The service is truly incredible! My daughter left her bracelet in the hotel room after we checked out and they could not find it, we had to leave afterwards for our flight. Miraculously, the hotel had shipped it back to our home a week after with no charges. Thank you pentacity hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay and services ☺️ wish you more prosperity to come.

Excellent price for the amount we paid, it may be old, however is budget friendly choice

Hotel was tired and staff are inexperienced in the hospitality industry. Room: stayed on 8th floor. Pillows had strong sweat smell and looked like they havent been changed in a while. Room decor was pretty basic with basic laminate flooring. In the bathroom there was complimentary shower gel and shampoo but when the bottles were pressed, it was very watery and seemed like the staff had simply topped it up with regular water. Room internet was also extremely poor and I gave up after half an hour of trying. Breakfast was a big spread but not of high quality. The bubur was lumpy. Fried chicken was tasteless (possibly indicating being frozen for some time) and the chefs cooking the indomie simply threw the noodle cake into a half filled water bath and did not stir or monitor the cooking resulting in half cooked indomie. Breakfast section also smelled like a massive cigarette factory as there were smoking sections. Upside: Great location as part of a mall development. There is a comfortable lounge in the lobby conducive to meetings and afternoon catchups. Staff at the lobby lounge were very pleasant and efficient and went out of their way to clear our cups quickly and take new orders. Always smiling. This hotel is a very stark contrast to the mercure semarang where we spent the previous night.

Berau no tiene una oferta gastronómica especialmente buena, pero el hotel ofrece una variedad de opciones, como pizza, hamburguesas y arroces, y todos estaban deliciosos. Debido a la cultura islámica, no se vende alcohol en ninguna parte. 4. El personal fue mejor de lo esperado. Por supuesto, el guardia de seguridad no hablaba muy bien inglés. 5. Había botellas de agua en la habitación, y estaban colocadas en los pasillos y cerca de los ascensores, así que podías tomar la que necesitaras. Tuve problemas para usar las máquinas, así que llevé mi botella al restaurante y pedí agua. Toda la tercera planta está dedicada a salas de reuniones y restaurantes, y se permite fumar en la zona central acristalada para fumadores y en la terraza. 6. Nada más entrar en la primera planta, encontrará un vestíbulo. Si sigue recto hacia la derecha, encontrará la piscina y el gimnasio. 7. La próxima vez que visite Berau, sin duda me alojaré de nuevo en este hotel.

A good location, excellent amenities and service and high standard of cleanliness. Great Value for money. Minor issues include no charging point for the electric kettle at the site of its use, but it can be easily taken to another point. Also there is no low-voltage charger in the toilet. The existing one is a standard 5 ampere point. Overall excellent

Reservé una habitación sin fumar, pero la habitación no estaba allí porque se había ido ... Sabemos que la habitación se ocupa de 2 veces para que no fume. Pero porque el piso 1 es una habitación especial para fumadores. El aire acondicionado es un cigarrillo. La noche que desactivé el ac porque cuando el ac estaba vivo. sala de fumar cigarrillos. No podía dormir 2 noches porque se le dio una habitación para fumar. Para cambiar una habitación no fumadora, hay sólo un tipo superior. Y hay que añadir 300rb/malam . Gracias.

Bagus hanya ac dikamar berisik sekali. Sygnya sya sdh request kamar non smoking tp saat check in kamar itu sdh diberikan semua ke company lain. Pdahal sya sdh booking jauh2 hari.
