The owners and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. The airport free shuttle was excellent and always on time. I will recommend this guest house to anyone needing a place to stay near the airport. The swimming pool and restaurant was amazing. Will definitely use them again

Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Es perfecta para una escala corta en Johannesburgo o para pasar la noche antes de un vuelo temprano. El servicio de autobús lanzadera desde y hacia el aeropuerto es frecuente y práctico (sale cada 30 minutos y suele ser puntual). Hay otros hoteles cerca del aeropuerto que pueden estar más cerca, y todos los autobuses lanzadera salen de la misma terminal. El trayecto desde la terminal hasta el hotel dura entre 7 y 8 minutos. Las comodidades de la habitación son abundantes y el hervidor de agua se mantiene bastante limpio. El gimnasio del hotel está bien mantenido y es un buen lugar para hacer ejercicio antes de vuelos largos. El personal es profesional y amable.

En primer lugar, el personal fue excepcionalmente amable, profesional y me hizo sentir muy bien recibida. Es sorprendente la rapidez con la que el personal resuelve cualquier problema que surja. Esta fue mi primera visita a Sudáfrica y realmente disfruté de mi estadía en Airport Inn and Suites. Sí, si vuelvo a Sudáfrica, este será mi primer lugar y mi lugar preferido para hospedarme. El único problema fue que la alfombra del dormitorio y la sala de estar necesitaba urgentemente una limpieza con vapor o un reemplazo. Sí, el personal de limpieza barrió la alfombra cuando limpiaron, pero barrer la alfombra con una escoba en realidad no limpia la alfombra. La alfombra estaba muy desgastada y me picaban los pies cuando caminaba sobre ella descalza. Pero lo resolví rápidamente al tener siempre puestas mis pantuflas. En general, este lugar está muy limpio, bien cuidado y el personal conoce el verdadero significado de la atención al cliente. Las acciones siempre hablan más que las palabras. Un verdadero espectacular estancia en Fairlawns Boutique Hotel La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Esta es la clase de propiedad que no sólo cumple las expectativas los eleva. La suite fue concebida con belleza, espaciosa y pensamiento, y con el confort de una manera que se sentía tanto indulgente como homenaje. Todo detalle desde los muebles de más hasta las vistas del jardín tranquilo contribuyó a un sentimiento de relajación sin esfuerzo. El servicio durante toda mi estancia fue impresionante. Si se trataba de ayuda con equipaje, recomendaciones de comida o simplemente un comprobado amigable ‑in para asegurarse de que todo estaba perfecto, el equipo se ha entregado con continuidad con profesionalismo y encanto. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Es el lugar ideal para descansar, ya sea por la piscina, en el spa o simplemente caminando por los jardines. La cena en Fairlawns fue otra destacada. La comida estaba bien presentada y llena de sabor, con un menú que equilibra la creatividad y el confort. En general, el Fairlawns Boutique Hotel ofrece una mezcla excepcional de lujo, privacidad y hospitalidad. Mi estancia en la Villa Suite fue inolvidable y recomendaría este hotel sin hesitar a cualquiera que buscara una escape refinada y restaurada en Johannesburgo.

Great hotel! We were very well received by the staff, and the check-in and check-out process was super fast. The main highlight is the free round-trip airport shuttle. For those looking for practicality and who don't want to worry about transportation, it's the perfect choice. I highly recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful, spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay I had such a lovely stay at Weston Guest House Krugersdorp. The property is in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, and the whole place has such a peaceful, private atmosphere. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the bedroom and the big comfortable bed, but the highlight for me was definitely the spa bath/Jacuzzi. 😍 It made the stay feel like a proper little getaway rather than just somewhere to sleep. I also loved how much space I had. There was a separate living area with a large TV and comfortable seating, a dining/work area, and a proper kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. If you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to eat out all the time, having a full kitchen makes such a difference. The room gets beautiful natural light, and I loved sitting by the large windows in the morning. The property itself is in a quiet area and is known for its views, which adds to that peaceful, away-from-everything feeling. Everything felt comfortable and homely while still giving that romantic getaway feeling. There’s also free Wi-Fi and private parking, and the guest house has a pool and other facilities on the property. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Weston Guest House and would definitely stay here again. I’d especially recommend it for couples, a relaxing weekend away, or even a solo stay when you just want somewhere peaceful, spacious and comfortable. ⭐️ 5/5 — and that Jacuzzi was definitely my favourite part! 🛁😍

The hotel is located in a nice area not far from the city. The hotel is clean and restaurant has nice food and drinks. Pool isn’t that big and workout facility is decent. Cards for rooms stopped working often which was a little annoying. Staff was helpful and a good stay overall.

I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .
