The room that we booked was sizable overlooking the lake. It’s clean and bright. The breakfast was a bit disappointing with not many choices of items. The service was good and the staff was helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were quite clean and big. Our rooms were facing a lake so there were mosquitoes and flying insects which are a good source for lizards. At night the lizards made loud noises which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, everything else is good. Weather is cooling in the morning. Air is fresh. Breakfast has a good variety of options from Chinese to Western. It may be a good idea to book a private transport here as it is not near to the main attractions. This hotel shared the same compound as Movenpick so we can take the buggy to tour the area and take beautiful pictures.

Location is easy to find, in big/main road, close to several tourist spots. Breakfast menu and taste nothing special but not worst. Their twin bed is large and so comfortable. The room and all areas are clean. They provide free outdoor movie theater, free bike to be used inside hotel area, free welcome drink. Minus point only the tv is not a smart tv.

We stay here at this hotel for a night. From the first step to the hotel front desk, we got a very warm welcome from staff and they help us carrying all stuff to the room. This time, we took our son together so we request a baby cot with no extra charge, and the staff helps us for install. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast line was great, food and stuff were delicious. We found that all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. This’s such a good experience staying here.

Hotel location is beside the main road with bright display to guide the hotel entrance. This is especially helpful at night. Staff guide parking with touch light for reversing vehicle while parking. Happy with stay.

Nice hotel and New facilities. This hotel really fit for couples but not family. There's a lot of restriction for child, not allowed for some room type which we need to carefully read the policy and swimming pool at the club is prohibited for children. Breakfast is good taste but small utilization space.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to be impressed. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offerings are also quite enjoyable. I love the easy access to the coffee shop in their lobby as I don’t have to go far when I have my matcha cravings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

The GOOD: The hotel was very clean, the staff were amazingly friendly. La habitación estaba bien equipada con cortinas de desmantelamiento, muebles muy cómodos, ducha de vidrio grande con cabezas de ducha de la pared y de la cabeza de la lluvia, todo funcionaba bien. El centro comercial no estaba lejos, me permitieron una comprobación tardía de las 2:00, que fue muy útil. El malo lo único que podría haber sido mejor fue el desayuno, y más canales de televisión en inglés, el desayuno no era malo, bueno servicio, pero no había carne de desayuno reconocible en el desayuno buffet como el bacon real, Y mientras tenían una estación de omeletas fresca cocinada no había queso para las omeletas. No hay bacon, sólo una carne de cría muy procesada, salsa era más como un perro caliente, y tenían una buena comida de pollo, pero era demasiado picante para una paleta occidental a menos que alguien realmente le gusta la comida picante. Tengo un vaso de agua caliente para lavar el pollo para tratar de hacerlo menos picante. Tengo un amigo que vino y pagó un día para comer con nosotros, pero él acordó que no vale la pena pagar para comer allí una segunda vez y no vino el segundo día porque no había bacon ni queso. La televisión tiene buenas noticias en inglés, pero no encontré ninguna película inglesa ni ninguna televisión inglesa. Summery: Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a un amigo y me quedaría aquí otra vez, mi única crítica es por cambios más ligeros, espero, hacia la paleta de desayuno de los canales occidentales.
