My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

Antes de 2013, era un hotel del Grupo Anzhen y también es el hotel más caro de Delhi. Todos los aspectos son encomiables, especialmente el diseño del hotel. El hotel está a 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto.

Nice Hotel, and had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient, and the room was very neat & ideal in size. The breakfast was nice & as expected in such a hotel, but what stood out for me was the staff that was taking care of everyone. They were all extremely polite & helpful. Building next to it had a food court in the basement. Just hope that the check in process can be a bit smoother & faster, as there were multiple counters & there are people lining everywhere. Keep a standard line so everyone can get their stuff done one by one, rather than guessing which line to be in. And if someone from the hotel team can get in touch with Google + Uber, so that the proper drop off location at the entrance is shown on google maps, it would be very helpful Right now you end up at the back exit when you take an uber.

Aunque está un poco lejos del centro de Delhi, es muy conveniente ya que tiene un gran centro comercial adjunto. El centro comercial también tiene KFC y CoCo Ichiban, que son familiares para los japoneses, y NIKE pudo fabricar camisetas originales exclusivas de la India. También hay tiendas indias famosas como ANOKHI, KAMA y Good Earth, y también puedes comprar souvenirs. Cada día se reponían seis botellas de agua, así que no tuve que comprar más agua. El desayuno buffet comienza a las 7 a. m., pero si su recorrido sale temprano, comuníquese con la recepción del hotel con anticipación. Después de consultar con el Sr. To, preparó una caja de desayuno (croissant, sándwich, plátano, manzana y pastelito). No hay albornoces, pero se proporcionan comodidades como cepillos de dientes, secadores de pelo, champú y acondicionador. Básicamente es un buen hotel, la habitación es espaciosa, aunque es un poco antigua, hay una estación de metro llamada Janakpuri West al lado del hotel y cerca hay un centro comercial con restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas.

Paid a lot for it, stayed with my wife and we had to ask for two toothbrush and slippers. The locker was not working, the shoe polish wasn't able to open, TV channels were mostly non existent and most importantly the water was only hot. No cold water to wash face. Staff was helpful but why let the guests go through the pain if you're taking 8k per day?

It was close to the airport and most of its reviews were good. It didn't disappoint. Standing at delhi auro city metro. Many autodrivers started giving bad review this place and praised another hotel. But since the staff had booked my room i wanted to stay on my word and i was right about choosing to stay at this hotel. Both the receptionist were very professional and polite, we had an issue with the bedsheet they provided after complaining they were quick to respond and result was satisfactory. We had booked a room for two. And the room they provided was sufficient, well lit and clean. Their food service was quick too. It was my first day-in delhi and with the service along-with thefood they provided made a great day for me. Room provided at a cheaper price was good. If i had to nitpick some issues which could have been solved would be the tap needs to be fixed because it took a very long time to fill water and the food was a little bit on the pricey tag. Otherwise everything was great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at an affordable and clean place with great service. Provided with toileteries and a chilled sealed water bottle. Note:the professionalism on the receptionist staff was excellent they listen to your problems and tailor your stay according to your liking. They even greet you and treat your time with respect. They also have affordable and reasonable cab services. Thankyou for the stay.
