La ubicación del hotel es hermosa, las habitaciones son grandes, luz. Nos descansamos en octubre y fue un poco frío en el interior, es el único minus. Los desayunos son diversos. The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival. One of our best experiences in Batumi.

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

Great hotel with a convenient location. Fully matches the description. The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

El hotel está en el casco antiguo. ¡La ubicación es excelente! Las habitaciones son relativamente grandes y limpias, el desayuno está bien, pero es repetitivo. Nada cambió en tres días, y el capuchino tiene un cargo adicional... El spa y la piscina son pésimos (solo reservé el hotel por el spa). ¡Estoy MUY DECEPCIONADA! La piscina es pequeña y el agua está fría, sofocante y desagradable. Cuando nos registramos, no había toallas, y cuando preguntamos, dijeron que tardarían una hora. 🤔 Éramos tres y nos trajeron todo para dos (toallas, agua, champú, zapatillas, etc.). En general, la experiencia fue desagradable. Por ese dinero, podrías haber alquilado algo mejor. ¡Jamás recomendaría este lugar a mis amigos!

Hoteles en Batumi: Este hotel es un hotel agradable, situado en la playa y a una distancia de paseo de todas las vistas de Batumi. Excelente comodidad. Muy relajado y no podía ser más útil- ofreció a mi amigo y yo cada uno una actualización gratuita. Regresaría a la habitación.
