Recibí un servicio de mejora de habitación como una gran oportunidad para disfrutar de una hermosa vista. Aunque llovió, tuve un gran día con una hermosa vista y estoy decepcionado. Hubiera sido genial si el clima hubiera sido agradable, pero incluso si llueve y está un poco nublado Hermosa vista y sin comunicación en vietnamita. Hicimos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para brindar el mejor servicio utilizando el inglés y el lenguaje corporal. Me ayudaron a utilizar las instalaciones cómodamente. El desayuno no es una comida tipo buffet. Te lo traen cuando haces el pedido, para que puedas disfrutar de una variedad de huevos. Puedes comer todo lo que quieras sin que te pese, como fruta, yogur y fideos de arroz. Pude tomar un desayuno refrescante con una gran vista. ¡El mejor alojamiento! Muy recomendable si vas a Sapa :)

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

Hotel limpio, muy buen servicio. Vaya por la mañana y la recepción aceptará el check-in y dejará su equipaje primero. Pero todavía no tengo una habitación. Porque todavía no es hora de registr****. El hotel solicitó nuestro número vietnamita (si estaba disponible) si nuestra habitación había terminado de limpi****. El hotel llamará para informarle. Y hubo un llamado real. No nos dejes. Puede solicitar duch**** primero en la piscina. Si aún no tenemos una habitación El servicio del hotel es muy bueno.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Location: 5/5 Excellent The location of Lady Hill Sapa Resort is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst the beautiful hills of Sapa, the resort offers stunning panoramic views that are nothing short of spectacular. It’s conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Cleanliness: 5/5 Excellent The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was in perfect condition throughout our stay. Service: 5/5 Excellent The service at Lady Hill Sapa Resort was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special mention to the concierge who provided excellent recommendations for local tours and dining options. Facilities: 5/5 Excellent The facilities at the resort were top-notch. The spa services were incredibly relaxing, and the swimming pool offered a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the lush gardens provided a serene environment for a leisurely stroll.

Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality. At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect. BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se encuentra mejor en Sapa. El cuarto era espacioso y limpio. No podía disfrutar del balcón debido al frío, pero debe rocar durante el verano. La ubicación es un poco difícil como en una colina y el paseo hacia arriba es un poco difícil, pero ofrecen un auto de transbordo cada hora (tendrá que reservar primero). El hotel se abrió una vez que el coche no nos recogió en el momento y la ubicación previstos, por lo que tuvimos que pagar por un tercero para llevarnos al hotel, pero el hotel nos compensó con dinero en efectivo inmediatamente. El buffet de desayuno es muy agradable, una experiencia de cinco estrellas. Ella se encargó de los problemas de diarrea de mi marido (sorry por el TMI lol mi marido insistió en que me acerque esto) haciendole una concocción de bambú de ginger especial, e incluso ofreció su medicina personal.

Llegamos por la mañana alrededor de las 8:00, ya que tomamos un autobús cama desde Ninh Binh. Reservamos el hotel para el día anterior también para poder registrarnos. La gerente/recepcionista nos ayudó a llevar 2 de nuestras maletas de mano al segundo piso, donde hay un ascensor para ir al nivel de la habitación. El registro fue eficiente y pudimos tomar el desayuno del hotel después de ordenar. Hay jugo fresco, agua y café disponibles. Recomendamos la sopa de fideos con pollo, panqueques y huevo con tostadas. Tenga en cuenta que no es el típico panqueque y tostada, ¿tal vez una versión vietnamita? El desayuno fue agradable, la comida se sirvió quizás alrededor de 5-10 minutos después de ordenar. El servicio de habitaciones ayuda a limpiar su habitación y proporciona toallas nuevas :) La gerente/recepcionista nos ayudó a organizar el transporte a nuestra sala de espera del autobús cama y las atracciones, ya que era casi imposible conseguir un auto con zapatilla allí. También nos ayudó a comprar boletos para Fansipan, lo cual fue genial ya que era un día festivo el día que visitamos la atracción. Sus explicaciones fueron útiles y, en general, ayudaron a que nuestra estadía allí fuera mucho más agradable y sencilla. Al final de la calle del hotel hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y tiendas de recuerdos, por lo que tiene una excelente ubicación. El exterior del hotel también es estético, por lo que definitivamente podrá tomar algunas buenas fotografías durante su estadía allí. ¡Gracias al personal del Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

We booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.

¡Una estancia increíble en Sapa Town! La ubicación está a poca distancia de las tiendas de la ciudad, pero no demasiado cerca como para poder disfrutar de la paz y la tranquilidad del lugar. El hotel Aliana es el lugar ideal para alojarse cuando visite Sapa Town. No solo sus camas son cómodas, sino que el espacio de la habitación y el servicio son excelentes. Felicitaciones a Loang y al equipo de Aliana, que hablan inglés muy bien y brindaron una hospitalidad y un servicio excelentes.
