The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, food joints, and 7-11 that you can grab foods and drinks. The location is near the city centre, the train station, and the M6 Motorway that you can go to Khao Yai, northern and southern Isan provinces, Cambodia, and Laos. The room allows 3 people to stay in this twin bed room. The amenities are ready for disposal. The service, however, you need to rely on LINE when requesting a wifi and inquiries from; their response is swift, nevertheless.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

Average and comfortable. The bathroom should be cleaner, we found hair from previous guests in the sink.

Un hotel con un diseño diferente Este hotel está en uno de los parques naturales más famosos de Tailandia, el Khao Yai. Más que un hotel es un resort y a mi me pareció super original el diseño. Los jardines son preciosos, la recepción super original, el servicio super agradable y profesional, el desayuno, aunque un poco repetitivo, muy completo, y las habitaciones enormes y con todas las comodidades. También tienen piscina y spa que es un plus. Está a 5min de la entrada del parque y a 5min del pueblo, así que super bien comunicado. No tengo nada malo que decir. Estuvimos 3 noches y lo repetiría de nuevo.

Money for value hotel.  We ate at the Italian and Thai restaurant in Movenpick next door.   The service staff are very nice  The lady staff on duty not only deliver our bfast boxes as well as seeing us off at 5am on the day we checked out. We stayed 5 nights.  Only blemish is the hotel had a blackout and water shut off on Sunday morning 6 am. We learnt that it was a blackout in the whole area not the hotel Alone.   The downside of this hotel allows people to hold mini party at the bfast  restaurant alfresco dining area. The party goers had karaoke in the process and the noise were too loud for residents in rhe Tower C.  This is one area the management should look into as the crooners were out of tune .

The room that we booked was sizable overlooking the lake. It’s clean and bright. The breakfast was a bit disappointing with not many choices of items. The service was good and the staff was helpful.

Los niños aman este lugar, así que definitivamente consideraremos volver (esp si hay un trato más barato). El desventaja es que tendremos que ir al lobby principal para comida, etc, así que imagine si estaba lluviando, entonces todo lo que es la salchicha exterior es una inconveniente. De lo contrario, este lugar también es ligeramente más allá de las atracciones de Khao Yai, pero acabo de amar la tranquilidad del medio ambiente

The front desk staff are courteous and helpdul. She even extended help by letting one of my friends borrowd her personal mobile phone charger as ny friend forgotten to bring hers. The hotel's location is just next to a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast on the house. The restaurant about 25m on it's left that is run by 2 sisters serves great home cooked style food and you would enjoy your food in great ambience. Many of Khao Yai's favourite spots are around within reach.

Hotel is set in a large resort with plenty of amenities including its own vegetable plantation. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. Our two bedroom suite is large but the furniture and furnishing shows signs of ageing and several surfaces were a little dusty. Easy to call for the golf buggy to get around the resort.

Location is perfect cause it is near all the acttactions.. but a pity there is no gym and the infiniti pool is actually a 8 shape pool and very narrow and shallow, at one glance I thot it is just a water features behind the restaurant ( which make it no privacy for people who would want to take a dip..in fact, I did not see anyone go into the so call infiniti pool during my 4 days of stays.. However, the service is excellent... we have this lady called Wiew who not just speak English ( and a little bit Chinese) who assisted us with all we need. Especially when my husband is down with food poisioning ( cant tell if it is from hotel buffet cause it is one day after we arrived) , she got the kitchen to prepare plain porridge for him and gave us some drink for dehydration...and when we feed back that the aircon is very noisy in our room, she quickly make a check for another room and help us make the switch to a better room.

La habitación no estaba limpia. En el piso y bajo la cama son polvos. El baño está tinido y no limpio. El recepcionista en el turno de noche no es amigable y como no quería servir a nadie. La entrada casi a medianoche, y la salida alrededor 9AM, sólo una noche para un viaje de negocios. No realmente impresionado. El año pasado me quedé allí muchas noches y la habitación era mejor.

El Crystal Resort Korat en Nakhon Ratchasima se logra por su excelente ubicación cerca de las áreas comerciales, el personal amigable y el buen valor, con habitaciones limpias y cómodas y comodidades como el estacionamiento. Aunque carece de piscina, es ideal para viajeros conscientes del presupuesto, ofreciendo un buen acceso a las atracciones de la ciudad

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The room is spacious and includes a bath, shower and balcony. You can ask for a mii box if you want to watch Netflix etc. They have three restaurants to choose from. On the 19th floor you will find a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a decent size albeit the water a little cold. There are plenty of places to sit by the pool. The breakfast has a good range of food on offer and tastes good.

ออกตัวก่อนว่าไปพักมาหลายที่ในพิมายเพราะมาธุระบ่อย แต่ได้จองที่นี่เนื่องจากโรงแรมที่เคยจองเต็มเลยจองที่นี่เพราะเห็นรีวิวดี และเป็นโรงแรมใหม่ ข้อเสีย : โรงแรมเหมือนเก็บงานไม่เรียบร้อย ในห้องพักยังมีเศษปูนและมีกลิ่นอับ เข้าห้องไปครั้งแรกคือมีฝุ่นที่พื้นมีเศษกระดาษทิชชู่ที่พื้น ผ้าขนหนูเก่าน่าจะใช้บ่อยจนเส้นใยแข็ง ครีมอาบน้ำ ยาสระผม ขวดเล็กมาก แต่นี่โชคดีที่เตรียมผ้าเช็ดผมและมีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำไปเองเลยรอด ลิฟท์และระหว่างทางเดินมีหยากไหย่ ลิฟท์กระจกมัวเป็นคราบปูน ที่สำคัญยุงเยอะมาก ข้อดี : ห้องมีขนาดกว้าง เตียงนอนขนาดใหญ่หลับสบาย ห้องน้ำกว้างแต่ไม่มีชั้นวางของ ใช้ระบบคีย์การ์ด มีลานจอดรถกว้างขวาง เงียบสงบ พนักงานใจดีมากกก ยิ้มแย้มน่ารักช่วยเหลือทุกอย่างบริการสุดๆ ดังนั้น ปรับปรุงเรื่องการทำความสะอาดเถอะค่ะ ทีเหลือดีมากแล้ว
