«От аэропорта мы ехали на такси 20 минут. Комната очень большая, чистая, чайник с чаем и кофе, 2 маленькие бутылки воды, холодильник не холодит. По карточке взяли полотенца в spa на -1 этаже. Там целый город - бар, ресторан, игровая, спорт зал, красивый интерьер. До моря далеко( доехали на такси на 200лир в одну сторону на городской, очень грязный пляж. Прекрасный завтрак, большой выбор, хороший кофе в металической кофейнике, красивый ресторан. В спорт зале оч грязно, но туда никто не ходит особо. Бассейн чудесный, большой, действительно для плавания. Ресепшн, официанты и уборщики - все милые и приятные. Но месторасположение относительно моря и магазинов плохое, пару ночей можно ✔️»

«Me disfruté de todo, especialmente el concepto de “La vida es una ilusión” que realmente tuve una experiencia auténtica sorprendente. El hotel está literalmente en la montaña, con una vista espectacular sobre el Mediterráneo 🌊. El personal era muy útil, la comida se preparó específicamente según mis instrucciones, y la piscina y el bar son perfectos. Si usted está buscando una vibración única y auténtica, le recomiendo muy bien.»

«Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,»

«Keyla Hotel beklentilerimin çok üzerinde çıktı. Henüz yeni açılmış olmasına rağmen her detay büyük bir özenle düşünülmüş. Daha lobiye adım attığınız anda otelin kalitesini hissedebiliyorsunuz. Lara'daki konumu ve sunduğu muhteşem manzara da ayrı bir avantaj. En çok etkilendiğimiz konulardan biri ise personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliğiydi. Bize her konuda yardımcı olan Servis Müdürü Hasan Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca Yunus Bey ve Mehmet Bey'i özellikle belirtmek isterim. Gösterdikleri ilgi, güler yüz ve yardımseverlik gerçekten olağanüstüydü. Neredeyse tüm isteklerimizi büyük bir özenle yerine getirdiler. Otelin mutfağı da kesinlikle övgüyü hak ediyor. Yemekler hem çok lezzetli hem de kaliteli malzemelerle hazırlanmıştı. Antalya'ya bir sonraki gelişimde hiç düşünmeden tekrar Keyla Hotel'i tercih edeceğim. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.»

«Şahsen beklentimin çok ama çok üstünde bir tatil oldu. Otel bir kere bahçe içinde bungalovlardan oluşmasına rağmen kaldığım en temiz otel otel odalarından biriydi. Ortam, ambiyans ve olanakları da ***et yeterli ve her ihtiyacınız karşılanıyor. Küçük bir koyu var kendine ait. Tertemiz. Denizi de sahili de şezlonları ve hatta şemsiyeleri bile tertemiz. Spa sı ve kapalı havuzu var, ki kışında ısıtmalı imiş. Tek başıma bir hafta kaldım, tam kafa dinlemelik, sakin sessiz bir ortam. Cidden dinlendim. Personel inanılmaz özenli, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Yani biraz titizim ve heryerde kalamam, burda da eksik bulmaya çalıştım ama bulamadım, herşeyiyle 10 üzerinden 10 veriyorum..»

«It’s not far from airport which is good. We have booked an apartment first night then moved to normal grand floor room. It was closer to swimming pool and good for children can just come in and out. Breakfast was good too. Only things I didn’t like was looks like cleaner will take away your stuff if you forgot it in the room without informing. I forgot my face wash ( it was expensive branded one ) when I go back to get it it was gone already and my husband whole 8pack cigarette too. If we left hotel Completely I would understand but we just moved to next block, this was not pleasant at all. I don’t think I will book this place again.»

«Facilities all great, clean and maintained well - spa has a relaxed vibe and sauna/steam room worked perfectly - I suggest keeping it open till later however. Gym has top tier machines/equipment and is open 24/7. Cliff side swimming area was the highlight of our stay. We chose the ‘standard king room’, and although I see a lot of reviews saying the room size was small, I disagree - the room size was slightly small but similar to most basic room options from hotels I have stayed in. Smart TV, was very big - perfect for when it was too hot outside and needed a break. Room amenities such as shampoo, body soap, lotion, etc. felt high quality. Breakfast tasty, and 30euro might seem expensive but I do think it’s worth it for what they offer. What did bother me however, was being asked to pay for breakfast (twice) whilst still eating, on top of that, when I asked for the price before we ate, the staff didn’t seem to know what the price was - not professional at all. Pool towels have to be taken from downstairs in the spa and not by the pool which I thought was unusual and tedious. When we asked the pool-bar staff where to get towels, again, no idea and seemed clueless, we had to ask a different member of staff at the very bottom by the cliffside to get an answer. No bringing food/drink from outside - the hotel felt like you were being watched all the time, making sure you don’t break their ridiculous rule! I tried refilling my complementary bottle from the water dispenser downstairs, but I was told this was not allowed… seems like a way for you to instead pay for their glass bottled water. Never experience this from any hotel in my life. Overall, a hotel with exceptional facilities and amenities ruined by an unfriendly atmosphere and unusual hotel rules. Sadly, this made us feel unwelcome at times and I probably would not stay here again.»
