I had an amazing stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort! The resort is beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was one of my favorite parts—it was spacious, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. What made my stay even more special was the thoughtful surprise on my birthday. The team left a delicious birthday cake in my room, which was such a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It truly made my day and showed how much they care about their guests. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and for making my birthday so memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc, and I look forward to staying here again!

Great amenities, with airport transfers from hotel to airport and buggy service to nearby attractions at Grand World. Service staff were polite. Breakfast had a great variety of selections. The only downer we had was the hotel room’s toilet bowl plumping system that caused a flood pee poop situation towards the end of our stay. First flood happened in the middle of the night, called in the repair team, and they fixed it. Early morning, the flood happened again when we used the toilet. Upon the second repair, the toilet bowl and floor was left in this state where poop stain toilet bowl and floor has left is unable to use our toilet before our check-out. Despite the great experience we had on the other aspect, this incident has left uncertain on returning to this hotel.

Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

El hotel en general está bien, y la habitación con vistas al mar era bonita. Sin embargo, justo antes de irnos, una botella de gel de ducha se rompió y me cobraron 800.000 dong vietnamitas al hacer el check-out. Aunque 800.000 dong son solo unos 200 yuanes, me sentí como si me hubieran puesto una multa en Shanghái, muy molesto. I like the hotel. It’s quite good for a family with a baby. Breakfast was good. The room was quite big with a big balcony. The beach was clean. The problem was with beach chairs. They were all taken by Russians. They were leaving their towels in the evening on the beach chairs and when we were coming to the beach in the morning and there was nobody, we didn’t have a place to stay. We were with a baby, so it was quite annoying because we couldn’t get a beach chair. They were all occupied already but the people who did that were coming to the beach only till noon. It’s a five star hotel and such things are not ok. I went to the reception desk to complain but they were helpless.

Al principio me llevaba todos los filtros, pero cuando me fui de viaje sentí que era una pérdida de tiempo cambiarlos, así que no usé ninguno. El Shell Resort era tan malo que cancelé las reservas restantes y salí corriendo. ¡Estamos atrapados con prisa! Es una toma de 30 segundos del mercado nocturno de Sonasi, y hay supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas de masajes justo en frente, y el servicio de transporte de la jungla de hielo está justo en frente. La piscina principal es grande y bonita, y la playa privada es espaciosa y realmente bonita. Tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, un edificio de hotel sería mejor que una villa :) Hay microondas e inducción en el edificio del hotel. ¡También es genial traer niños!

Excellent breakfast! It takes a bit of time to get around the resort (need buggies to go everywhere). There is also free shuttle buses to bring us to VinWonder, Safari and Grand world. Rooms were big and spacious, clean and well-kept. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Only downside is if you wanted to get food delivered in (eg grabfood), you will have to go to the security post to collect your food (that's after taking a buggy to the lobby). Takes abit of time. The dinner options within the resort are a little pricey.
