«Buen precio con una bonita vista. La vista del puente durante el día es impresionante. Las habitaciones del ala nueva son mucho mejores. El servicio es deficiente. Nadie te ayuda con el equipaje al llegar. Y el personal no parece muy servicial ni contento. El hotel está cerca de outlets y se puede llegar fácilmente en coche al centro de Kobe. El desayuno es bueno, con mucha variedad de pan. Hay que llevar la toalla de la habitación a los baños públicos. Por este precio, no me importaría volver a alojarme allí.»

«*리뷰이벤트 후기 이런 거 아님, 여기는 내가 시간을 들여서라도 리뷰해준다 마인드로 작성 중 어머니 데리고 효도 여행으로 좋은 료칸 찾아보다가 갔는데 방은 끝내주게 좋고 일하시는 분들이 정말 너무너무 친절하게 극빈 대접을 해주시고 욕탕은 대욕탕과 야외탕 이렇게 2개로 나뉘어 지는데 탕도 넓고 야외탕은 시원해서 오래 즐기기 좋았고 특히 석식이 미치게 맛있었다. 리뷰 사진에는 제 최애였던 고배규 구이만 올렸지만 10가지 정도 코스가 계속 밀려들어오는데 야채 러버 어머니와 고기 러버 아들이 모두 만족했던 환상적인 코스였습니다. 일반 숙박이랑 별 차이 안 나니까 조식, 석식 무조건 추가하세요.»

«Me alojé aquí mientras viajaba con un amigo. Las instalaciones eran espaciosas, con una vista hermosa, y pudimos relajarnos. El personal fue muy amable y me alegró que respondieran a mis preguntas con una sonrisa y cortesía. Nos cambiaron a una habitación más grande con mejor vista que la que habíamos reservado, y el servicio y la hospitalidad en general fueron impresionantes. También quedamos muy satisfechos con el desayuno, que incluía muchas especialidades de la isla de Awaji.»

«El hotel es cómodo, con impresionantes vistas al campo. Las aguas termales estrelladas son fantásticas; se pueden ver muchísimas estrellas. El desayuno y la cena fueron decentes, pero no espectaculares. Muchos empleados son jóvenes, y la mayoría del personal de recepción habla inglés. La clientela del hotel son principalmente familias, y hay un ala separada para perros, separada del resto de los huéspedes. El hotel cuenta con numerosas zonas comunes y servicios, incluyendo un bar de bebidas gratis, un snack bar e incluso ramen por la noche. La tienda de recuerdos también es muy buena. Tuve una estancia de dos días muy agradable.»

«ネスタは2回目ですが、泊まりは初めて行きました。一階の4人部屋でユニットバスタイプのお部屋でした。部屋は清潔感がありキレイでした。 お風呂は大浴場がありお湯も気持ちがよくて、脱衣所が広くで良かったです。 部屋への行き方は動画で確認で今どきなシステムでした。アメニティも充実してました。 スタップのみなさんも気持ちのよい対応で良かったです。 あえて残念なポイントを述べるとするなら、 エアコンの効きが弱かったことです。２０度でようやく涼しいかなと言う感じでした。猛暑すぎてエアコンも戦えなくなってしまったのでしょうか笑。 もう一つはコインランドリーがあることが珍しいのだと思うのですが、プールのあと翌日濡れたままで持ち帰るのが嫌だったのでありがたかったのですが、3台だけだったので空いてるタイミングが難しかったです。 の季節に利用したいなと思います。»

«对不是日本人完全不友善的酒店 Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude. Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in. When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all. I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy. There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup. Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special. Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.»

«Cleanliness: Las habitaciones y los espacios comunes fueron en general limpios, excepto para nuestro armario con algunas moldes, probablemente de otros huéspedes que colgaron toallas húmedas dentro. Localización: Situado en Arimaonsen, muy bien para aquellos que prefieren un ambiente tranquilo, muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero el autobús de la nave es disponible llamando al hotel o preguntando a su recepción. Servicio: Amigo recepción y personal de limpieza, que pueden hablar en inglés. Amuebles: Baño público - No hay ducha en las habitaciones, los huéspedes deben utilizar el baño público. Onsen/Cold Pool/Sauna - Onsen (normal, jacuzzi y podría ser más caliente y la sauna se fijó a 96°C. Arcade - Las máquinas no se mantienen bien, pero hay tenis de mesa para 600yen/30mins y una sala mahjong. Bañera - Cerra a las 7:00 horas, por lo que no lo intentó. Arima Inari Shrine junto al hotel fue desafortunadamente quemado, pero la vista en la parte superior es bastante agradable.»
