We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. All about facilities are fine,breakfast is okey but receptionist at front desk name hazie.... very cocky and she not even smiling. Its very hard to find receptionist who work at hotel like that..please la change your attitude..very poor.

I stayed at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu and found the location excellent, close to attractions like Pasar Payang and the Crystal Mosque. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and nice. My room was clean with basic amenities like free Wi-Fi and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and dining at Jala Mas Coffee House was average. Overall, the hotel is quite suitable for travelers seeking affordability.

Todavía uso muebles viejos, no hay alfombra, el baño está bastante sucio y atascado, da miedo por la noche, hay mosquitos. Pero me gusta mucho el ambiente verde y tranquilo, la comida del desayuno es deliciosa y el lugar es cómodo. El check in/check out es muy rápido, no es necesario esperar mucho. Espero que el resort pueda mejorar las condiciones de la habitación para mayor comodidad.

Llegamos tarde para el check-in. La habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa pero un poco vieja y desgastada. Pero tenía una buena vista del atardecer de la mañana.

El complejo y todo el personal son simplemente increíbles. Si está buscando una isla para escaparse, este es el lugar para estar. La playa privada es impresionante y ninguna necesidad ni exigencia quedó insatisfecha. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas y las camas son extremadamente cómodas. Sólo tenga en cuenta que la isla se compone prácticamente de este complejo, especialmente durante la temporada de monzones. No hay mucho más que hacer (excepto hacer snorkel y buceo); en general, es hermoso si buscas relajarte en el paraíso.

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

Este hotel es mucho mejor entre el boutique hotel en Chukai. Es adecuado para viajeros de negocios. No es adecuado para encontrar qué comer basándose en la distancia de caminar. Pero en general es un buen lugar para descansar después de volver del trabajo

Situación a 30 km de la ubicación en el viaje. A casi 40 minutos de la ubicación real. El servicio al cliente de su casa no sabe nada de la ubicación. Pero la casa es limpia y barata para dos camas reinas.

La habitación está bien, la única sugerencia es poner control de plagas en todas las habitaciones.. porque hay hormigas debajo de la alfombra de la sala.

La habitación es muy grande y es muy valiosa. La puerta delantera frente a la piscina, la puerta trasera frente a la playa, el estacionamiento es un buzz, en general muy satisfecho.
