The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel con mi familia para una boda. La ubicación es excelente, aunque está en la avenida principal, donde suele haber mucho tráfico. ¡Tomar un Grab es una opción imprescindible! El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. Para mejorar, el hotel necesita modernizar y pulir algunos muebles y equipos para que resulte más atractivo para los turistas.

El hotel está situado cerca del SKA Mall y Viven World a 15 minutos a pie. El personal estaba amigable y acomodado. El cheque en proceso fue rápido y permitió el cheque temprano. La habitación estaba sin espacio, tenía una buena vista (necesidad de solicitar un piso más alto), buena presión de agua, el AC estaba bastante frío y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El desayuno ofreció una gran variedad y decente. La única parte inferior era el proceso de check out que duró tanto. Esperemos que mejoren el proceso de verificación y lo hagan rápido y conveniente.

We stay for 2 nights. The hotel is situated at simpang 4. The room comes with buffet breakfast for 2. Beside the restaurant which located at level 1, is a pool where u can dip in. Total floors available r 14 which include the basement carpark n G=Lobby The room rain shower head is good pressure... The air-con is cooling... Using Grab is great where u can order food & transport conveniencely. Location away from airport around 6km. Opposite the best Padang Cuisine=Pagi Sore Best Mall= Living World= around 7km away.

The furniture littlebit old, but overall clean.. I did special request of King bed room, but end up still did not fully fulfill all my request, end up getting some were Twin Single bed room.
