My wife, in particular, absolutely adores this hotel, and it's easy to see why. From its strategic location in the heart of Bandung to its comprehensive facilities, Aryaduta Bandung truly stands out as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.The seamless experience began long before our arrival, with the hotel's impeccable pre-booking and after-booking services. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. This proactive communication continued right up to D-Day, ensuring a smooth check-in process and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay. It's this attention to detail and genuine care that truly makes a difference.During our stay, every single request we made was not only fulfilled but delivered with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. Her dedication ensured our special moments were truly unforgettable.The hotel's facilities further enhance the guest experience. The spacious rooms, many offering fetching city or panoramic mountain views, provide a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The outdoor swimming pool is a refreshing oasis, and the well-equipped fitness center caters to all workout needs. For families, the dedicated kids' pool and kids' club with daily activities, along with amenities like a chessboard, billiard, and mini bird park, ensure entertainment for all ages. The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. It's the hard work and dedication of individuals like him that contribute significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.This visit held particular significance as Aryaduta Bandung proved to be the most strategic and closest hotel for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025. Its prime location provided unparalleled convenience, allowing us to focus on the event without any logistical worries. Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

Had a pleasant say on Eid al-Adha with my little family. The breakfast served Nasi Kebuli, Opor, Rendang, and choices of Indonesian food so we can taste Raya Day in an elevated way (+with no hustle!)✨ There’s plenty of Western Food choices as well. The hotel also arranged Eid prayer on the ballroom. Tried 3 of the pools here and all of them have no warm water. Although a warm pool (esp for kids) might be nice to have, considering the weather a lil bit cold. Hoping we can come back soon✨

Very recommended because their good hospitality, service, clean and the room’s very spacious and cozy. The breakfast has so many menus and the taste’s so good, we can also request for an art latte, Worth the prize! Will be top of mind for stay 👍

Excellent accommodation. Pleasant resort vibes, plenty of amenities - pool, kids pool and water playground, kids club, spa (with superb massage), beautiful room and superb breakfast. 10/10 would recommend and will be back here if im back in Bandung!

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

El desayuno era un hotel normal sin muchos artículos de posición, pero era suficiente para una mañana relajada. En general, la suite grande y cómoda lo hizo una buena opción para unas vacaciones familiares.

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!
