Location is great. The room is big and clean. They also allow us to have early check-in at 11:30AM. Highly recommend.

Reception at 4 pm was slow and it was necessary for several guests to wait for the two reception people even though they had three other people greeting guests. The nearby Shinkansen station provides easy access to the hotel which is an easy 5-10 minutes walk. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are a good size and in good condition with above average views. House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided. The four lifts provided an efficient service. I didn’t have breakfast on this occasion but have had it in the past and it’s of a good quality and high standard. The staff are lovely and caring. The location is good being near the main Shinkansen station. Beyond the station there are shopping centres and street malls with a variety of restaurants and shops to meet most people’s needs. There are also many nearby restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples and museums. Overall a pleasant stay and happy to visit again.

El hotel es muy grande y es muy espacioso, pero no tiene mucho espacio y no tiene una vibración muy casada o cómoda. La recepción era muy bienvenida, pero no parecía tener la misma urgencia para ayudar como otros lugares que he visitado en Japón. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Okura. Hands down the best Jap hotel we've stayed! Staff were incredibly polite, and we loved how the room was spacious and all the amenities were readily available - even comfy bedroom slippers, face towels (yes face towels, which are very uncommon in jap hotels) and 2 hairdryers. The bathroom had ample space for me to place me skincare and makeup products, and the toothpaste tasted good (I personally didn't like many other toothpastes in other jap hotels). Mugs for rinsing mouths were also made of ceramic with nice floral designs. There were enough hooks in the bathroom to place our dirty and clean clothes as well. Loved the blackout curtains and also that the toilet light doesn't flood the entire room with light (common in jap hotels), so my hubby could continue sleeping whilst I got ready for the day. Staff were also polite and greeted us each time we walked past, brought our luggage up to our hotel room, and facilitated a seamless check-in and check-out process. 2 bottles of fresh-tasting 550ml mineral water were also provided daily.

Está bien.

La habitación es grande, una fila de ventanas miran hacia el mar, se siente muy cómodo. Dos entradas de entrada en cada bolsa de la habitación para el parque de pirata, organizar cuidadosamente. El parque de flor de la temporada de flores de pirata está en flor, hay plantas diferentes en el parque, hay zoológicos, hay campos de juego, hay bicicletas alquilables, adecuados para los niños para descargar eléctrica y los adultos para probar flores. El servidor del hotel es educado y la comunicación en inglés puede necesitar traducir Google. El gran casino es más fino, no puede ir. La comida de desayuno es buena, ten en cuenta que el restaurante no ofrece almuerzo después de las 2:00 horas, pero todavía hay hamburguesas, polvo de polvo, etc.

힙한 호텔, 힙한 음식,방,베란다,올인크루시브 음식들~ 그리고 pm 2:00체크아웃인 호텔♥️❤️🩷 두번 숙박함. 젊고 캐주얼하지만 전문적인 직원들! 두번째 방문땐 이 호텔 방이 없어서 텐진 원빌딩 원 후쿠오카 호텔 2박(같은 체인 호텔) 이곳으로~~ 나에겐 베개 빼고는 신상 원호텔보다 이곳이 더 좋았음!! 하카타역 동쪽문으로 나와 오른쪽 큰길 쉬엄쉬엄 걸으면 10분 빠르게 걸으면 5분이면 바로 이곳!!

The hotel is Amazing! All staffs are very nice! There was a balcony, facing the sea, with no obstructions in the view. There are automatic bathtubs with a view of the ocean. The rooms are huge. It's worth.
