«Ubicado en el corazón de Sapa, puedes ir caminando a cualquier lugar. El hotel estaba limpio y elogio a todo el personal de recepción del hotel. En particular, el gerente KC fue muy amable y siempre preguntó por mi horario y me dio consejos, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera cómoda. La piscina es interior (baño) y exterior, pero la exterior está fría y es difícil de usar, pero la interior es agradable porque el agua está tibia. Las habitaciones del Bamboo Sapa Hotel también son increíblemente grandes, lo que te permite experimentar la magia de ver un televisor de 60 pulgadas aparecer como uno de 40 pulgadas mientras estás acostado en la cama. Sin embargo, es incómodo caminar por allí porque es muy ancho. Sería conveniente si hubiera un interruptor de luz o un control remoto al lado de la cama. Esta es la primera vez que me alojo en un hotel tan grande que me resulta incómodo.»

«I’d say, good job for the management for keeping their staff friendly and very accommodating. The view from the room is breath-taking. I also love the food they serve when breakfast. The room is always tidy and very much updated with the technology. This place went above and beyond my expectation.»

«This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!»

«The room we stayed was spacious and very clean.  It was facing the red river right next to the border bridge and hence the night scene was so fantastic.  The ground floor lobby and the reception area was large and well decorated.  The hotel provided the breakfast with various kinds of food including traditional Chinese, Vietnamese and Western styles.  Besides, the hotel was located in a quiet street with some street shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel if you come to Lao Cai.»

«¡El hotel está muy bien situado y me han dado un pequeño regalo y me han escrito una nota para mi cumpleaños durante mi estancia! La habitación era limpia cuando se nos inspeccionó y se mantuvo limpia durante el mantenimiento de la casa. La habitación es bastante espaciosa y podíamos acomodar y abrir dos grandes maletas cómodamente. El baño también era bastante bonito y grande, puntos de bonificación para tener un bidet! El hotel está situado en el centro de Sapa (aproximadamente 15 minutos a pie) y se puede reservar un Grab desde el hotel. ¡Sólo he conseguido tomar una foto en el hotel (mi vista de la habitación) pero confiar en la habitación era verdadera a las fotos! Me encantaría volver y quedarme aquí otra vez! 😁💕»

«L’endroit est magnifique à environ 30 min du centre de Sapa. Nous préférons cet endroit pour son calme et son authenticité. Il y a des taxi Grab pour environ 8€ pour rejoindre Sapa. Concernant la chambre il y a le strict minimum. La propreté est moyenne, elle aurait pu être mieux. Attention il y a beaucoup d’insectes du fait qu’on soit à la campagne ! Et les chambres sont très mal isolées et peu intimes. Le matin vous serez réveillés vers 5/6h au levé du jour !! Sinon le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, nous avons adoré 😍 voici les photos. Les prix étaient très corrects ce qui vous évitent d’aller autre part. Le personnel est très gentil.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after. The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling. And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all! Thank you, Henry and the entire team at The Myst Sapa, for making our Sapa stay such a memorable and comfortable one. We will definitely remember the kindness and hospitality we received here. ❤️»

«Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.»

«Sapa, quiero volver allí~~ El personal del Hotel Fansipanview es muy amable y servicial. La habitación también estaba limpia. Hay pocas opciones de desayuno, pero todas son deliciosas. La ubicación es un poco decepcionante, pero está justo al lado del Hotel KK, por lo que es fácil de encontrar.»
