¡Adoramos nuestra estadía en el Hotel Okura! El personal era increíblemente amable, y nos encantó cómo era la habitación y todas las instalaciones estaban fácilmente disponibles - incluso cómodas pantalones de dormitorio, toallas de cara (sí toallas de cara, que son muy poco comunes en los hoteles japoneses) y 2 secadoras de pelo. El baño tenía espacio para colocarme productos de cuidado de la piel y maquillaje, y la pasta de dientes sabía bien (Personalmente no me gustaban muchas otras pastas de dientes en otros hoteles japoneses). El baño tenía suficientes ganchos para colocar nuestras ropas sucias y limpias. Me encantaban las cortinas de desmantelamiento y también que la luz de la toalla no inundó toda la habitación con luz (común en los hoteles japoneses), por lo que mi hubby podría seguir durmiendo mientras estaba listo para el día. El personal también fue amable y nos saludó cada vez que pasábamos, trajeron nuestra equipaje a nuestra habitación y facilitó un proceso de entrada y salida sin soldadura.

If I could give ten stars I would. Fantastic location with B1 connected to subway. Excellent amenities although the onsen was weirdly located just next to shower area so u could see people showering as you soak in onsen. Other than that, hotel allowed us to leave our bags with them 2 days before check in. And when we checked out, a staff helped us with our luggage to the cab. Awesome service. Will definitely recommend.

Location is great. The room is big and clean. They also allow us to have early check-in at 11:30AM. Highly recommend.

We arrived 2 hours before check-in and the rooms were already ready for us, hotel staff is very kind and accommodating as well. The hotel is well located, walking distance to fukuoka tower, paypay dome and MARKIS mall. We did not really experience much of the facilities and services offered by the hotel but there is a currency exchange machine located right at the lobby which was very convenient.

We booked a 3-bed room for one night. The location was excellent—right next to the subway station—and the outlet was also nearby. The reception staff were very helpful. In particular, the receptionist assisted us in booking a French restaurant. As you may know, Japan often requires reservations 1–2 days in advance, but she managed to secure a table for us on the same night. The hotel also offered a special dinner set at each restaurant. We truly enjoyed the dinner set while watching the sunset and fireworks from the 28th floor. The food at the French restaurant was excellent. Although I can’t remember the receptionist’s name, her attitude and assistance were greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! Lastly, the sauna and spa required an extra charge. My personal feeling is that the surcharge was a bit expensive for hotel guests. If Trip.com or the hotel could offer a bundle package including the room charge plus sauna & spa access, that would be wonderful.

My family had a great stay at Hotel Nikko in Fukuoka. The hotel has a wonderful location right in the heart of the city, with many cozy eateries, restaurants, and massage parlours nearby. The service is lovely, and housekeeping did a beautiful job with all the little details in our room.

Perfect location and very nice hotel quality. It is a very big room for me, as I booked a family room. Breakfast is wonderful.

A very pleasant stay! The staffs are accommodating to guests needs and creature comforts. Though the kitchen utensils should be included in the room without any additional charge. In all; staffs were pleasant and professional. I like it. I recommend this place.

La habitación es grande, una fila de ventanas miran hacia el mar, se siente muy cómodo. Dos entradas de entrada en cada bolsa de la habitación para el parque de pirata, organizar cuidadosamente. El parque de flor de la temporada de flores de pirata está en flor, hay plantas diferentes en el parque, hay zoológicos, hay campos de juego, hay bicicletas alquilables, adecuados para los niños para descargar eléctrica y los adultos para probar flores. El servidor del hotel es educado y la comunicación en inglés puede necesitar traducir Google. El gran casino es más fino, no puede ir. La comida de desayuno es buena, ten en cuenta que el restaurante no ofrece almuerzo después de las 2:00 horas, pero todavía hay hamburguesas, polvo de polvo, etc.
