I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y modernas. La cama es muy cómoda. Desafortunadamente, el hotel no toma la limpieza muy precisamente. En el baño detrás de la puerta había una mancha de sangre de aproximadamente 8 mm con sal, en el ducha hay hongos. La ropa de cama estaba bien. No hay un restaurante adecuado. Pero hay comida en el bar de piscina en el techo. Desafortunadamente, también hay algo inappetu. Las mesas no están limpias y completamente locas. Cuando ordené que la mesa se limpiara, pero luego la comida se puso en la mesa sin limpiar, en la que estaban en la basura. La mitad del lugar estaba cerrada y había visto mejores días, pero la piscina era divertida y no estaba demasiado lejos de las cosas interesantes.

Al llegar nos dijeron que no se podía pagar con tarjeta, cosa que no sabíamos con anterioridad y tuvimos muchos problemas con la gestión de la entrada. Las habitaciones todas con mucho olor a cigarrillo incluso las de no fumadores. El desayuno (continental) fue un café con leche (café puro con un sobre de leche en polvo) y un sándwich con tomate lechuga y queso . Lo único destacable como favorable es la amabilidad del personal.

El hotel es un hotel excelente para familias jóvenes. Las piscinas del hotel en la parte delantera del mar fueron impresionantes, como la bique en el restaurante de la parte del mar. Ideal para el muy joven y el buen baño. Se dispone de instalaciones de baño limpias y en buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones del hotel estaban en muy buenas condiciones. El restaurante de vista al mar cocina todos los alimentos individualmente y por lo tanto, tienes que pedir adelantado si tienes hijos muy jóvenes, como esperará por lo menos 30 minutos antes de que llegue tu comida. A fantastic experience made possible by the entire amazing staff of this wonderful resort. Tep and Dara were especially kind and generous with their time. Tep helped arrange an island hopping tour and even accompanied me on her day off. Dara took time out of his day to sit and chat with me each day while I ate breakfast, a nice touch for a solo traveler. Everyone was so kind and cheerful. They were all smiling all the time. I met the owner and immediately understood why. His kindness and care for the staff members was obvious in his interactions with them. That type of managerial style inevitability translates into cheerful and thoughtful service. I applaud this entire operation for their genuine care for each other and the guests. The attention to detail and care showed in the quality of the groundskeeping, housekeeping, and food service. (The breakfast service was incredible, especially the made to order noodles and egg station). I could go on but this place reall has to be experienced to be believed. And at this price point it is an incredible value for money. One more thing: the location at the very end of Otres Beach is perfect. The beach was very quiet and the traffic on the road was minimal. I wouldn’t want to stay close to the noisy dusty city center. This is way better.

Quite new place with clean and peaceful environment. Staff were friendly and supportive. Downsize is that it’s quite far from city central so you can’t even book Grab to go into the city from the location. Also some services closed too soon, like massage/spa closed at 7pm which is too early.

Six Senses Krabey Island is undoubtedly located in a breathtaking setting. From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the island and the warm, welcoming arrival experience set the tone for what could have been a perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made every effort to ensure we felt welcome. Our villa was a standout feature—stunningly designed, surrounded by lush forest for privacy while still offering beautiful sea views. It was thoughtfully equipped with high-quality toiletries, soft towels, luxurious bedding, and essential mosquito nets around the bed. The private plunge pool was always impeccably prepared, morning and night, ensuring everything was ready whenever we fancied a dip. Additionally, buggies were readily available to transport us around the resort whenever needed. The onsite dining offered good quality food with a variety of options. However, we were disappointed to find that one of the two restaurants was often closed during our stay. For a resort that charges over $1,000 per night, guests should have the opportunity to dine at either venue each evening. The mini-bar system was another letdown. The mini-bar was not stocked upon arrival, and we were required to order items via an iPad, phone, or WhatsApp communication with our butler. This system felt unnecessarily complicated, especially when we wanted wine for a romantic evening. Unfortunately, we encountered significant delays in getting our order fulfilled, which disrupted our plans. Another issue arose with check-out arrangements. On arrival, our butler presented multiple late check-out options, but she failed to mention the 50% surcharge that would apply for staying beyond the standard check-out time. This led to confusion when we later aligned our transfers with this arrangement, only to learn about the charge after the fact. When we raised the issue, communication stalled, and the resolution was unnecessarily drawn out, leaving a sour note to the experience. We also experienced Wi-Fi issues, with the connection dropping repeatedly for two days. This was frustrating, particularly as my partner had important business calls to attend to. Although the staff eventually resolved the issue and sent chocolates as an apology, it was a significant inconvenience. The resort’s pricing structure also felt overly fragmented. There were additional charges for the boat transfer to the island, which felt excessive given the already steep room rates. These costs would have been better incorporated into the overall price to provide a more seamless experience. Similarly, a stocked mini-bar with basic refreshments such as soft drinks and snacks should be a courtesy, particularly for a remote island resort of this caliber. Despite these issues, there were notable highlights. The spa services were exceptional—my gold facial was a dream, and the massages were equally fantastic. I also participated in some of the onsite classes, which were delivered to the highest standard and added a
