Ventajas: - Buena relación calidad-precio, menos de RM50 por persona para 4 personas - Cama cómoda (marca King Koil) + muebles nuevos - El apartamento es de nueva construcción, así que todo es nuevo - Aparcamiento gratuito en el sótano - Registro rápido en la planta G, sin colas y con la llave en el mostrador muy rápida - Utensilios de cocina: horno, cocina de inducción, nevera, todo incluido Desventajas: - Solo se proporcionan 2 botellas de agua, no hay dispensador de agua (consejo: hay uno fuera del gimnasio en la planta 39) - La limpieza del suelo es mejorable; encontramos algo de suciedad y arena - La piscina no está muy limpia; el guardia de seguridad nos dijo que no podíamos usarla ese día; no sé por qué - El ascensor tarda muchísimo en llegar; se recomienda evitar las horas punta, como el mediodía y las 12 p. m., hora de salida - Entorno tranquilo; solo hay un supermercado en la planta baja; todo lo demás debe llevarse a casa. Repito quedarme en el Concorde Hotel Shah Alam y tuve una agradable experiencia. La habitación era limpia y cómoda, con todas las comodidades básicas. El personal fue amigable y útil durante todo el estancia. La ubicación fue conveniente para explorar Shah Alam. En general, una estancia satisfactoria y relajada todavía se recomienda!

Stayed 2 nights, The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, quiet, and the best part was having my own bathroom — no waiting, no sharing. AC worked well, water was hot, and towels were provided. Host replied within 10 mins when I had questions about check-in.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Royale Chulan Damansara was well connected with mrt mutiara Damansara. Check in process was smooth although there was some crowd. RM5 will be collected for environmental fee. The room was well maintain. Simple yet clasdic. Large android tv was provided and this was a huge point. YouTube, netflix and etc was installed. All toiletries was provided. The infinity swimming pool was good and towel was provided too. For breakfast, wide selection of food can be chosen. Very satisfied with the food. Please come early to avoid crowd during public holiday. Will come again next time.

La piscina de lavabos en mi habitación estaba parcialmente cerrada, lo que resultó en un drenaje lento. Además, las ventanas del gran lujo están completamente selladas, por lo que es imposible obtener aire fresco. Sin embargo, debido al ruido de una familia con niños en el octavo piso y a una mejor protección sonora, necesito cambiar las habitaciones debido a un frío grave, su posterior disposición del décimo piso. Durante mi estancia, me di cuenta de una tendencia en la que la mayoría de los huéspedes extranjeros, especialmente los occidentales, fueron asignados típicamente a pisos superiores. Espero que no sea mi sensibilidad y que el hotel no discrimina por diferentes etnias, especialmente dado que pague por mi estancia!

The location in Petaling Jaya is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and food options. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the instructions provided were clear, making the whole process hassle-free. The facilities were a nice bonus. The building felt secure, and the environment was generally quiet, which was great for resting. Overall, my one-day stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would consider staying here again for a short trip or weekend staycation.
