Hotel location is wonderful, we had a view of the mountains and lake from the balcony of the room. All the staff were kind and we were quite impressed with the pizza at the restaurant, as well as the Korean food. Dan yang is so beautiful we didn’t want to leave the hotel. We highly recommend.

어디 돌아다니시는 게 아니라 리조트 안에서만 머물 계획이시라면 최고라고 봅니다.
이 가격에 퀄리티는 나쁘지 않고, 부대시설이 이렇게 다양한 리조트는 없죠.
게다가 직원 분들도 매우 친절하셔서 중간에 소통이 잘 안 된 게 있었는데도 바로 조치해 주시고, 서비스도 더 해주셨어요.
체크인 시간보다 미리 도착해서 대기표 뽑고 놀이공원에서 놀이기구 타고, 썰매 타고, 체크인 한 다음 목장 갔다가 모토아레나 가고, 시간이 부족합니다 ㅎㅎ
밤밤테이블도 너무 좋았구요. 가족과 정말 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있게 해 주셔서 감사한 마음입니다.
꼭 더 길게 재방문 하고 싶어요.

항상 사장님 너무 친절하시고 시설도 깔끔해서 이용하기에 너무 좋습니다!! 심지어 목욕물은 식수로도 사용가능한 천연수여서 샤워할때도 찝찝하지가 않네용

Bathroom needs upgrade. Old facilities and the cleaners don’t really clean well. Family type hotel so lots of kids running around and shouting but it gets quiet around bedtime. Conveniently located to tourist attractions. Transportation and downtown area also a walking distance. Breakfast buffet really great. Staff really friendly and responds quickly. Overall I had a pleasant stay there.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years when I travel to South Korea. The Enford use to be the Grand Plaza. Enford seemed to have made several updates to the hotel.
One of the things that was attractive about the Enford was a grocery store in the basement. Unfortunately, the store went bankrupt and closed during my last trip.
Rooms are nice. Very clean. The HVAC system is a wonky, but nothing that would cause any issues.
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Same with convenience stores.
The breakfast is great. Plenty of options and the food quality is good.
Laundry service collects up to three times a day.

Muy buen trato, el desayuno es variado y la habitación confortable. En corea las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero esta es muy cómoda y limpia.
El hotel está bien ubicado dentro de la zona o para quienes visitan osong.

(Recuerdo que incluso en un famoso hotel de marca, el refrigerador era pequeño, por lo que no podía almacenar pasteles ㅜㅜ)
Tenía un tiempo muy tranquilo, cómodo y agradable~^^

UUsuario invitado급 정해서 떠난 여행이다 보니 방 선택지가 많지 않아 스탠다드에 머물렀는데, 화장실과 룸에 단차가 높아 임산부로써 다니기 너무 불편하고 무서웠습니다.
휴가차원으로 간거라 숙소에서 식사를 모두 해결하고 싶었으나, 입덧하는 임산부가 먹을 수 있는 메뉴가 없어 어쩔 수 없이 외부에서 식사해결을 했고,
커피 외에는 제공되는 차가 없어 편의점에서 해결했습니다.
또한, 방바닥에는 이물 자국들이 여럿 있었지만 그냥 흐린 눈하고 지냈고, 곳곳에 감사하게도 구비된 간식들은 비어있는채로 있어 아쉬움이 남네요.
수영장까지 포함된 숙박비라 가성비 좋았으나, 수영장 운영시간이 짧아 아쉬웠어요.
산에 있다보니 밤에는 선선해서 주변 산책하기 좋았고, 저는 시간이 없어 보지 못했지만 영화상영까지!
가성비 숙소로 추천하지만, 숙소 식당과 주변 식당 운영시간이 짧아 이런 부분을 숙소에서 고려해주시면 좋을거 같아요.

UUsuario anónimoLa habitación no huele a cigarrillos que era muy bueno! Un hotel tranquilo y tranquilo. El baño tenía todos los elementos necesarios (un solo tobillo, pasta dental, jabón, champú, gel de ducha) . mi habitación no tenía ordenador sino una gran TV acoplada.
El aire acondicionado se colga de la cama cuando se pone en la cara
