Las habitaciones estaban limpias y espaciosas, con una cama muy cómoda y un balcón muy apreciado/necesario para secar las ropas de sudor después de nuestras lluvias. El servicio fue rápido y amable, comenzando con la muy bonita guardia de seguridad en la puerta y terminando con los empleados del frente que eran eficientes y amables. El único desventaja real fue que el agua caliente no funcionaba realmente bien en el duche, lo que fue un poco de un problema considerando que yo tenía una gran necesidad de duchar después de mi viaje. Pero en general, un gran valor para cualquiera que busque permanecer en el centro de Kathmandu en una ubicación conveniente!

Esta vez vinimos a este hotel con una buena experiencia, la ubicación está cerca de la bahía, y el suministro de agua caliente para lavar es especialmente bueno , no hay esperar mucho tiempo para que salga agua caliente o agua caliente sin calor , el precio no es muy caro , si se hospeda en la bahía, aquí es una buena opción, Es que no estoy muy satisfecho con el desayuno. El salchicha bebe como agua caliente blanca . No sé si yo comí demasiado y no sabores, pero en general, mi evaluación de esta familia es alta. Al fin y al cabo, nepal busca un lugar lleno de diez preciosas y un buen precio. No hay mucho lugar que no es caro y quemado

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, historic building. Staff was attentive and kind. Adjacent to the hotel are nice restaurants (Nepalese, Indian and very fine French). I've made use of the small but practical gym, thereafter the sauna and finishing and cooling off in the outside pool.  Only 10-15m away from the airport (outside rush hours).  I'll certainly come again.

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

We have had an incredible stay at Holiday Hostel from start to finish, staff are great in many ways from welcoming us into the hostel to spending a lot of time with helping us to plan our months stay in Nepal. We have arranged and booked the ABC treck, Chitwan safari (prices were good compared to other companies we found) and volunteering at Maya Unviverse, a place we hadn’t heard of before coming to Nepal and thanks to Madam we had a fantastic time living and helping out with the kids and the school. Location is great, there is a really nice rooftop bar that serves great food and drinks, make sure to try the most delicious milk tea! Rooms are great, comfy and quite considering how busy Thamal road can get. We stayed here twice, both at the beginning and at the end of our trip in both the dorms and private room and both options are clean and comfy. We even kept some of our luggage at the hostel for around 3 weeks while we went and explored Nepal and collected it at the end with no issues at all. We also received a very thoughtful gift from Holiday hostel for completing the ABC treck, such a nice gesture. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if ever back in Katmandu.

Pros: El servicio de recepción y restaurante fue agradable. La ubicación es tan grande. Cons: El hotel está bien situado. No estaba acostumbrado a la comida que tenía un aspecto similar pero un sabor diferente que solía acostumbrar. La única cosa que realmente no podía hacer era la que me recibió “con mi nombre” y “ayudó” con mi equipaje en el aeropuerto requerido 20USD para consejos. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel de la ciudad.

La ubicación está en el borde de la calle de paseo en el distrito de Tamil, cerca de la calle de paseo, y muy tranquila. La puerta está un poco roto. Muchos invitados europeos y estadounidenses que viven en ella. La combinación de desayunos indianos occidentales. Hay una zona de comidas exteriores que puede fumar. La recepción es un poco pequeña y no es suficiente. El hotel es un escudo de cuatro estrellas, El personal de servicio del hotel es muy bueno y la recepción no tiene obstáculos para el intercambio inglés.

El nuevo hotel de cinco estrellas de seis meses, la Princesa Yuan goza de nombres, el viento moderno tibetano, la ubicación geográfica es buena para caminar a Tamil sólo 15 minutos, porque es muy cómodo vivir seis días consecutivos, el cuarto es grande, hay balcón, tranquilo y limpio. El desayuno es rica, la sala de fitness, la piscina al aire libre, la sauna casi todos los lugares de embalaje. Voy a Gardmond siempre es la primera opción.

This is my second time in Kathmandu and the fourth hotel I have stayed at. Everything in the room is up to Marriott standards: the bed, the bathroom, everything was great. However, the ventilation at the buffet breakfast is really bad, after our breakfast I smelled like I worked at the kitchen all day. I ordered room service once; their momo is the worst momo anyone could find in Nepal. It is overcooked and wrongly seasoned, and the dumpling wrapper was broken and overpriced. Luckily the hotel staffs recommended another momo place that is 3 minutes walk from the Marriott, at least I got some good momos before leaving this beautiful city. I still cannot believe I spent that much on a hotel in this city. There are many nice hotels in the city with good service and cleanliness at a more affordable price. I would recommend this place if you have high standards of living and hygiene and do not expect any cultural things. Basically, you won't feel like you are in Nepal when you are inside the hotel.
