Fue agradable que estuviera muy limpio y equipado en muchos sentidos. No es común que los hoteles europeos tengan una variedad de artículos en el baño, pero este lo tenía todo. El personal era muy amable y agradable, pero la ubicación del hotel dificultaba el uso del transporte público. Está un poco alejado de la parada de tranvía o autobús y no hay zonas comerciales cercanas. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno. Hay un chef dedicado que cocina la comida de inmediato para usted.

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

Muy buen hotel, completo, dispone de restaurante. Muchas habitaciones, muy próximo al centro. Desayuno incluido, muy completo. Lo único extraño eran los camareros, tenían cara de pocos amigos. Por el resto, todo genial, buena atención en recepción con recomendaciones donde comer o que ver. Volvería

Menos de diez minutos a pie de la estación. En el centro de la antigua ciudad, es el lugar ideal para visitar Cracovia. La recepción es muy amable y el personal del servicio de desayuno también es muy bueno.* Puedes pedir comidas, pasteles, waffles, etc. y disfrutar de la producción fresca. La torta de castaña también es muy deliciosa. ¡Beber cava es muy bueno por la mañana. Puede hacer café Cabuccino en la máquina, pero por favor comer y disfrutar de esta tecnología! Este es un hotel muy recomendado.

Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

We stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Die Tram-Haltestelle aber nur 100 Meter entfernt. So, dass man in knapp 20 Minuten den Rynok von Krakau erreichen kann. Das Hotel selbst: Brandneu, sehr modern. Große Standard-Zimmer mit viel Komfort. Sehr gutes, für meine Schlafgewohnheiten jedoch zu weiches Bett. Bademäntel nur gegen 50 Zloty Kaution. Gym recht klein. Dafür gibt es ein kostenlos nutzbares Indoor-Schwimmbad inklusive Sauna. Frühstück: Gut, jedoch für ein Hotel dieser Klasse mit etwas zu wenig Auswahl.

A doce kilómetros del aeropuerto, no muy lejos, muy cerca de las atracciones El personal del hotel es muy bueno, 66 hablando inglés El desayuno y el al lado de Alemania no son muy diferentes, siempre son platos fríos, pan y todos los tipos de pan. Pero el diseño es relativamente cálido, recomendado para vivir, el precio no es caro, los precios polacos son muy populares

The hotel was in a nice area by the Jewish Quarter. Close to plenty of food truck areas and restaurants. Sure, our room faced the Jewish cemetery however, we didn’t mind. It was part of history that needed to be remembered. It was calm. We needed the peace and quiet. My husband and I stayed during winter time, but we were so warm and comfortable in our stay. Very friendly and helpful reception. We only paid for time one morning’s breakfast buffet, but we enjoyed it. They had a variety of food. Room was always clean and tidy. Left our luggages in their luggage storage after checking out, it was very convenient. Thanks for making our stay memorable and worth it!

Una estancia muy agradable cerca del Santuario de la Divina Misericordia en Łagiewniki. El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades: una cama grande y cómoda, hervidor de agua, juego de té y café, agua mineral y toallas. Recomiendo el delicioso desayuno buffet, gran selección, servicio muy amable. El único inconveniente es que en invierno hace mucho frío en la habitación.
