I stayed here as my partner was having his 50th in the city and as a treat i booked this hotel beautiful big room. Woke the next morning to bites on my leg wash my leg and didn't think much more of them until more bites started to appear on my body! With a trip to my G.P as i couldn't sleep with the itching and hotness it was confirmed as BED BUGS! I rang hotel 3 separate times and spoke to 3 different people and was told that they would get Exterminators into the room and not 1 phone call did i get from any manager to ask me about my experience... i also emailed the hotel and sent photos and no response!!!. Its been 4weeks since I've stayed to say I'm disappointed in my experience is an understatement.

We were passing through Adare today with our son (who has ASD) and stopped in the Woodlands Hotel for lunch. As soon as we walked into Timmy Macs, our son got overwhelmed with the noise, getting very upset and lashing out. Conor noticed and immediately came over asking what he could do to help and suggested we may want to move somewhere quieter. We gladly agreed! He checked with us first that tha area he was thinking of was okay with us before quickly setting up a table for us in a separate dining room, where our son got served quickly. Staff came to check on us regularly and nothing was too much trouble. So thank you Conor and to the other staff members involved 👏. Ye have no idea how helpful this was. We would have been leaving hungry only for you. (The food was lovely too). We also enjoyed ye're playground outside after eating!

El hotel muy lindo y bien ubicado, el desayuno irlandés estuvo excelente, como así también la comida del restaurante. Debo destacar la excelente atención y amabilidad recibida por parte de Emily Reil quien nos recibió al momento de llegar y nos ofreció excelentes indicaciones, también nos prestó un paraguas y ofreció guardar el equipaje, en todo momento fue sumamente atenta y cálida con el trato hacia nosotros. También en el turno noche tuvimos una excelente experiencia con Alejandro quien nos ayudó con información clara sobre los tours y distintos descuentos que aplicaban, al día siguiente también nos solucionó rápidamente el faltante de toallas. Ambos muy profesionales y con una gran amabilidad, personas que suman a la eficiencia y atención óptima del hotel.

The room at the hotel was quite nice and the location was okay. The parking lot was just behind the hotel - very convenient. We asked for a room facing the river and the check in staff said we were in luck. The room had a queen bed, comfortable and clean. For a big fellow the shower/tub was a bit confined but the water was hot. Facing the river ensured it was quiet. Breakfast was included and it was your standard fare but the wait staff could be a bit more pleasant!!!

I arrived in Limerick early - around noon. This was the first leg of my road trip of Ireland. On the off-chance, went up to the delightful receptionist to ask if there was any way I could get early check in or store my suitcase somewhere. With a nod and a smile she responded ”no problem - your room is ready now and we have upgraded you to a lovely room”. I mean, win-win at this point. Was offered help with luggage but declined - though offer still a nice touch. Went up to the room and it was simply amazing. As a regular solo-traveller, I am all to often chucked into the tiniest rooms. This was fit for a king. I couldn't believe my luck. I felt like a celebrity! Don't know what I did to deserve this - maybe just pot luck?! Parked the car across the road above Dunnes (you get discounted parking there). Came back and just had to thank the receptionist for the lovely room. She was an absolute delight to talk to - ever so friendly. Was shown the bar (I needed a drink as the roads in Lim are mental, like!). The room was exactly like the pictures. Super clean, smell gorgeous, well decorated, modern but elegant. Lovely toiletries. Nespresso coffee maker. Plenty of free drinking water. Corridors and the rest of the hotel equally immaculate and smell beautiful. The Savoy, for me at least, ticks every box and gets things right. A classy, elegant hotel but not snotty and exclusive. It's tricky to strike that balance. I like somewhere nice to stay whilst not being looked down upon. Great location too - slap bang in the middle of town - lots of shops and attractions nearby. Thank You Savoy and your staff. It helped make my Irish road trip an unforgettable, enjoyable memory. So much so, I am doing it again next year and will see you again soon!

Fantastic hotel, rooms and amenities superb, five star. Staff were all lovely and very respectful. Lovely to see so many young staff being trained to such a high standard, a massive credit to the management team. Food was amazing, definitely have dinner in the restaurant. Such a gorgeous hotel in a beautiful village.

Estuve a finales de junio alojada aquí unos días y estuve muy bien, me resultó una estancia perfecta. 🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻 Lo primero que quiero destacar es la absoluta amabilidad por parte de todo el personal, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante me trataron genial. 📍 La ubicación está muy bien para descansar ya que es una zona tranquila, pero está bastante alejada de lo que es el centro de la población. Aún así hay transporte para llegar y en tu propio vehículo no está lejos. 🛏️ La habitación era super grande y super cómoda, equipadísima con todo lujo de detalles. Por ejemplo, si olvidaste tu adaptador para carga el móvil tienen directamente tomas por USB para cargar. La cama es una de las más cómodas en las que he dormido nunca en un hotel. 🚽 Baño muy amplio también, equipado con secador, espejos, útiles de aseo y demás. 🧆 Estuve cenando allí y el menú cada día era muy variado y estaba todo muy bueno, además de venir muchísima cantidad, que incluso tuve que pedir que me trajeran menos 😅 Toda la comida super rica. 🥐 Desayuno tipo buffet super completo y bueno, con variedad de dulce, salado y cereales. En resumen: todo perfecto. Las instalaciones están muy bien y además hubo un par de días con música en directo en salón / comedor 🎸

Stayed here countless times in last 20 years cleanliness of rooms and friendly housekeepers always coax us back This time breakfast service was chaotic Sunday in particular no tables cleared and food choices limited in the non fry area When you are paying c 400 for a couple of nights surely better service is key Maybe understaffed who knows We love the convenience of the Hotel and its busy atmosphere but could do better at the food/bar end of keeping customers on board

From the very second we pulled up at the entrance of this beautiful boutique hotel until the minute we left, we were in a state of total relaxation and peace of mind. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and decor was luscious. The whole ambience was zen and wonderful. Very close to city centre and a lovely park right across the road, best of both worlds. The food and the cocktails were also fantastic. Looking forward to returning very soon.
