I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Sokolniki. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel stored our luggage free of charge for a few days while we traveled to St. Petersburg. This made our trip much more convenient and gave us peace of mind. During our stay, whenever we called the front desk to request additional bottles of drinking water, they delivered them to our room promptly. Their quick response and excellent service were truly impressive. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is conveniently located right in front of Sokolniki Metro Station, making it easy to travel around Moscow. Directly opposite the hotel, you’ll find a supermarket, a shopping complex, a bank, and a money changer, which is very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of great dining options within walking distance, including Teremok, McDonald’s, Twin Brothers, and many other local restaurants. Everything you need is just a few steps away. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Sokolniki to anyone visiting Moscow. With its excellent location, outstanding service, and thoughtful hospitality, it offers great value and is a fantastic place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay and a really great experience at this hotel. A special thank you to Pablo, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional throughout my stay. His hospitality genuinely made my time in Moscow much more enjoyable, and he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. The hotel itself was excellent, with great service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I left with a really positive impression and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Moscow. Thank you again, especially to Pablo, for making my stay such a memorable one! Lastly spa was amazing too Two receptionists at the spa they were extremely nice and welcoming 😁

¡Celebramos el aniversario de la relación en este hotel. Todo fue muy agradable! Estabamos en el hotel por la segunda vez. La última vez celebramos el cumpleaños y decidimos volver! Este hotel es increíblemente adecuado para fines de semana y reuniones románticas. Hay una zona de spa, piscina y una agradable zona de Chile. Sauna, ham. Desayuno excelente. Las comidas muy deliciosas, se pueden ordenar varios platos deliciosos del menú. El hotel dispone de una hora de chocolate, diariamente en el lobby del hotel, en el bar pasa. El hotel está situado en el centro de Moscú, a 2 minutos del metro de Taganka. A pesar de la ubicación ruidosa, el hotel está muy tranquilo. El hotel está muy bien situado, y se encuentra muy bien situado.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the concierge team was excellent—very cooperative and helpful, especially Anastasia who supported us a lot. The location is beautiful by the river, the facilities were clean, and it’s very convenient with everything nearby or connected to the hotel (supermarket, ATMs, pharmacy, and a small mall). Thank you to everyone for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

位置特別好，前面就是四季酒店和亞歷山大花園，在紅場對面，過馬路就可以去紅場了。性價比很高，下次去莫斯科還要住這裏。 很多歷史名人曾經在這裏入住。 在一樓經服務枱進去有個換外匯櫃枱，也可以換盧布零鈔。可向服務員或行李員詢問。 一樓的西餐廳特別火，晚餐遇到很多當地人在此慶祝生日或其它喜慶活動。

Отличный отель с великолепным сервисом. Чистые, просторные номера с шикарным видом. По всем параметрам советовал бы данный отель для других отелей, как достойный пример того, каким должен быть современный сервис. Любой вопрос решается за считанные минуты. То самое место, в котором чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Желаю дальнейшего процветания и с удовольствием остановлюсь ещё. Спасибо сотрудникам за то, что любят свою работу.

Was an amazing stay. I arrived earlier than check-in time and reception was very kind to provide me a room, moreover a room was with an amazing view facing two of the Stalin’s Skyscrapers. Our stay was very comfortable, we have visited Spa center. The room and the hotel were clean. The location is amazing 1 min walk from metro, train station and a big shopping mall where you can find all kind of restaurants and shops.

Отличный отель, отличное местоположение! Большой номер, повысили категорию при заезде. Были ванные принадлежности и для ребенка. Подарили мармеладки, раскраску с карандашами! Еда на заказ была вкусной. Вид был на внутренний двор, красиво выглядит. Но хотелось бы на город вид. С другой стороны не было шума от дорог, что хорошо для ребенка.

مستوى الاستقبال عادي مستوى المرونه سيء  لا يوجد ترحيب بكلمة او مشروب او حلوى ومن سوء ما استقبلت به طلبت المدير فقال الموظف أنا المدير 😱 مستوى اللبي ٤ نجوم مستوى الغرف ٤ نجوم وملاحظات اخرى / سرير مزدوج لكن المرتبة والمفرش مفصول وهذا سيء جدا المخدات سيئة جدا تصلح للأطفال الرضع لا يوجد مكينة القهوة نظافة الغرفة اليومية بالطلب وليست دقيقة وعالية يوجد شطاف فقط في بعض الغرف الثلاجة مغلقة في حال التحويل المالي يتم اضافة عمولة ١٠٪ الافطار لديهم غالي جدا ٤٥٠٠ روبل للفرد بواقع 213 ريال  من المزايا وجود صرافة تبديل عملة وجود غلاية ماء وكاوية ملابس الغرف هادئة
