The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities.Overall, my stay at Taj City Centre New Town was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata.

El hotel es súper moderno. Las habitaciones son amplias así como los baños . El servicio de Sugata en la zona de la piscina es perfecto! Todo el personal es muy amable y profesional. La comida es estupenda en los dos restaurantes . Una maravilla.

Está ubicado junto a Pradhan Nagar. Lugar ideal para quedarse para ver médicos. Desayuno excelente. Buena piscina ubicada en el segundo piso del hotel. El desayuno tiene una gran variedad de alimentos. Habitaciones perfectas y limpias. Todo bien envejecido. Higiénico para permanecer durante el tiempo de COVID.

We booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness. They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement. The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai. Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that. But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch. I hope they look into all this.

Taj Bengal es mi hotel favorito! Cada vez que me quedo allí, me siento en casa. El personal es increíble y siempre me hace sentir especial. Las habitaciones son cómodas, y la atmósfera es tan bienvenida. No puedo esperar a mi próxima visita! Gracias especialmente al Sr. Vijay por toda la hospitalidad y siempre por encima y fuera del lugar de la invitada , así como al Sr. Bimal , al Sr. Sanjib al Sr. Dayaneshwar , al Sr. Joy y al Sr. Kishan por la noche jhal muri y té .

En Darjeeling, puede considerarse como uno de los hoteles de mejor calidad. Aunque el área circundante está muy deteriorada, es un puerto pequeño, que es especialmente adecuado para dos personas (debido al desayuno doble). Desde la estación de tren de Darjeeling, arrastre la maleta hasta el hotel durante unos 15 minutos. Los jóvenes están bien. Está a solo 5 minutos a pie desde el hotel hasta Peak Plaza. Es muy conveniente. Hay un mercado nocturno con puestos cercanos. Incluso hubo un miniso, y yo también estaba borracho, y la marca navideña que perdió el rostro chino inundaba por todas partes. El video fue filmado en la habitación con un lapso de tiempo. Además, aquí se proporciona almacenamiento de equipaje gratuito, puede ir durante cuatro o cinco días a pie, dejar su equipaje aquí y recogerlo más tarde.

Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.

A lovely property in the midst of the tea gardens. We had the pleasure of staying at this resort with our family and like all our previous experiences at a Taj property, the service is outstanding. I have stayed at multiple Taj Hotels over the years and I have always received service that goes above and beyond. The Taj Chia Kutir was a very relaxing stay. We had a combination of villas, suites and the luxury mountain facing room - and they were all extremely well appointed and comfortable. The welcome tea was delicious! The breakfast buffet was extensive and the chef made excellent dosas for us! Thank you! The fresh orange juice is not to be missed! The musicians at the bar every evening made the bar lively! They sing very well and we looked forward to listening to them every evening. This is a lovely hotel with exceptional service. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The property ambience was good but the food and service was not good it was beyond expectations. The food service in the restaurant was not proper, it took a to much time to serve and the food quality was not good and also the morning complementary breakfast was not good.

The propertywas built in 1997 on snd around a heritage property, 'Nawabgunge House' built in 1875 and renovated in 1929. I booked two Orchid Room King Room. .For my 3 nights stay for one double and ond single occupancy without breakfast, I paid ₹45k. We arrived around 3 pm and the check in process was smooth. Let us now move to the review of facilities and my experience. ( Rating have been assigned in a Scale of 1 to 5, 5 being highest):- A. Location : Located at Mall Road next to Governor House in an extremely serene and quiet. In Darjeeling, this is the best location you can think of. Darjeeling Mall is just 10 minutes walk. Only issue with the location is the wrong side of Observatory Hill dies not allow view of Kanchenjunga. The hotel is built on a multi-lelvelled layer of the hill side. From the road you have to climb down through a ramped walkway to reach the glass elevator. The elevator take you to the lobby, restaurant and facility area. Rooms are spread out across the property. (Rating 4.5). B. Room :  Our rooms 406 and 407 were located on the lowest level. The rooms are large 550 sq feet and are built as a suite with a large L- shaped living cum dining room and an approach room adjacent to the entrance. The entire area comprising of rooms, living and dining areaare brightly painted with beautiful textured wall with paintings, painted ceiling and wooden floor with ruch and thick carpets, furnished in one of the finest set of antique finished furniture and matching rich coloured furnishings. Each room and the living area has seperate smart TV The rooms are very clean with a large King sized bed, multiple wardrobes and storage space, a separate dressing area. Bed mattress was very comfy with large pillows and cushions , duvet and matching linens . The room has excellent heater and hot water bottles were provided in addition to keep the beds warm.The room have amenities like tea/coffee making facility, free biscuits and light snacks supply and coke and sprite can. All these are replaced every day. Adequate bottled water are provided.Toilet is huge with a full sized bathtub. Toilet is fitted with sanitary fitings of good quality. Toileteries like bodywash, shampoo, body lotion are provided. Toilet was fitted with a large wall to wall mirror. Quality of towels are of good quality. Room is well lit. You don't get a much of a view of the hills and the valley from the room. There is intercom and strong WIFI in the room. Only thing that you miss in the room is a minimum fridge. (Rating 5) C. Facilities : The hotel has all facilities that you expect . They have a seperate sitting area housed in glass walled spaces around the property. They had a spa, indoor game

Amazing place and view. Could not sight Kanchenjunga peak due to weather. Another time. Resort staffs are great, very happy very jovial always ready to help. Service is super fast. I don’t know how but they have cracked this important customer satisfaction factor. They even upgraded us to higher category rooms upon our request and basis availability.

Harekrishna and Sayan was very nice and friendly, he helped us so much and clean the Room very well for us. I recommend :-) You get every day 2 Bottles of Packaged Water per Person for free. The Breakfest is good, Watermelon Juice, Canned Juice, Bread, Rice, Cereals and lot more. The Hotel Bar is also a nice thing.

I stayed there for 3 night. The was very nice and we felt very good experience. The food quality was also very good. Overall it was a nice stay.
