Un gran hotel con muy buen servicio. Elegí una habitación con vista al mar. Aunque el clima no era muy bueno, la vista al mar estaba muy cerca y era muy conveniente. Después de todo, pertenece al centro de la ciudad de Rotorua. propia piscina de aguas termales. Las aguas termales son geniales.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

this is an ideal place to stay, stayed here 10 years ago, they have now got some nice refurbished rooms, clean and ideal for stay with Kids. Nearby Halal Restaurant AliBaba was handy.

I booked for 2 adults and 2 children and clearly had confirmation of 2 children and 2 adults. Called twice 2 days before our trip. The reception male did not know what I was talking about could not find booking then said it was only for 2 adults.He then said he will note down when I explained I booked for 4. Then called again couple of hours before checkin and went through the same thing waslooking forward to relax and they found it hard again to look for my booking and mentioned 2 adults and not including my 2 kids. The hotel was ok and tv channels not enough just 1 movie 1 sports channel. Menu was not really goo VERY EXPENSIVE but food was not okay. Asked for another jug of cold water as we were really thirsty but the lady said they can't provide a JUG of water so ended up organizing uber. Staff need to be abit more upto date with everything etc..

Me encanta este hotel. Para ser honesto, no esperaba mucho cuando se trataba de un hotel viejo y vintage. Pero cuando entré en el hotel, encontré que el hotel es muy especial y único. Sí, es viejo y vintage, pero también está bien mantenido. Para la habitación, me gusta porque tiene grandes ventanas incluyendo baño y el sol puede pasar. La ubicación me gusta porque está tan cerca de la parada central del autobús, Eatery Streets y Polynesian Spa. El hotel está muy bien equipado, pero el personal todavía ha hecho lo mejor que podía servir. Aquí me gusta el hotel, y me gusta el ambiente único, y me gustaría quedarme en los hoteles por un par más.

This is a really well equipped room and we were very happy with our stay. The room is large and well lit. Comfy big beds and the air-con works well as it gets very warm in the room with the afternoon sun streaming in. We enjoyed the very vocal welcoming cat in reception too! The location is very close to everything you need during your stay. Would love to have a sealed bottle of milk rather than the pre filled bottle, and there were toenail clippings all over the carpet by my side of the bed and the light bulbs were coated in dust; these were small issues but didn’t detract from what is a great place to stay. A little attention to detail and this place is close to 10/10.

ibis Rotorua is located near a public geothermal park, you can visit there to take a look at the bubbling pool and smell the steaming sulphur filled in the air.

There is the main road running across the campsite. So we had to cross the road every time we wanted to access the facilities and amenities. Nice view and beach access with river stream in the site. Good for morning walks. Facilities were clean and plentiful. Camper sites were close to one another and are accessed only by a narrow road. It could pose a problem when more than 1 vehicle is moving in and out. To make situation worse, the waste dump point is along this road and vehicles need to wait for it to be vacant before accessing the other side.
