El hotel está en Otres, a unos 15 minutos de Sihanoukville centro. Tomar un taxi o un tuk tuk costará entre 14.000 y 15.000 kmr. Si te gusta el silencio, es un lugar recomendado para que te quedes en este hotel. Hotel abierto en algún momento en 2025.

El lugar es ideal para quienes buscan paz y tranquilidad. Excelente vista al mar y baja densidad de población.

This resort is massive but thankfully you can ask for an electric buggy to take you around. Be prepared for steps and steep hills everywhere! We stayed in the pod village and took a buggy to breakfast and the main hotel building, and from the ocean pool back to our room. The ocean pool is large with a stunning view over the water. There were several loungers there, some shaded, some not. The smaller pool by the main reception was much quieter with less people. Breakfast was a bit limited in options but ok, you had to queue for eggs, bacon or sausages. The Sunset restaurant had beautiful views over the ocean and beach. You either walked down many stairs or took the elevator down to the beach. The staff here were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our small dog was welcome, with only a small pet fee to pay.

Este hotel superó mis expectativas, ha hecho mi viaje Camboya comenzar con una buena nota. Me quedé aquí antes de ir a las Islas y fue la mejor decisión. Como viajero solo me sentí tan bienvenido, el personal es muy amable y útil. La habitación es grande y super, si no hay ventana que no me molesta porque pasé la mayor parte del tiempo en la piscina.

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Sihanoukville. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and very comfortable. The service from the staff was outstanding ,everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We were also very impressed with the food. The meals were delicious, with a great variety of choices and high quality ingredients. Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing. We greatly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the team. We would definitely recommend Novotel Sihanoukville to our friends and colleagues and look forward to visiting again in the future.

El hotel está en pésimas condiciones, puede que alguna vez haya sido bueno, ahora se está cayendo a pedazos, las fotos no reflejan su estado real, la comida es muy mala, solo el servicio lo salva.

Reservé una habitación comunicada para dos noches. La habitación es un poco diferente a como se ve en la foto, pero está bien. El refrigerador no funciona y hay cucarachas pequeñas. Dejé la nota para que limpiaran la habitación, pero nadie vino, lo cual es un poco decepcionante. El desayuno también está bien y la ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa, a la que se puede llegar caminando por un pequeño sendero desde el hotel. El personal es amable y hay un amplio estacionamiento.

Pro: Todo es perfecto cuando nos quedamos aquí. La habitación es muy bonita y la playa es realmente maravillosa. La playa es maravillosa. La piscina también es muy bonita. La casa de baño es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Contra: Nos quedamos 3 días 2 noches y en nuestro 2o día, le pedimos que nuestra habitación esté limpia. También tenemos cena en nuestro segundo día y preguntamos si podemos conseguir el agua. El restaurante no tiene agua gratuita. Sólo venden botellas de agua que tenemos que pagar. Si queremos obtener agua gratuita, tenemos que conseguirla del receptor y no del restaurante. También no ofrecen una pad femenina. Debemos comprarla fuera y es muy lejos si queremos comprarla. No hay muchas opciones de restaurante.
