Lovely place this is are second time there. This time we book the 1 bedroom villa. Lovely place very spacious with a pool. My only concern was the pool and the tiles surrounding the pool when got wet was very slippery and I myself fell backwards into the pool while standing fine. Not very safe for children. Something to be aware off. I do love my stay there very relaxed atmosphere. It would be nice to get food all day at anytime but breakfast is from 7 till 12 then lunch after that. So if you had early breakfast you would have to wait till after 12 for lunch. I would recommend this place to relax and unwind lovely beach and very helpful staff.

Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. In conclusion: if you’re looking for a stay in Davao that offers more than just four walls — a place that feels both refined and welcoming — Dusit Thani Residence Davao delivers. Ha estado abierto durante mucho tiempo y nunca he tenido la oportunidad de venir aquí. De repente descubrí que el precio de las vacaciones es bastante bueno. Pero el muelle está demasiado lejos. Se tarda más de una hora en coche desde Davao. porque el barco es un poco caótico. No hay ningún orden. Siento quién es más rápido y quién llega allí. Pensé que era Dokdo, pero no me lo esperaba. He designado algunos hoteles en la isla, pero el La gestión de Dusit sigue siendo buena. Sin embargo, creo que Pearl Island no es muy rentable en comparación con el mismo período del año pasado. Todavía hay relativamente pocos equipos, instalaciones y entretenimiento. El espectáculo de fuegos artificiales por la noche sigue siendo muy bueno. We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

La granja Pearl es como un paraíso. Todo es agradable a los ojos y al tobillo! Lechon está disponible cada noche. El personal es muy amable, acomodable y rápido para responder a cada petición. Mi única queja es su respuesta a los medios sociales, teléfonos y correo electrónico, que responden muy lentamente o nada. 1. He pedido una transferencia desde el Discovery Samal Welcome Center a su Marina Wharf. Dijeron que enviarán un camión a las 1:00 pero no había ningún. He seguido a través de viaje dot com mensajes, no respuesta. He llamado su número móvil, se rechazó! Nos apresuraron porque necesitamos estar en su caja antes de las 2 pm por su instrucción. Nada. Buena cosa podíamos pedir a la tripulación de Discovery Samal que nos llevara a Marina Wharf. 2. La transferencia de barco de la nave a la resort fue cancelada debido a grandes ondas. Entiendo. Se nos dijo que viajaríamos por tierra. ¡Rodeamos un camión, encajado para ser transferido por RORO (sí, la transferencia de barco) que nos llevó 2 horas de freaking justo para encajar!! La zona de la ciudad es un lugar donde se encuentran los pasajeros de la ciudad. ¿Estamos en un resort de 5 estrellas, pero no pueden hacer nada para que la espera/alineamiento en el RORO sea un poco más rápido?? Vi al conductor pagar 20/passenger por montar el RORO (no verificado). ¿No puedes pagar un poco más por una pista rápida o algo parecido? Idk! Sólo rly desilusionado bcos que viajamos con un 3 años de edad! Claro que les envié un mensaje sobre este e-mail y sí, no respondieron de nuevo. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

La ubicación es buena, las instalaciones son buenas y la accesibilidad es agradable, ya que está en el corazón de la ciudad.

At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davao who’s looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

Location is really Good if you want to Roam Around Davao city Close to the mall and Shops, Staffs are Friendly,kind,Respectful.We enjoy our stay at the Hotel, the food from the Breakfast Buffet really taste good. The pool is relaxing Good for the kids to Chill from the hot weather outside. Maybe just Clean a bit the Window curtains coz it's a Bit Dusty , Overall experience is awesome.
