Visiting from England for a short break, we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. All the staff on reception, super friendly and happy to help. Set the tone for the rest of the stay. Breakfast is continental, with a nice choice from fresh fruit to warm pastries, again served by friendly professional staff. Location is central, a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants and 5 minutes to the beach. Perfect really for a short break in a new city. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5, is that the walls seem unusually. Sounds and conversations from other rooms are quite easily heard, even if they're not especially noisy. Being next door to the local church, along with the lack of sound proofing also means you get a church bell alarm clock each morning whether you like it or not. Didn't detract from our stay and noise was only an issue one night. The positives far outweigh this though, so much so that personally I wouldn't look to book anywhere else if I was to visit Pescara again. Thanks to the staff especially, really helped make our first stay in Pescara a memorable one. The hard work is appreciated! Cheers!

Debido a un repentino pena partimos de Trentino a Bari.Nos hemos contactado con la estructura hasta tarde para descansar. Nos esperaron en la noche.Habitación fantástica, excelente calidad de sueño y desayuno rica. Gracias por ❤️

Definitely NOT a Palace. Definitely not 3 and a half stars Let’s stay by saying this hotel Ambra Palace is definitely not a palace. I should have listened to the other reviewers. It’s a dump completely with rude staff at reception. Whilst Agoda (don’t get me started on them) and the hotel website boast about having airconditioning this is not the case. Well the rude gentleman first said there is no aircon but when he is shown it in writing on the website and on Agoda the story changes to ‘seasonally available’. Well not at certain times of the year anyway. 29 degrees during our stay but aircon already turned off for the year. The rude gentleman who lost the ability to speak English advised through his female colleagues that their website can’t be changed to define when aircon isn’t available. Nor apparently can it be changed on Agoda according to him. So bottom line no aircon year round, yet they advise there is. Unacceptable. Now the shower? Shall we talk about the fact the shower head won’t stay in place making it a hand held shower. Unacceptable. So back down to my friend on the counter and in fairness he does arrange a room change. But changing rooms is never fun. Shower should have been in working order. New room has twin beds. We need a double but who could be bothered complaining again. Small rooms with very dated furniture and dated bathrooms. Very thin walls and we heard fellow guests in next room all night. The solution on the second night was to leave the window open and listen to all the street noise. Breakfast was okay. Location was okay. Don’t go to this hotel. Listen to the reviews We will never be back to this ‘Palace’

Situación estratégica y muy cerca de la estación de tren. El cuarto es espacioso y cómodo. El baño es el más grande que he permanecido durante mi viaje en Italia. La cama de sofá está también disponible en la habitación para viajeros adicionales. Buena recomendación si usted planea permanecer en Pescara.

Friendly reception, good beds, good shower. Extensive breakfast. The lichtstraten in the room could be better; only bedlights. Parking is a little challenge. Good for a couple of nights. Public transport nearby. We got a double room for a bargain. Good service from the hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

pausa durante un lungo trasferimento con cane di grossa taglia al seguito. hotel bellissimo ben tenuto pulizia al Top!! servizio ottimo personale gentilissimo e disponibile. abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel ...che dire 10 e lode!! Prezzi decisamente accessibili assolutamente da ripetere

ho soggiornato due notti e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sotto ogni punto di vista. la villa è stupenda ed è situata in posizione ottimale per gli spostamenti. vi è un parcheggio interno gratuito. la zona è tranquilla , le camere impeccabili, ottima la colazione. da aggiungere la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei gestori.

Hotel 4 stelle con annessa residenza con appartamenti! Parto subito complimentandomi con Stefania dell’accoglienza sempre gentilissima e cordiale e capace di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta! Inoltre complimenti anche a Nicola il maitre di sala che ci ha accolto seguendoci ad ogni pranzo e ad ogni cena con estrema professionalità! Grazie ad entrambi! Il resto del personale nulla da dichiarare! Questo hotel ha Grande potenzialità ma purtroppo non sfruttata appieno! 4 pallini verdi però sono meritati ma grazie alle persone sopra menzionate! Consiglio di fare tesoro delle precedenti recensioni per correggere alcuni dettagli ed essere impeccabili! Un consiglio per il cuoco: NO ARROSTICINI se non preparati con il metodo classico! Inoltre arricchite la carta dei vini, me lo aspetto in un hotel a 4 stelle!

Habitación muy limpia, Nunca encontró un hotel donde toda la ropa de ropa se cambiaba todos los días y la habitación limpia perfectamente desde arriba a fondo. Bella piscina. I was worried when I read the reviews regarding this hotel, However I think some people expect too much. Yes the Hotel does need some much needed maintenance but I believe in light of the recent pandemic it has like most of the world become a victim of circumstance. That being said and looking beyond the surface - this hotel has very welcoming polite staff, it was super clean and the room was spacious and the bed was comfy. it is ideally situated on the front with excellent access to bars, restaurants and shops. I would definately stay here again if I ever returned to Pescara. Thank you for our stay.

B&b situado cerca de la central calle Umberto. Es difícil encontrar aparcamientos gratuitos en la zona, pero a pocos pasos hay aparcamiento a pago de la estación. Y aquí terminan las notas positivas. Siento hacer siempre comentarios negativos, pero espero que esto pueda ser un estímulo para los gestores. Las habitaciones recuperadas en el palacio dentro de un tribunal, muy tranquila zona. Sin embargo, dentro parece un basar, entrada mal equipada con mobiliario colocado en la reliquia. habitación pequeña, mobiliario fechado y diferentes unos de otros. Baño reciente renovación pero pequeño. Phon en equipamiento mal reducido. El agua caliente por la mañana no es posible tomar una ducha, pero la noche, después de haber dejado el agua fluir una media recta, llegó un hilo. Desayuno en línea con el resto, productos no marcado aunque con una buena variedad de productos (solo dulce, no salado). Muy disponibles los gestores.
