«Nuestro grupo de nueve personas vino en coche para nuestro viaje. Reservamos este hotel por sus buenas reseñas. No tienen aparcamiento propio, pero afortunadamente el personal de recepción nos ayudó a encontrar un sitio para aparcar al otro lado de la calle, lo cual fue muy práctico y gratuito. Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar con dos camas de 1,8 metros. La habitación era muy espaciosa; pudimos desplegar nuestras maletas sin problema. La ubicación era bastante buena, cerca de muchas atracciones. Aunque solo teníamos un día, pudimos visitar todos los lugares más populares gracias a su conveniente ubicación. La habitación también estaba muy limpia. Había muchos artículos de aseo desechables y el champú era sorprendentemente bueno; mi pelo no quedó nada graso después de lavarlo. El secador de pelo también era muy potente; me secó el pelo en solo unos minutos. La recepcionista fue excepcionalmente amable y entusiasta, y nos recomendó buenos restaurantes cercanos. Todos pensamos que la comida tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio y estaba deliciosa. El aislamiento acústico no era tan malo como esperaba; dormimos muy cómodamente por la noche casi sin ruido. En la misma calle de arriba había opciones para desayunar, con muchas especialidades locales a precios muy razonables. «What a gem! ✨💎 I cannot understate what a uniquely beautiful place this is - and also how fantasticly friendly and helpful the staff are!
As a foreigner travelling alone through china, I was made to feel very welcome! 😊 Unexpectedly, the staff’s English was very good which although not required did make life a bit easier. The historic building’s atmosphere was charming and furnished very nicely. There are also several cute cats which roam around the property! ♥️🐈
Furthermore, when I faced challenges booking a tour to the Fujian Tulou Buildings (my Phone number wouldn't work) - the staff went above and beyond to help - even coordinating with the driver on my behalf! 🙌
Ultimately, my stay at the Xiamem Qian Mansion was fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough! 🫶»

Nos preguntaron si íbamos a Impressions Dahongpao y nos sugirieron que usáramos las chaquetas del hotel, ya que la temperatura bajó repentinamente y la función es al aire libre. La última vez que volvía a viajar, hace más de seis años, había pasado un largo camino por el hotel de aguas templadas que se encontró accidentalmente. Lou LaHaving never stayed at a Pan Pacific hotel, I had no idea what to expect, but it really impressed me!
The gym definitely stood out, the equipment was so smooth and well-maintained, easily the best hotel gym I’ve used in a while.
What really made the difference was the team.
Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel personal and warm. The team kindly helped, sharing directions and local tips and insights. From travel times to sharing maps, they couldn’t have been kinder in helping.
The room was cosy and comfortable and I personally slept really well (better than at home!) the location worked well for me too, I found it calm and well connected. It was an stress-free, enjoyable experience to stay at this Pan Pacific and I plan to stay again. :)
Thank you to the Pan Pacific team for going above and beyond to provide the best in service and care. I would like to share a special thanks to Joey, Lundy, Freda and Bruce who made my May Day holiday, may your week bring the best! 🌷 ☕️

Usuario invitadoAs a mom travelling with my two boys, (16 and 13) we had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our incredible host Xianti (XT), his lovely mother, and the entire family. They were exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit.
We stayed in the Triple Family Courtyard Room, which was not only beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Despite our late arrival, we were still able to order a meal from the aunties and wow, the food was outstanding! In fact, we ended up having lunch and dinner there every single day because it was just that delicious. Every meal felt like a lovingly prepared, home-cooked feast.
We also had the pleasure of taking part in a tea ceremony, which was a serene and special experience. The tea was exquisite, and it was a lovely way to connect with the culture and surroundings.
Another highlight was the recommendation to see Impression Da Hong Pao a next-level show that left us absolutely amazed. What made it even better was that our host arranged the tickets for us and had them delivered to the villa, so thoughtful and convenient!

Este es el hotel con la mejor ubicación y entorno en el área escénica de Wuyishan, y también es un hotel que ha ganado premios internacionales de diseño. Es muy agradable simplemente pasear por el hotel, tomar té y soñar despierto. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. El portero tomó la iniciativa de ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje y nos presentó con entusiasmo las instalaciones del hotel. ¡Fue muy considerado! El restaurante con cortina de agua del hotel también es muy bueno. Comí allí dos días consecutivos. ¡Todos sirvieron especialidades de la montaña Wuyi, que eran realmente buenas!

Kenny LewWe had a 2 night stay at the Tegoo Hotel.
We didn't expect much from the hotel, but honestly we were surprised by many little things that were well thought of by all the service staff.
1) The doorman was so helpful
2) During our arrival; they were kind enough to upgrade our room.
3) 4 bottles of water were provided in the room
4) The room was big and clean
5) Everyday we get our greetings from the chamber maid/supervisor, front desk, and doorman etc
6) The bathrobe and towels was nearly packed in a plastic bag.
This was very thoughtful.
7) Due to the fact that I have an injured right arm, so I didn't button up fully; you know what, the doorman came up to me and put on the last button for me and tidied up my dressing before I boarded a taxi. (Heading to the airport)
This happened right in front of the main lobby.
I was taken back, but it really touched my heart.
I forgot to take down his name. I felt so sorry, it was my mistake.
Lastly I hope the hotel management can commemorate the doorman. ( The event happened on 11th March 2026 at around 1020hrs.)

If I happen to visit Xiamen again, I will definitely choose you guys. Good job!

huuiiiReception staff Abby Wu and Richard Nian were very friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service with a smile. Ms Abby Wu even “upgraded” our booking to that with breakfast for 5 instead of for 3 and for that, we are grateful. The level of service provided really stood out and left a very good first impression. The concierge was also super helpful assisting with our luggage bags and readily provided us with detailed directions to the places that we wanted to visit

Great Location, next to the metro station (Lindou station) Entrance 3 and right opposite the hotel is the Bao Lung ONE Mall where there are plenty of eateries and restaurants as well as fast food stores.
The 3-bedroom deluxe room that we booked was awesome, spacious, well-appointed with comfy beds and clean pillows, kitchenette with pots, plates, utensils and cutlery as well as microwave oven and there’s even a washer and dryer provided (did not have the chance to use as we only stayed for one night). Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Somerset Software Park Xiamen and we highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday in Xiamen.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was impeccable—from the beginning the hotel staff was very responsive via WeChat, answering all my questions about Wuyishan, arranging train station pickup, booking Impression Dahongpao tickets on our behalf. When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff was extremely welcoming, serving us Rougui tea and patiently going over our travel itinerary for the day. Every request we made was honored. They added an extra bed to a room to accommodate a 3rd guest, prepared a vegetarian meal for a vegetarian in our group, and cooked a warm black sugar coca cola drink to help soothe my dad's throat, who was coughing pretty severely. Overall, I've never experienced better service at a hotel.
The facilities themselves are breathtaking. The pond outside, the tea terrace, the interior decoration, the room furnishings... the style is ”traditional modern”, mostly wood and stone but very classy and comfortable. We came during an off-season, so the hotel was serene and peaceful at night. The location is also quite convenient: around 10 minutes by Didi from the main restaurant district and 15 minutes from the South Entrance of the scenic area.

El hotel está cerca de la playa más próxima, y como íbamos en coche, ir a las principales atracciones de Xiamen no fue nada inconveniente. Además, tiene un parque infantil donde los niños pueden entretenerse un rato, y ofrecen servicio de guardería (hay que reservar con un día de antelación). La señora de la limpieza es muy eficiente y rápida, deja la habitación impecable todos los días. El único inconveniente es que el baño tenía un olor un poco raro.
