Very nice hotel. Rooftop pool with superb view of the Medan City. In a nice area with plenty of popular restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast have a good variety of local dishes to try. Just the waiting time for checkin and checkout is a little bit long. But undoubtedly will stay here again.

The stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, which made it very pleasant. Although there is a club on the top floor, the noise didn’t really disturb me. The breakfast was also good and enjoyable.

Grand City Hall Medan is a genuinely impressive hotel and one of the better luxury stays in Medan. From the moment you arrive, you can immediately tell that this is a true five-star property. The lobby is constantly busy and lively, yet everything feels organised and well controlled. Despite the number of guests coming and going, the hotel maintains a polished and professional atmosphere. The room was excellent and easily one of the highlights of the stay. It was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Having access to the indoor pool added an extra touch of luxury and made the experience feel even more premium. The amenities provided were of good quality and reflected the hotel’s upscale positioning. The facilities are another strong point. The swimming pool is spacious and inviting, while the gym is large, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places of interest within walking distance, making it convenient for both leisure and business travellers. Breakfast offers a very large selection of dishes, with plenty of local and international options available. While the variety is impressive, the taste of most items was simply decent rather than exceptional. There is certainly something for everyone, but the food itself doesn’t quite reach the same high standard as the rest of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, we experienced an accident during breakfast service. To the hotel’s credit, the staff handled the immediate situation quite well. We were promptly moved to another table and complimentary coffees were provided, which was appreciated. However, it felt like the incident should have been escalated further to management, where a more meaningful service recovery could have been considered. That said, the incident did not significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel. The quality of the rooms, facilities, and overall experience still stood out. Grand City Hall Medan delivers the comfort, amenities, and level of service expected from a five-star property, and it remains a hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Medan.

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

Acompañé a un cliente a alojarse en el mismo lugar. En general, está bien, aunque un poco deteriorado. Podría mejorar si renovaran sus artículos de aseo, pero solo me quedo una noche. Seguiré optando por este alojamiento en Medan.

Este hotel fue remarcado desde Radisson a aiho .. todavía buena condición ... El proceso de check-in también excelente.. en 5 minutos puedo ir directamente a mi habitación.. el único problema es que sólo tienen 2 ascensores.. a veces en eso no funciona debido al servicio de mantenimiento.

We stayed at Four Points Medan for one night during the final leg of our Medan trip. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We arrived at around 2:00 PM and were a little disappointed that our rooms were not ready yet. However, the staff were helpful and arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the rooms once they became available, which we appreciated. The rooms met all of our requested preferences, including connecting rooms and non-smoking rooms. While the rooms were located at the far corner of the floor, it did not cause any major inconvenience. We were also happy that the hotel staff could communicate comfortably in English, which made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. As our stay was quite short, we did not have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel facilities. It would be great if the hotel could consider extending the operating hours of the gym, swimming pool, and massage services to provide more flexibility for guests. One highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. It was by far the best breakfast experience we had throughout our Medan trip, with a good variety of food and excellent quality. Thank you to the team for making our stay comfortable.

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

El hotel es muy bueno.. Todo es increíble.. Pero nos enfrentamos a un engaño que abrimos nuestra caja para arreglar algunos documentos y dinero luego el equipo de mantenimiento llegó a limpiar ... Así que les dejé entrar en la habitación para limpiar pero no cerré la caja porque estamos en la habitación en ese momento. El caja fuerte situado en el interior del armario, el que puede caminar en .. Después de terminar la limpieza encontramos 200 USD de nuestro dinero en el caja fuerte .. El equipo de limpieza puso el nuevo bolso de lavandería justo en la parte superior del caja fuerte (en ese momento estaba abierto) y ahora el cuerpo nos notó que el caja fuerte está abierto ...!!! He presentado una denuncia a la oficina del hotel ...!!! Y yo describe exactamente el personal de limpieza a ellos, y quién fue la persona que entró en el armario con la caja fuerte ...!!! Dijeron que investigarían el incidente, y después de dos días me contactaron de nuevo diciendo que habían interrogado al personal de limpieza, que se negó a tomar algo de nuestra caja fuerte ...!!! Y por supuesto, no encontramos nada ... que es obvio porque nadie confesará de esta manera sin ser preso. Y aquí está la pregunta: ¿por qué el personal de limpieza no nos advirtió que la caja estaba abierta cuando entraron para poner el nuevo bolso de lavandería encima?
