«Love the location just awesome! Right on the lake and you can walk out your door directly onto it and Sit outside on a table and admire the view! Restaurant was nice just a shame the fireplace is gas nothing like a real wood fire when it's Winter! Parking was fine and easy, so good they have a heated pool as it would be useless in Winter, they also have the Sauna which is great it just such a shame the grotto is out of order and was told it has been that way for a while. Something like that should be sorted at a last resort just rebuild it if it cannot be fixed customers expect it Bathroom was good with a nice big spa bath and this is by far the best bed we have ever slept in. It is huge! You could fix 6 people in it if haha!»

«super affordable. my room was really clean and the facilities like showers and kitchen was clean too. it was off season so not much crowd, plenty of space in the fridge for my food. Room had everything i needed, including a fan. Laundry services were slightly pricey at $6/wash and $6/dry, bring your own detergent, or buy some during store hours at the little shop near checkin. no vending machine for it! really rocky beach right behind the property, had loads of fun just hanging around.»

«The room we received was nothing like the room advertised on your website. We made our booking through *********** based on the photographs, which portrayed a modern, clean, stylish, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. Instead of the fresh, contemporary room shown in the photos, we were given a room that felt old, tired, and poorly maintained. The flooring was covered with worn, old carpets and rugs rather than the clean, modern finishes we expected. The furnishings were dated, the overall appearance was shabby, and the room looked as though it had not been renovated in many years. It felt unclean and lacked the standard of comfort and quality that your promotional images suggested. To make matters worse, the fan in Room 412 was not working, making the room uncomfortable. Throughout the night, every time someone walked along the corridor, the old wooden floorboards creaked loudly, disturbing our sleep. These maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. To be completely honest, the condition of the room reminded us more of emergency housing than accommodation offered by a hotel with your name and reputation. The difference between what was advertised and what we actually received was shocking. We specifically chose your hotel because of the high-quality images displayed on ***********. Those images created an expectation of a premium experience, but the room we received fell far short of that expectation. Had the room been accurately represented, we would have made a different booking decision.»

«My stay at Alcamo Motel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, close to the city center of Hamilton, with plenty of parking available. However, the facilities felt a bit outdated, which was slightly disappointing. With some renovations, this place could definitely attract even more guests. Overall, a decent stay for the price.»

«We had a wonderful, quiet & undisturbed stay at the Anglers Lodge. The place is tranquil and was not crowded, so we really enjoyed the spacious grounds of the Lodge. The communal kitchen and bathroom facilities were super clean. Overall very well maintained. The pool and games room were much fun for the children. We did fishing at the bay right outside the Lodge. There is minimum 15-20min drive out from the Lodge to Coromandel and the Peninsula.»
