e incluso me regaló jugo de sandía cuando me registré. Pero el diseño de la habitación no es razonable. La sala familiar tiene un dormitorio principal con puerta y solo una salida de aire acondicionado. El dormitorio con salida de aire acondicionado no tiene enchufe y el dormitorio con enchufe no tiene aire acondicionado. No hay un espacio separado para bañarse y cambiarse, y el resto de personas de la casa sólo pueden esconderse en una habitación sin aire acondicionado. El sonido de la cisterna del inodoro fue lo suficientemente fuerte como para despertar a la gente de la casa.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

We had a good stay at the Steigenberger. The staff we interacted with were attentive. The room was spacious and overall comfortable, if a tad warm for my liking. I was seemingly able to turn on the AC, but I don’t believe it was actually pumping in cool air. Neither of us slept with the comforter and we both woke up sweaty one morning. The bathroom was clean, but I did notice the bathtub was dusty around the top, under the window and mirrors.

El cuarto tiene sabor. La cama no es muy blanca. Las instalaciones son un poco sencillas. No hay instalaciones interiores. Pero el servicio es mejor. The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

Boss , super friendly and helpful. Recommended to book this Hotel. Cheap skiing price from the boss not recommended to have coach they will asking for tips just like compulsory we need to pay tips . Arrange transportation from the Boss to Xue Xiang . He will bring you go to the place you need . All the way he will bring you to buy ticket from Xue Xiang until u take bus only he left . No hay un espacio separado para bañarse y cambiarse, y el resto de personas de la casa sólo pueden esconderse en una habitación sin aire acondicionado. El sonido de la cisterna del inodoro fue lo suficientemente fuerte como para despertar a la gente de la casa.

Decent place to stay. Personally I feel it's a little expensive for what you get as it is small and the lobby is small as well, but i guess it is Harbin price. I was expecting better from the adverts. I like the mini balcony, beautiful view. Good location, although a little far from the train station (tho still walkable) Downstairs is the popular Zhongyangdajie walking street. Walking distance to Songhua River and Stalin Park. Approximately 20mins cab to Ice Snow World & Siberian Tiger Park. Tourist tip: The actual hotel name is different. The actual hotel sign and Google Map shows as James Joyce Coffetel, on DiDi (local taxi app) to get there you put as Zhefei Hotel 2, Shangyou Street, Daoli

這家很不錯👍。我選房很簡單，看着乾淨整潔、裝修有細節，外環境圖片喜歡就可以了。訂了這家才看到評論有説不好的，心想隨遇而安吧，不到300元一晚，你還想要什麼自行車！我訂的三張床的那間，沒有獨立衞生間，但別墅客衞也乾淨好用，沒有問題。房東大叔人超好👍，熱情又直接，幫我們搞定滑雪全套，跟我網上看到的價格基本差不多。還負責接送。房東大叔建議的是體委滑道，很不錯👍。滑雪體驗與建議：1、3小時滑雪根本不夠，雪場條件有限，建議吃飽喝足上午就去，可以滑2場6小時。2、不會滑雪的新手直接請教練帶到中級雪道去學習，因為1小時教學最多帶滑2-3次時間就沒了😭。我就是自己會一點點，開始沒找教練，玩高興了，去了中級道，滑不下來，時間又快到了，請個教練帶下來，10多分鐘也200元😭

The location is easy to find, just right at the main street of XueXiang called Xue Yun Da Jie. 于姐 is very generous and helpful. She spent extra care to our group which consist of a few children, provide attraction advises that suitable to our group profile. This hostel is also a restaurant serving from breakfast to supper, food was tasty, variety and very convenient. They also so have make up & photography services for local traditional clothing too.
